About: Even though we do not have dogs ourselves, I grew up with many rescue dogs. Friends and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pups! I love to play with them, take them for long walks, or just cuddle. I am a full-time university professor. During the school year, I work from home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I am also available Tuesday and Thursday late afternoons evenings. I am happy to schedule weekend care. My summer (mid-May to mid-August) is much more open and flexible. I am available for multiple daily home visits, but not for overnights. Since I had a "super senior" cat who needed daily meds, I am punctual and diligent about care. I am excellent at paying attention to details. I give all animals attentive, loving care!

About: I have been a volunteer at Lake Humane Society for 2+ years, and I also worked on their adoption team for over a year. I have also been pet sitting for friends and family for many years now, and I also own cats and fish!! I am currently available for pet sitting Monday through Friday, and I can also manage some weekends as well, and if needed I can do some holidays! I have experience with dog crate training, experience with giving dogs and cats medication, and I am also able to walk dogs, let them outside in a fenced area, or put them on outdoor leads. I also have lots of experience feeding multiple animals at a time as well.

Madison offered to buy cat food and keep it in her car to help me out. She also kept me updated on if she saw my cat that day and took pictures of the food and water daily to show my cat was provided food. Even capturing photos of my cat. Emony was a lifesaver! I had a nine day trip ahead of me and needed to find someone to care for my cat, Peaches. He’s the sweetest cat in the world, but is very shy with people he doesn’t know and will curl up in the boxspring of my bed until they’re gone. So I was very worried about hiring a stranger. I took one look at Emony’s picture and knew she’d be perfect. When she came over to learn the ropes, she was as sweet and as kind as she looked and low and behold, it didn’t take long for him to come out and meet her! This alone was rather miraculous, but over the time she cared for him he let her pet and even brush him! She was absolutely fantastic and from now on, she’ll be his forever sitter.
