“Sejla is AMAZING!! I feel so lucky that I found her on Rover! My six year old boxer, and my two cats all loved her, she was polite, professional, responsive, and I could tell truly cared about my animals feeling loved and comfortable in my absence! About: I have spent the last 9 years caring for my senior chihuahua mix, Zoë. She was 15 years old, so I have experience with administering medication, timed feedings, and other senior related care. I know what it's like to be preoccupied with your pup's/pups' well-being, and am happy to send photos and videos. I was recently laid off, so I am available most days and times. My only caveats are October 9th-14th (brother's wedding), and evenings where there are SJ Sharks games. I keep a close eye on pups in my care. They aren't left alone unless the situation necessitates that - e.g. taking dogs to the groomers or there is an emergency. If a pup is crate trained, I always make sure to take off their collars beforehand, and always watch while they eat/drink to make sure they don't choke or bloat. Safety gates are a must when stairs and pools are a factor.

“Kathy is amazing! She was so professional and took great care of my 3 babies! It’s nice to go out of town and feel completely at peace with who is in your home watching your fur babies.”

“From the moment we met Deborah during the meet and greet, she expressed such affection and joy with Doug. During the housesitting, she sent daily updates and photos and provided Doug with loving care, exercise, and routines. We will definitely be asking Deborah to sit for us again!”

“Jacqueline was really great and we loved having her dog sit for us. She did a great job taking care of our dog as well as our home and we were very pleased with her services. She provided consistent and helpful updates and pictures. Our dog, Yumi, seemed to be happy and having a fun going on walks and playing with her. I would recommend Jacqueline without hesitation.”

About: I have over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for pets, including dogs of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. I’ve pet sat for both puppies and senior dogs, and I’m confident handling everything from high-energy play sessions to gentle care for older pets with mobility or medical needs. I’m experienced with basic training, administering medications, and creating a calm, safe environment for anxious or shy pets. What sets me apart is my patience, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals—I treat every pet like family and tailor my care to their unique personality and needs. Pet care is an important part of my daily routine, even while I work full time from 9am to 5:30pm. I’m able to start early in the mornings before my shift to feed, walk, and spend quality time with pets. I also offer care at my home, providing a calm and loving environment for pets while their owners are away. I’m off on weekends and have full availability then, making it easy to give pets extra attention and care. Even on busy days, I prioritize breaks to check in, offer water, and give affection. My flexible schedule and commitment ensure that every pet’s needs are met with love and consistency. Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, safety and comfort are my top priorities. I ensure all environments are clean, secure, and pet-friendly—removing any hazards and providing cozy spaces for rest and play. I follow each pet’s routine carefully, including feeding, exercise, and medication schedules, to keep them happy and healthy. I build trust by spending quality time, offering gentle reassurance, and closely monitoring their behavior for any signs of stress or discomfort. Communication with pet owners is key, so I provide regular updates and am always available for questions or concerns.

About: With over 30 years of pet experience, I’ll make fast friends with your little ones! I’ve had 15 of my own over the years, both cats and dogs. In addition, I’ve often been called on as sitter and caretaker for friends and family, both in their homes and my own. While I work full-time, I work remotely and my schedule is fairly flexible, which gives me ability to travel, run errands, attend to life, and take care of things as needed. My ability to work from anywhere means that I’m often taking meetings and writing emails in different locations day to day…and there have been many instances where I’ve been pet-sitting or housesitting and working remotely from there. My first priority is of course always the safety and happiness of your family members and companions, but a close second is the care and cleanliness of your space and your home! I learned early in my life to always leave a space cleaner than you found it, and cleanliness, your preferences, handling things your way, and privacy are always in the front of my mind!

“Ryan did a great job watching our two dogs during our vacation. He kept us well informed of what was going on at the house. Our older dog is shy and he got her to come out from hiding to go on walks. I really appreciate the job he did for us.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since the age of 5, was able to get a chance to adopt my own dog after I got married. I’m in absolute awe of them each and every day I’m currently in between jobs so can take care of fur babies full time, I love to feed them and take them out on walks. Play with them I have an uber friendly and cute dog to keep your dog company. He has been the friendliest around kids and dogs in general. Super affectionate

About: Personally, I have a senior dog of 13 years and a one year old puppy. Transitions can be hard so I am very passionate about promoting the well-being and safety of all dogs. Happy to accommodate to a mellow dog as I am to tire out a dog with endless energy. As a responsible and compassionate college student, I offer dependable and friendly dog walking and pet care services. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and love providing them with exercise, attention, and companionship while their owners are away or busy. My flexible schedule makes it easy to accommodate daily walks, check-ins, or weekend care. It is important to develop a respectful positive relationship with the dog and owner. I take my time to understand each pet’s individual needs, routines, and personalities. Importantly, I communicate openly with owners on provided updates and follow any specific instructions to create a space where your pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for.

About: I’ve always had a deep passion for rescuing and caring for animals. I’ve independently rescued and fostered 3 cats and a dog, and I'm also a dog mom to my fur baby, Peanut! Growing up with dogs my whole life taught me how to understand and care for pets of all ages and personalities. I’ve also pet-sat for friends’ dogs and cats, and I treat every pet like they’re my own… with love, patience, and attention to detail. Whether your pet needs belly rubs, playtime, working on potty training, learning new tricks or gentle senior care, I’m here to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. I am a new graduate registered nurse and currently working per diem so my schedule is based on clinic need and based on my personal availability. Therefore, I’m fairly flexible and I will build my schedule around making sure pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays, I’m committed to giving your pet the attention they need. In my home, I have a medium sized goldendoodle who loves to play and meet new friends! If your pet does not get along with other animals, I can come to you and do drop in visits, walks, etc. If there is a specific schedule to be followed, I will always make sure to follow that as close as possible and also give regular updates with photos and notes so you can feel at ease while you’re away. My goal is always to treat your pet like family and ensure they feel secure and happy until you’re back. I believe communication is key :-)

Naomi C.
“We entrusted our energetic pup, Angus, with Naomi for a weekend, and boy did he have a great time! He's a little velcro boy, so we were nervous leaving him overnight for the first time since he was a puppy. He snuggled right in with her and was almost upset to see us home, since he was having a wonderful stay with her. She was very attentive, gave him lots of belly rubs and treats, and gave him all the love he was missing from us! She perfectly followed the list we provided her, with all of his special needs with going potty and his reactive-ness to other dogs. We felt very secure with her taking care of him and we will definitely have her watch him again!”

“AJ was amazing! we loved her!!!”

John O.
“John has looked after my dog Viggo on many occasions, and Viggo always returns a happy and healthy pup. As a Husky, Viggo is about as high maintenance as it gets, but that has never been a problem for John. And whenever Viggo sees John, his tail spins fast enough that I fear he might take flight. I highly recommend him!”

Kaylee S.
“I truly can't recommend Kaylee enough—she should absolutely be hired and seriously considered for any pet sitting or dog walking job. She’s one of those rare people who just gets animals. Dogs, cats—you name it—they naturally feel comfortable around her. She’s responsible, kind, and genuinely loves animals in a way that goes beyond just liking them. I’ve watched her go the extra mile to make sure pets are not only cared for, but actually happy and comfortable. Whether it’s a long walk, some playtime, or just being there for a nervous pup, Kaylee shows up 100% every time. Evergreen pet parents share their Rover experiences
David is an excellent pet sitter . He really taking good care of your pet . We are away for 8 days and we are really happy how he took care of our dog Romeo . Everyday he gave us the updates with the pic . We are really really happy and want to book him again in future .

We had a great experience with Melany as Sookie’s sitter! She was warm, attentive, and super gentle with Sookie. Communication was easy, and she kept us updated throughout the visit. Sookie seemed very comfortable and happy in her care. We really like her and would definitely book with her again!

I would definitely choose Mellisa again for my babies:) she is so responsible, easy to communicate, and leave the house tidy and clean. I was on a business trip and left my 10 years old sick boy with Mellisa, I could focus on my work without worrying, I cannot thank her more!
