About: I grew up with dogs and have included them in my family as an adult. My childhood dogs were Prince, a golden curly-haired Poodle/Collie mix, and Midnight, a black German Shepherd/Spaniel mix. Prince passed while I was in middle school but I had Midnight throughout my childhood and college years. We walked everywhere in my neighborhood and enjoyed playing in the backyard or just laying in the sun together. My next family dog would be chosen by my 7 yo daughter at the PAWS animal shelter. She found Fantasia - a 1.5 yo Border Collie mix - and they were instantly best friends. Fantasia (Tasia) was a part of our family through raising children and my divorce - becoming my best friend and companion. She passed from old age a few years ago and had lived to be 16 yo. About: I have an 2yr old hound mix, I have a large fenced yard that we like to play fetch in and a nice neighborhood for walks. I’ve dog sat in my home and outside my home while owners were on vacation for weeks at a time. I’m a big dog lover that likes to go for walks and provide each dog with the attention they need while their owners are away. I want to reassure each owner that their furry friend is in good hands in my home and will be treated just like they’re at their home. I do have young children in the home too that love all dogs I work from home some and also have to work on site some days. I volunteered at an animal shelter near home, helping rescue, heal, and foster homeless dogs. Then came Ringo, an abused dog that we adopted when he was one year old and today he is 8 years old. (Both are with my mom). I take care of dogs out of love; for me it’s not a business. However, that income helped me reconnect with my dog and support shelters in need. When I take care of your dog, he/she will receive the best personalized attention possible. No matter the size, everyone is welcome. We have a beautiful home with plenty of space and a large fenced yard where they can sniff around, play, and do their business, always in good company. I promise to pamper him and care for him as if he were my own. I will send you photos of the walks, when he eats, or whenever you would like. You can also make a video call to see him better. It is a pleasure for me to take care of your babies. I speak Spanish, understand a little English, and have no problem communicating. About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life, from raising pitbulls to boxers to chihuahuas! I’ve also pet sat for multiple family members and neighbors growing up. I am currently a student at the university of cincinnati, looking to make some extra cash doing things i enjoy! In between classes or overnight stays would be a perfect schedule for me! I only have about 3-4 hours of classes each day. I constantly miss my furry family members back home and would love to put you at ease knowing yours are in good hands. “We felt very confident having our 14 yr. old sheltie stay with Tasha and Joe. The day before we were to take her to their house, our dog developed bloody stools and required an emergency vet appt. Fortunately, she only required meds and Joe assured us he would give her the meds required and watch to see if any other issues appeared. They sent daily pics and updates. I was also gkad to know they had other dogs as I feel she enjoys the social interaction and helps her settle in better. She returns next week for another stay.”
