About: With over a year of dedicated pet care experience, I treat every animal like a member of my own family. In addition to providing reliable dog walking and drop-in care, I currently work in professional animal care, volunteer at my local shelter, and am studying to become a veterinary assistant. My Availability for Walks & Drop-Ins My schedule is highly flexible and built around my animal care commitments. I am in class two days a week from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and I work my other animal care job on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays—but my work hours on those days are pretty flexible! Outside of my class times, I have plenty of availability throughout the week for morning, afternoon, and evening drop-in visits or walks. Whether you need a consistent mid-day break or a quick evening feeding, I can easily adjust my calendar to fit your pet's routine. Your pet's safety and comfort are my absolute top priorities. Because of my formal training as a future veterinary assistant and my experience volunteering at the shelter, I am highly attentive to animal behavior, body language, and home safety. During drop-ins and walks, I ensure your home remains secure, double-check that gates and doors are locked, and keep a watchful eye out for any potential hazards. You can trust that your furry family member will always be in safe, capable hands, receiving the same gentle care and respect that I would give to my own pets.

About: Hi my name is Yocheved, but a lot of people call me Yo, or Ava. I am an only parent to a wonderful, active middle schooler. We have a happy home full of love and laughter, and 2 kitties. After 14 magical years together, we lost our dog to old age, a couple years back. I miss the feel of having a dog around, but I know in my heart of hearts we are all a little older, and a little busier, and our home cannot house a new permanent four-legged resident. For the past decade plus I had the honor and privilege to have cared for 2 dogs who lived fun and fulfilling lives to senior age. For those in need of pet boarding and short-term pet sitting I have a large fenced yard with plenty of toys, access to potty areas, and open access into my home. There is plenty of space for your dog to be comfortable and receive appropriate mental stimulation. Crate trained dogs are welcome though the majority of my experience is with non-crate trained dogs. About: In Kindergarten, my family got our first puppy. Her name was Daisy and she is my guardian angel. We grew up together, we played together, I learned the responsibilities, better yet I discovered my natural connection with animals. I nurtured her when we were scared of storms and picked her up going upstairs during her senior years. Years later our family got another puppy named Mowgli and he is my pal. Raising him was a different task and experience but he turned out to be a great partner. We run, fetch, catch and of course clean and bathe often. I have dog sit and walked for neighbors and family. About: I have watched my cousin's shi tzu many times for extended periods of time. It has went well every time. Also I have over 15 years of having a pet in my home. Walking dogs and taking care of them is something that I have a lot of experience in. I have a very flexible schedule as an independent contractor so i can be available at any time. Whenever I watch my cousin's dog, it becomes a full time endeavor. I take pride in taking care of the things in my environment whether it is lawn care, businesses, car, or my hobbies. I walk them regularly. I make sure the pets are fed on schedule. I pay attention to the pet's communication signals, and I am a caring person towards them.

Exercise and play time are important to a dog’s and cat’s mental and physical health, and I’m happy, ready, willing, and able to provide that for your furry family member. I’m happy to do walks early morning or late night, as well as general drop ins throughout the day to provide you with the peace of mind to know your furry friend is happy and getting exercise. About: I have cared for dogs since I was 8, and I have owned a dog since I was 5. I have successfully potty-trained a puppy. I enjoy being outside and walking, so I'd love to help out in any way, whether by helping them get their energy out or by hanging out with them. I work part-time and have free time between 10 am and 2 pm to take care of your fur babies. I usually use that time to hit the gym or study in the library, but I'm flexible. I can come to your fur baby and transport them to the park or wherever is needed. I can dog-sit for a few hours or a weekend and take them for walks.

I had a Jack Russell terrier named Matrix. He lived to be 14 years old. He was the best. He just passed away in June . We just got a 4 year old Shepherd/Corgi mix. she is great!
