“Courtney was AMAZING. She came to visit me and Tyson prior to our appointment for a meet and greet to make sure we were a good fit. Tyson and she immediately hit it off. Courtney is reliable, responsible and courteous. I will 100% book with her again. A+++”

“We don't have a dog, but we do have 2 cats, a tropical fishtank, and backyard chickens. We reached out to Paula for check-in services over a long weekend trip we were so pleased. She had excellent communication right from the start, including special instructions for our little pet family, and she reached out politely in advance to remind me about some last minute details that I still hadn't confirmed with her. During the visits she took pics of the crew and gave an update both nights. (This was good, because Gizmo mewed that he didn't even get any food OR attention all the whole time, but I had photographic proof! Nice try, kitty!! You know how they are :) :) :) ) We will use Paula again! Thanks, Emily.”

“Natalie did a great job taking care of my cats! She spent lot of time playing with and brushing the friendly one and the shy, skittish cat who hides from everyone was lured in, too. She provided a thorough update about each day's visit, along with plenty of photos. I highly recommend her.”

“Abigail was amazing- she showed up right on time and even suggested coming an additional time to bring the dogs in early on a very hot day. Definitely recommend her and will be using her frequently!”

About: Growing up, my family always had a dog in our house ever since our first furry member - a sweet German Shepherd/Lab mix named Maggie - who we often referred to as Nanna from the dog in Disney’s Peter Pan. She was the most gentle, patient, and loving dog who just loved being apart of the family, especially with us kids. She often would go into each of us children’s rooms during the night to check on us before going back to my parent’s room to sleep. After her heartbreaking passing from cancer, we would later get Bruce - a Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix - whose energy and character fit very well into our family. Bruce was a mama’s boy who loved to chew and hide his toy bones and followed my mom around like a shadow until his passing in the summer of 2024. While my earliest dog owning experience comes from the two dogs of my childhood, my own personal experience of owning, raising, training, and personally caring for a dog that relied on me to ensure all their needs are met, didn’t come until February of 2022 when my now fiancé and I would drive out to Amish country to get our Sidney boy - a border collie/blue heeler mix - when he was just 9-weeks old. Anyone who has ever owned either of these breeds knows that they are not only highly intelligent, but also very energetic and incredibly active. They are also velcro dogs, so once they choose their person, they will stick to them like glue. At that time, I was in the process of looking for a new job and staying home, so that person my dog stuck too was me. Since I was able to stay home with him for a majority of his early puppy phase, I was able to prioritize and focus on not just his house training, but his basic training such as sitting, not chewing on anything that wasn’t one of his toys, not begging for food, or to drop whatever is on his mouth with the word “drop”. The teething phase was like owning on baby piranha, but giving him a frozen washcloth and lots of chew toys seemed to do the trick. I made sure to leash-train him for walks as soon as he had all of his shots, since knowing how to walk on a leash is not something that comes naturally to dogs. While pulling is still one of my dogs habits, we’ve learned that it mostly comes from excitement and becomes less persistent after a few minutes into a walk. For reference, my dog is around 50 pounds and has that cattle dog strength, so when he locks-in and sees another dog, I’m pretty good at holding my own and redirecting. So whether your dog is a gentle giant, an energetic fur ball, or an overly excited working dog, you won’t find many jobs that are too big or small for me! I currently work from home Mondays and Wednesdays, unless I am taking time off or on vacation. If you ever need me to stop by and check on your dog at any time during those days would not be an issue. On the days I go into work, I can check on your dog to let out and feed before I go into the office (anytime before 9) and after I get off (anytime after 6). If you were a senior that needs to walk their dog, but have mobility issues, please feel free to reach out to me and we can discuss which days would work best for me to come and walk your dog. However, for dog walking services, I will not walk dogs if the temperature is over 80°F. This means that some weeks it would have to be early morning or later at night, especially during the summer time, unless your dog has shoes for the pavement. If your dog has shoes for walking in warmer weather, this can be an exemption, however, the temperature at the time of the walk may alter the duration of how long we walk in order to ensure the health and safety of your pet. Well, I am not currently offering services to watch dogs in my own home, I am available when needed to care for your animals in the comfort of your own home. Not only do I have my own cat and dog whose safety and comfort I must consider, I have found that most animals feel a lot more comfortable staying in an environment they are already used to, since not a lot of animals like change. On the days that I work from home (Mondays and Wednesdays) I can: - Stop by whenever during the day to let your dogs out. - Top off water your pet’s water, administer medication (if the medication is oral). - Walk your dog (depending on the weather and temperature). - And any other care, your pet may require. On the days that I have to go into the office, I can provide the following care: - Let your dog out before and after work. - Feed your dog after letting them out. - Feed/Check-in on your cat and make sure that have everything they need. - Walk your dog (Depending on the weather and temperature). - Give your pets some company by either playing, betting, or just sitting with them for a bit during check-ins. Whatever they are comfortable with.

“Christopher was timely and always kept me informed about Karma. He even express concern when she wasn’t finishing her food. I will call him again, for Karma. Thanks Christopher.”

About: I have been a volunteer at Lake Humane Society for 2+ years, and I also worked on their adoption team for over a year. I have also been pet sitting for friends and family for many years now, and I also own cats and fish!! I am currently available for pet sitting Monday through Friday, and I can also manage some weekends as well, and if needed I can do some holidays! I have experience with dog crate training, experience with giving dogs and cats medication, and I am also able to walk dogs, let them outside in a fenced area, or put them on outdoor leads. I also have lots of experience feeding multiple animals at a time as well.

About: I have had pets all my life, including dogs, cats, turtles, lizards and fish. I used to consistently volunteer at an animal shelter, and overall am just extremely passionate about animals and their wellbeing. I began to pet sit (animals other than my own) about 6 years ago. I was referred by a family friend, and ever since then, whenever I home from college I am watching someone's pet! This has become less often since I am not home a lot as I am a full-time college student, but I would like to get back into it. Especially because I miss my own furry friends at home! I am a full-time college student, and have a part-time job. My schedule is pretty loose, though, so I will likely always have time to walk your dog, feed your cat or whatever else you need! I have dealt with a variety of animals throughout my life, including ones that are scared or a bit too energetic. I am a patient person, and am willing to make sure your pets are comfortable with me in whatever way.

About: Animal enthusiast on a mission to provide purr-fect care for your fur babies 🐾🐶✨✨ Passionate about pet sitting with a long history of creating a safe space for all. I've taken care of of fur friends for as long as I can remember and continue to do so through Breezy Pooch Care! I work from home so i am very flexible and have the ability to be very attentive and provide frequent potty breaks when needed, so my routine does not have to change much to fit your families needs! If I am boarding / house sitting I need to be set up by 8AM and my work day is done by 5pm. Each pet is different and will have different needs. I do my best to adhere to those needs. inside the home pets are free to roam around designated areas, which are kept clean and pet friendly. I never take pets outdoors without their leash as anything could happen, we also have other pets in the area so to avoid any issues i always keep those in my care close by!

“Bailey helped us out last minute! She came to feed our two kittens and we appreciated it. Great communication and followed what we asked. I recommend her for sure!”

About: I am a nurse who also loves caring for animals! I’ve been helping family and friends with their pets for years. I have a dog of my own who is reactive, so I understand the importance of a slow, calm introduction. I also own two cats and am comfortable caring for them. My schedule varies week to week, but am able to fit time in for your pets. I am willing to figure out a way to that best works for your pet’s needs! I am comfortable walking your dogs on a leash, I would like to know anything that needs to be avoided on a walk (ex: people, other dogs) to keep your dog safe and comfortable. If I am coming into your home, I would like to know what routines work best for your animals, if there are special feeding instructions, etc.

“Kelsey’s is wonderful!! Not only did she reply promptly to my very specific request, she’s also very responsible, trustworthy, and friendly. Her love of dogs and experience with all types of dogs I evident, and I would highly recommend her! My dog instantly fell in love with her too (and he’s slow to trust anyone).”

I enjoy taking care of pets and look forward to doing it more. I’m not currently working so I’ll be able to stop by anytime without any interruptions; allowing me to give your animals my full attention. Your pet and their schedule will be my number one priority! “She has a very gentle nature!”

About: Dogs have always been a key component of my life. Recently, I simultaneously cared for a trio of Pit Bulls over the past decade. I have a large 'fenced in' back yard (40' x 220') and a walk-in dog shower in my basement if needed. I am a semi-retired school teacher. After a year of travel (Key West & Cape Cod), I returned to Cleveland and I am excited to care for dogs once again, which allows me to work on fixing up my home and yard. My home and yard is your dog's home and yard. If you leave you dog with me for the day, I will be present during the entire time. For extended stays, I do not leave for more than a period of three hours. My home and yard are all-natural, chemical free. I do not use treated mulch or any fertilizers. The dogs I have been watching all enjoy exploring the many aromas of the back yard.

About: I've taken are of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 16. I was reached out to by neighbors, friends and family to house sit and care for their fur baby. I recently trained my own pup (a one year old german shepherd) without classes and he is the most obedient dog we have had! I am currently a teacher in Willoughby-Eastlake and am at school from about 7:30 until 3:00. I am able to care for your pet after my school day has ended! I have an invisible fence and fenced in area for my dog to run around in. I have three indoor cats at my house and they will occasionally venture into the wilderness (when they decide they want to). I make sure to feed them all on a specific schedule. I make sure to spend extra long with my dog outside and take him on long walks for his health and my own.

Emily L.
“Em carries a great reputation for being an expert dog & cat caretaker. In her professional life, she worked for the local humane society for a 1yr+ alongside 2 years as a dog walker volunteer. During her time there, she was praised for being incredibly helpful in getting animals adopted. In her personal life, she has taken in a number of rescue cats and dogs, several of which are elderly. No matter how busy or hectic her day is, she still manages to always be on time to give her animals medication and attention, never opting for the easy way out. Em's flexibility with pets is astounding - from her walking a bulky, excitable, 90lb dog with ease, to her getting my howling, loud-mouthed husky to calm down, to her patiently giving her elderly and frail cat medication. I cannot imagine a better pet caretaker than Em. She is timely, knowledgeable, passionate, open-minded, flexible, and carries impressive levity that lights up a room. I highly recommend her and I believe she'd be excellent as a pet caregiver.”

Alexis B.
“Alexis has helped me with my dogs for a couple of years. She has always been very flexible and reliable. My dogs get so happy to see her. My senior dog is a very nervous guy and Alexis does a great job making him feel calm. And she also does a great job of dealing with my other dogs strict diet. I’m very appreciative for the care she takes with my dogs, and the peace of mind that I have when they are with her.”

LeAndra B.
“Leandra was amazing with my puppy and my older special needs dog. She made sure my old man was well taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure my puppy didn’t annoy him constantly. I would highly recommend you leave your baby with her. She’s a real professional and you can tell she loves animals.”

Bailey M.

Brian D.
“Finding someone to watch our dog while traveling is agonizing. Choosing Brian eliminated the stress. He's professional, reliable, and caring. He gave our dog love and attention and kept him busy with activities. We're thrilled to have found Brian and will leave our dog again with him.”

Gabi B.
“Gabi is one of the few people out there who knows the true value a pet has on someone's life, as well as the special bond that is forged the minute that four-legged friend steps through your doors for the first time. Having taken care of cats and dogs for a good chunk of her life, including raising a puppy over the last year, Gabi has extensive experience taking care of all kinds of animals and is a trusted companion to them. She would be an incredible person to take care of your pet, with her willingness and ability to customize care for each animal, whether that's bringing an extra treat on her way, or walking your dog every 20 minutes. Gabi is your girl and I hope you consider trusting her with your furever friend...I would hands down!”

Ella was amazing with my 2 cats while we were out of town. She was very thoughtful and attentive to their needs. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be using her in the future 😸. Thank you Ella!

This was my first time using Rover. My sitter grace was absolutely great. She did a meet and greet with my dog buckeye which went amazing. I'd been skeptical of using the in visit dog websites. Grace was very personable and nice. She was punctual and even sent multiple photos of my buckeye, which help put me at ease during my trip. I am very happy to say that grace was a saving grace. I'd recommend her to everyone.
