About: I love the dedication and unconditional love that dogs provide their human companions. I will admit that personally I have cats, and they just don't do that all the time :) I have dog-sat for friends over several years providing feedings, walks, and playtime to Malteses to German Shepards. I love getting to know each dog and treating them as if they were my own, which means they are usually going to be pretty pampered. If your dog needs specialized care, I would be willing to learn. I don't really know what specialized care entails for a dog, but feel free to message me and we can discuss. I am a high school teacher so my availability is afternoon/evenings and weekends during the school year but wide open once it is the summertime. My cats are not used to dogs, so caring for dogs in my home would mean they would be spending time outside. However taking care of dogs in their home allows them to be comfortable, have rub my belly sessions (if that's what they like), and take walks in the area that they are most comfortable.

About: I have had pets, mainly dogs, my entire life and I have a true love for animals. I have been pet sitting for friends and family for over 6 years. I have recently joined the Rover community and I am excited for this new experience! I do work a part-time job so my availability often differs by the day but I still have plenty of time for pet care! The earlier I am requested and care is planned out, the better I will be able to adjust my schedule to your needs! I have plenty of experience caring for pets, majority dogs, in their own home and my goal is always to make them feel comfortable in their space! My availability for caring for pets in my home is more limited but I do have a fenced yard and two dogs(one small and one medium) that are both friendly with other dogs and able to be crated if necessary!

She in fact very cooperatively met with us twice to review and discuss the steps involved with it which included giving meds to Buddy three times a day. About: I grew up with dogs and cats around me since I was a baby, and have always held a special place in my heart for them. When my parents, as well as family friends, would go out of town, I would frequently be responsible for feeding the animals, taking them on walks, or simply just keeping them company. My mom is a veteranrian so I have grown up with a great role model on how to treat animals in a safe and respectful way. I am home for 2 months before my study abroad trip, Dec. 21st-Febuary 10th. I have a completely free schedule until then. I am able to provide services Monday-Sunday. I have a large backyard that I can throw toys in and have 2 other dogs that can keep them company. One is a Leonberger and the other is a Jack Russell Terrier.

Daniel was great - excellent communication and great with the pups. One of our pups took an instant liking to him and was asking for belly rubs during the meet and greet. We hired him to house sit during our wedding weekend and he even walked the dogs up to our wedding venue so we could take pictures with them on the day.
Sarah was fantastic! She was very communicative while I was away and sent lots of pictures and updates which I appreciated. Both of my fur babies were happy when I got home and I could see they had been extremely well taken care of. I will definitely book with her again.
Joseph was superb and stayed in constant communication with me and took wonderful care of my German Shepherd (Zak). Zak has some anxiety issues and was nippy on Joseph's first day but he worked through it and rapidly gained Zaks trust and affection I will be coming back for sure on my next trip
Jeff was great! He was very responsive to communications, completed a meet and greet before booking, and above all took great care of our house and pups while we were away on vacation. I would highly recommend Tarani to watch your pets. She stayed over for 9 nights and gave our dogs excellent care; she followed my instructions, asked questions and provided updates.
