About: Taking care of pets has always been part of my life. I have a fenced in yard for dogs to run and play. As for walks, I have to active kids who are always willing to take a walk around. I currently work at the local school just minutes from my home. I come home middle of the day. I am home during the summer and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard and one dog who is a big baby. Dogs are allowed to lay wherever they are comfortable but can also crate if they are used to that.

About: I am an animal care enthusiast dedicated to assisting you with various pet services, including training, boarding, feeding, walking, daycare, and grooming options. I have owned my own grooming business for two years, and I officially launched it to the public on January 1, 2025. I am energetic and enjoy visiting dog parks and going on walks with pets. In addition to dogs, I also care for and groom cats, and I am open to working with exotic pets as well. I have experience working in a veterinary office, which complements my grooming business. Currently, I am studying to become a veterinary technician and have been caring for and training animals since I was 13 years old. I have successfully trained my own pets to be obedient and have also helped train other pets. Please let me know how I can assist you! I provide grooming services and can adjust my schedule. Please let me know a day and time that works for you and we can work it out! I provide a stress-free environment that rewards good behavior during boarding. I do not allow pets to stay in their crates for long periods. Instead, we spend time outside playing and engaging in daily training exercises with each pet. Each animal is treated like they’re at home, with the option to have their own food and treats, as well as those I provide. Pets are allowed on the couch and can roam freely throughout the house. We do have a designated space for one of my pets due to her tendency to cause destruction if not monitored, but this decision is ultimately based on the needs of each individual pet.

About: I use to work at a doggie daycare in 2018 for three years I have dealt with every single breed and age along with some grooming and dog walking . I also did my own pet sitting with many customers and a lot were repeat customers . I have given medicine to a diabetic cat . I have taken care and owned many farm animals . I will take care of any animals small or big . I am available every weekend all day and I am available in the afternoon during the week and at night and very early in the morning . I do not have a fenced in yard but I don’t mind taking them out on a leash or taking them for a walk , I have cats in my home along with a little shitzuh that is my roommates dogs . A senior boxer beagle mix and a mini pincher mix I rescued him from becoming a bait dog . I also have rescued many animals .i do have two small kids in my home a 3 year old little boy and a 1 year old little girl .

About: Aside from my own pets over the years, I’ve also provided care and comfort to pets of family and friends. Whether in my home or yours, I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I know how hard it is to find a safe place for our fur babies when we have to travel. Our pittie mutt, Hank, can’t wait to meet your pups! I recently retired after 36 years of teaching and have lots of free time to care for your fur babies. We have a large fenced in deck (and pool for our swimmers). Our 12 acres are not fenced but are cleared for easy walks, on or off lead as desired. Our home sits well off the main road. We’re not opposed to taking pups for rides in our side by side. House trained dogs have freedom in our home. We’re suckers who allow pets on furniture and provide all the love and cuddles needed to make them comfortable. We have plenty of room for crates if your pup is more comfortable in one. In your home, I will follow your house rules. Depending on location, I can come and visit or stay overnight. I can bring mail and packages in for you and take care of your plants. 🪴

About: For any and all services I provide I will be seeking guidance from the pet owner for preferred handling as people treat their pets differently (allowed on furniture, leash vs off leash, feeding times, etc.) Most of my pet sitting experience has been at their home and i have cared for up to four dogs and two cats (plus chickens and fish). I have also babysat for a cat and a few different dogs at my place. I enjoy an active lifestyle and live near state lands so lots of hiking is usually on the agenda (for dogs anyway). I recently put down my aging cat and have found life is lonely without him, but I am not ready to replace him just yet. Rover seems like a great way to get my fix and earn some extra money along the way. I work full time Monday through Friday and have hour long lunch breaks if midday breaks are needed for your pets. Weekends are for serious play! I live on a low traffic road near a state forest. Access to trails from my back door and a large (unfenced) yard to roam. When staying in someone’s home I treat it like my own with care.

About: I’ve cared for dogs for 10 yrs and have owned a cattle dog mix for 6! I’ve fostered and pet sat dogs, cats, and kittens throughout that time. I have experience giving medication, basic training, and am detail oriented when it comes to any special instructions. I'm available for boarding in my home or pet sitting in yours. I work part-time, two days a week as a direct service provider from my home and 1-2 events per week at Cornell. I'm intentionally staying open so I can spend time at home with my dog and am never away for long! I love taking long walks around my quiet, rural neighborhood or spending time exploring the area. I live in a quiet, rural cottage with a screened in porch, backyard and tie out. My cattle dog mix is super playful and loves other dogs! About: I am just starting to my fourth career, playing with your companion. I recently retired from teaching sustainable development at UAlbany. I now spend my days outside with hairy friend Herman. I picked up my first stray, Bandit, at 9. I have had a at least one dog since then, I am now 63. All from shelters or strays. I also did doggie foster care too. Known to be gentle and friend of the furry ones. I start each day with a morning meander across the 25 acres on a dead end road. Your companion will be well exercised, loved and cared for as long as they get along with my 14 year old hairy friend Herman, who lets cats eat from his dishes. He runs the place when it comes to house rules. He does not have viscous bone in his body. After three careers and global travel I am recently retired. My days are spent gardening, walking, sitting on the porch, listening to music, etc. I am rarely gone more than a few hours as Herman, my four legged friend, needs special care at 14 years old. I am typically up before dawn, no dog or alarm necessary. My day typically begins with me waking predawn and greeting the new day with my hound Herman on the 25 acres we cohabitate. Most is abandoned agriculture returning to forest for 35 plus years that is bisected by a small babbling brook. Breakfast is then served before returning outside. In climate weather I am outside more than 70% of my day outside. At 14 he chooses to stay in sometimes. Your companion will be free to make their own choice too. My life ambition is to nurture life. I have cared for pets since I was born as my family had cats. There is a fenced area that includes four shaded area. There will be plenty of water, including a baby pool for play as well as sprinklers. This area is shares two fences lines with my garden, has direct access to a walk out basement, and is fully visible from my porch. The dogs will have near 24/7 personal attention and care. I live sustainably. There are no chemicals in my lawn or garden. I have an enclosed porch that in the summer is open air, but no steps to escape. Only with your permission would I walk a guest off leash. Before walking them off leash I will need feel 100% confident they respond to command when other distractions are present. Again with your permission I would take your friend to a fenced in dog park visit as a trial run. Herman, my housemate, is a happy healthy 14 year old he is my best reference. He also has final word on all guest of all species. About an 1/2 acre is fenced with direct access from the house through the basement door. It includes shaded doggie lounges, a baby pool in the summer, toys galore, and lots of attention as the space is adjacent to my garden and the covered porch. It has the capacity to be divided if unruly dog needs to be isolated or there are little ones that just need time away from the bigger ones. Indoors, dogs are free to roam in the basement and first floor. If they are cage trained I can accommodate that. The two beds are off limits. To prevent misunderstanding with bed loving dogs I will keep my guest room. Both the porch and the living room couches are fine. Little ones may use chairs too. The house is really set up for Herman’s comfort and safety. The 32x10 covered front porch is a favorite of Herman and all his visiting friends. Your hairy friend will be delighted by this feature too. One more thing, the hardwood floors are currently covered in rubber “yoga mats” as Herman can not cope with slippery floors. There are also many large dog beds that Herman is happy to share. Opps, where are our manners; welcome to our slice of Paradise!😊

They did a great job handling Reggie’s anxieties and they had a 17 year old Lab that my pups got to run around and socialize with as well. I will definitely be using them in the future.
