Availability
My Availability for Walks & Drop-Ins My schedule is highly flexible and built around my animal care commitments. I am in class two days a week from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and I work my other animal care job on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays—but my work hours on those days are pretty flexible! Outside of my class times, I have plenty of availability throughout the week for morning, afternoon, and evening drop-in visits or walks. Whether you need a consistent mid-day break or a quick evening feeding, I can easily adjust my calendar to fit your pet's routine.

About Aaron S.
Safety, trust & environment
Your pet's safety and comfort are my absolute top priorities. Because of my formal training as a future veterinary assistant and my experience volunteering at the shelter, I am highly attentive to animal behavior, body language, and home safety. During drop-ins and walks, I ensure your home remains secure, double-check that gates and doors are locked, and keep a watchful eye out for any potential hazards. You can trust that your furry family member will always be in safe, capable hands, receiving the same gentle care and respect that I would give to my own pets.
Information Aaron S. would like to know about your pet
To ensure your pet receives the absolute best and safest care, please provide all relevant medical, behavioral, and routine details at least 24 hours before our first scheduled visit. If your dog has special needs—such as daily medications, physical limitations, severe anxiety, or specific behavioral triggers—sharing this information early is essential. My training as a future veterinary assistant allows me to confidently handle special needs, but having this crucial information ahead of time ensures I can fully prepare, ask any necessary follow-up questions during our meet-and-greet, and keep your pet safe, comfortable, and stress-free from minute one.
A typical day
I believe that walks and drop-ins should be the absolute highlight of your pet’s day! Because of my background in animal care, I know that "fun" looks different for every single pet. For high-energy dogs, that means brisk walks with plenty of sensory "sniffari" stops and interactive toy play to burn off energy. For more laid-back or senior pets, it means cozy cuddle sessions, gentle scratches behind the ears, and quiet companionship. I love bringing positive energy to every visit, ensuring your pet gets the perfect mix of physical exercise, mental stimulation, and affection to keep their tails wagging until you get home.

Pet care experience
With over a year of dedicated pet care experience, I treat every animal like a member of my own family. In addition to providing reliable dog walking and drop-in care, I currently work in professional animal care, volunteer at my local shelter, and am studying to become a veterinary assistant. This extensive background means I am highly skilled at reading animal body language, managing high-energy walks, and ensuring your pet stays safe and happy right in their own home. My goal is to keep your pet's daily routine perfectly on track and give you total peace of mind while you are out.
Reviews
He was there for me and I felt very supported. He has always been caring of dogs and for him to be by my side felt assuring.
