“Wade is very interested in learning about the training techniques my dogs are familiar with. He followed behavior management measures like distance and reward based training to help my somewhat difficult dog remain calm. He showed dedication to his charges by taking the dogs out in the pouring rain without hesitation. The dogs are used to the rain.”

About: Life long animal lover I've taken care of many different kinds of pets! I had a frog growing up, fish, cats, dogs, and I've helped pet sit numerous times for a friend for his goat, chickens, turtle, geese, turkeys, ducks, and dogs (puppies, adult dogs and a senior dog with medications who needed extra tlc). I also work here and there at a local horse farm feeding and cleaning stalls as well as turning 45+ horses out to pasture. I'm used to handling strong pulling animals (I like to think being able to handle an antsy 1200+ lb animal prepares me for most anything haha), and my own strong pulling dog so I'm well versed to handling eager dogs on walks. I've been able to administer medications to senior dogs, my own dog needed 5 different medicines for a few weeks during heartworm treatment and my cat currently is transitioning to a prescription urinary diet so I know a few tricks to getting medicine to them as well as doling out special meals. I'm currently switching to working 2 part time jobs 7 days a week to only working 1 of those jobs maybe 2-3 days a week so I'm looking to fill my time with taking care of your furry best friends and probably working more at the horse farm too. My schedule for work is made at least a month in advance and I don't work weekends since I work for a dental office so I have some free time to do this now. Looking to walk your dog, drop in on your cats/dogs while you're away and maybe open to short overnight stays in your home if I can arrange for my own doggie to be taken care of because he gets really lonely and upset if I'm not home at night, otherwise I'd have it on my profile that I was available for that too. I will follow your every instruction and request for taking care of your pet in your home, I can crate you dog and handle letting them out, making sure they don't get off leash or out of your fenced in yard and make sure your cat doesn't slip out the doorway when I come in. I have some sneaky pets myself sometimes and I feel I've become a master at outsmarting even the sneakiest pet. I'll make sure your pets have plenty of fresh water, the right amount of food, nothing is left out for them to get into or chew up, and cleaned litterboxes! I believe in treating your pet like my own and providing the utmost care and respect for both them and your home.

“Excellent sitter. Punctual and very animal friendly. Highly recommended.”

“Jason is a great companion for Dash when we are away. Really appreciate the daily communication, videos and pictures. It’s fun to see how much Dash loves the visits.”

About: Hello! My name is Katerina. I have experience with small and large breeds. Growing up, our family had a Great Dane! In my single years, I cared for a beloved Jack Russel terrier from when she was an energetic pup until nearly 17. Currently, I live with my husband Seth and our two daughters, ages 11 and 13. Our little homestead includes a few chickens, a busy hive, and a cat whom we adopted five years ago. We are considering adopting a dog to keep our chickens safe from predators and to be a hiking companion in our travels. I am a full time homemaker and homeschooling parent. My schedule is very flexible. My days include educating my daughters ages 11 and 13 and running a small homestead of a few chickens, bees, and a cat. I love hiking at Ringing Rocks, Lake Nockamixon, and Delaware River canal towpath. Your dog would be a welcome companion on the hikes! If you have a senior dog, he will receive plenty of loving attention and companionship in our home. Our small homestead offers privacy and space for play and running. Your dog may enjoy cooling off in the creek that runs through the property. We live near Delaware canal towpath and Nockamixon state park. Both places offer excellent hiking and walking options for dogs!

“Tara was amazing! Very thorough and provided wonderful updates that made me happy to see. She was able to bond with my skittish cat and took the time to treat him with care.”

“After some initial difficulties with my fickle door, Molly was good with my 3 cats. She made 3 visits in 2 days, and they were happy and healthy when we came home! She sent me an update and a picture after the last visit.”

“Tyler is such a wonderful person, he's very patient and kind towards the dogs! Rescues can surprise you with new reactions, Tyler showed compassion and love and eventually the problem child learned to trust him. I will recommend Tyler to anyone who is looking for that extra help! Thank you!”

About: I am an Animal Behavior College certified dog trainer. My wife and I have over 15 years experience in dog boarding, daycare, walking and basic animal care. I work from home so I'll be here most of the day to care for your pet. There will be plenty of opportunities for you dog to go outside and play. I have a large fenced in yard for playing and daily activity. If your pet enjoys playing with other dogs I have two of my own who also enjoy playing.

About: I’ve been a dedicated dog mom for years — I currently have three of my own, all of whom I’ve trained myself or are currently in training. I’m patient, reliable, and truly understand that every dog has their own personality and needs. I’m comfortable with everything from daily walks and playtime to administering medication and overnight stays. Whether you have a high-energy puppy or a senior needing extra care, I treat every dog like they’re my own — with love, structure, and plenty of belly rubs! Pet care is naturally woven into my daily routine—I have three dogs of my own, so caring for animals is second nature to me. My mornings usually start with feeding, walking, and some playtime or light training. Throughout the day, I schedule time for enrichment activities, potty breaks, and cuddles. Whether I’m caring for my own pets or others, I stay consistent with routines, give plenty of attention, and make sure each pet gets what they need emotionally and physically. It’s a big part of my life and something I truly enjoy! I have 3 very friendly dogs who are all crate and house-trained. They have a consistent schedule and exercise daily! We do parks, walks, hikes, swimming, and running!

“Nanina was super helpful taking care of our dog while we were on vacation. She went the extra mile ensuring he was comfortable and well fed. Very friendly and dependable! I will certainly be contacting her again for future needs.”

Starting in my 20s, I began work as a professional pet and house sitter and dog walker in Santa Barbara, CA. Since then I have worked both independently and as an employee of a pet care company. Over the years I have cared for many of my own animals, including several dogs, cats, mice, rabbits, fish and chickens. Currently, I am the proud fur mamma of a sweet female, tuxy kitty named Lucinda. I enjoy spending time with and caring for animals small and large of any species. I love them all! :) I have a fairly open and flexible schedule and currently no dogs of my own, which allows me lots of time to care for your pet and home!
