About: Hi my name is Yocheved, but a lot of people call me Yo, or Ava. I am an only parent to a wonderful, active middle schooler. We have a happy home full of love and laughter, and 2 kitties. After 14 magical years together, we lost our dog to old age, a couple years back. I miss the feel of having a dog around, but I know in my heart of hearts we are all a little older, and a little busier, and our home cannot house a new permanent four-legged resident. But I do not accept the lack of dogs in our lives! I said yes to dog sitting lately, and I have made so many new friends since. About: I have watched my cousin's shi tzu many times for extended periods of time. It has went well every time. Also I have over 15 years of having a pet in my home. Walking dogs and taking care of them is something that I have a lot of experience in. I have a very flexible schedule as an independent contractor so i can be available at any time. About: I have been around pets all my life's and mostly cats/dogs. I became a pet sitter and pet groomer after high school when I noticed i loved being around animals all the time. I feel more relaxed with a dog than I do meeting a new friend. Dogs and cats have been there when I needed them most. While working with pets I got to know basic training, puppy care and senior care too in my grooming classes I went too. Over time I expanded to groom snalled pets such as ferrets, guinea pigs, and small birds. I wake up around 8-9am feed my fur babies and then eat breakfast. 10am to 12pm clean any mess they made or clean around house. 1-2pm feed and eat lunch. 3pm-4pm watch a show or movie and cuddle on the couch with fur babies. 5-6pm start feeding dinner. 6-7pm go for a walk around the block. 8-9pm get ready for bed. I love having fur babies with me. They are more loving then people sometimes. I've had a dog, a cat, a rabbit and a ferret. My dream is to have a small farm one day.
