I’m here to help!
I’ve worked with dogs and cats for the past 5 plus years in daycare setting and I’ve some training on the side. I’ve worked with dogs ranging from as young as 3 months old to seniors dogs, I have have experienced working with dogs with disabled that have ranged from, blind, death, using wheels to get around, tripedal, needing assistance to walk around, needing assistance to urinate and defecate. I have a strong understanding of dog body language and socialization. Monitoring dogs in small controlled groups to significantly large ground ranging from 50 plus dogs at a time. I feel comfortable and have had the experience with working reactive dog in a controlled group setting and out with a training client to help address their dogs reactivity on leash. I have given medication to both dogs and cats (pills and liquids medications) I am a balanced dog trainer who leans heavy into high praise, reward, and relationship building. I have experienced properly using and Ecollar, prong collar, and slip leash.

I will not be offering boarding in my home. I will not be currently offering client home sitting/ visits yet. I will make exceptions for clients who live very close to me.

Schedule
I currently work full time at a dog daycare facility but that doesn’t mean I don’t have time to be there for you and your furry family member during my off hours. I offer dog walking Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. During the summer (hot seasons) I perfer to do all walks/ bike rides earlier in the morning from the times 6am to 9am. This way your dog is able get out for a nice walk/ ride while it’s still fairly cool out. Working a 9-5 / a full time job during the week might leave many people pressed with time for their pets in the morning before they leave for the day. I know many pet owners wished they had the time to properly exercise their dog in the morning before they leave for work for the day. Giving your dog the right amount of mental and physical exercise at the start of the day can lead to them being less anxious and less distructive if you need to leave them alone for 7-9 hours. That’s where I’d step in to help. While you’re getting ready for the work day I’ll take your dog out for a walk/ bike ride. During these walks I’d would also bring along with me your dogs breakfast if they are very food motivated or I’d bring a tug toy along for the walk. Besides working the physical I’d also like to work on the mental while working with your dog. Working on basic training. If you live close to a park I wouldn’t even mind taking your dog out for a nice game a fetch/ to on open area to work on some training/ play with them.
