“Liz was fantastic with my boys! We went on a date night and she stopped by to give them a walk, fed them dinner & gave them a potty break. I was able to enjoy the night out without worrying about my babies.”

About: I have always lived with dogs since I was a small child. The last 8 years I have been house/dog sitting for a retired couple with multiple dogs. This past May I lost my 16 year old rat terrier- broke my heart. Shortly after a relative asked me to keep his chocolate lab for a week and I loved it. I miss having a dog at the house! I work full time currently from home until COVID pandemic is over. My office is 10 minutes away from home- lunch visits to the house would be made on days needed. I own my own home with a fenced in yard next door to a empty lot. I have no children do it would be just me at the house.

“Migle is awesome!! Huck immediately loved her from their first meeting. Sent photos of huck before, during, and after the walk which was very much appreciated. Will be booking again!”

About: I’ve grown up with whole life with dogs, so I know the importance of taking care of your 4-legged family member(s) that are important in your life. I want to provide my services so that your fur baby is safe and comfortable in their own home, while you are alway from home. I’ve had small dogs such as jack Russell’s and as big as pit bulls in my family. No fur baby is too big or too small to love and care for. I am currently not working since I am finishing my degree in Nursing. The only work I have been doing is part-time babysitting and dog sitting on the side & weekends. I am mostly available weekdays from 8am-8pm. Weekends can be tricky for me due to other side jobs such as babysitting, so it just depends. Just ask if you have questions about any specific weekend. I currently have a recused pitbull-husky mix living in my home with me, that loves to play all day. She is currently going through heart worm treatment, so unfortunately she is not able to play or visit any dog friends until her vet clears her. Due to her circumstances, I have been able to learn more about pets medication and aiding in helping her through this process. Unfortunately, I can not have any pets in my home until she is heart worm free. However, I am available to help with other pets medications and care for your fur pup in your home.

About: I was raised on a small farm, where caring for animals was part of daily life. Horses, goats, sheep, cows, chickens, rabbits, dogs, cats, reptiles, even the occasional rescue raccoon. That foundation grew into a passion, and eventually, a career. I’ve spent the past six years working as a veterinary technician with both large and small animals, and I recently earned my Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from LSU! At the heart of it all, I know what it feels like to love an animal like family. My late Aussie, Tayt, taught me that. Pets aren’t just pets—they can become your world. Under my care, they’ll be treated with the same love, attention, and respect I give my own! As a recent graduate from LSU with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science, I bring both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to the care of your pets. I’m currently dedicating the next few months to growing my business on Rover while working from home and planning the next chapter of my career in animal care. This means I have the flexibility and availability to be fully present for your pets—providing attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate care throughout the day. For those special needs and senior pets, I can give oral meds, subcutaneous fluids, IV and IM injections, apply topical treatments, and be extra mindful on monitoring their health. During each boarding request/house sit/day care I can provide: • bathing • nail trims • grooming • several walks • and give endless affection! If you book me for house sitting, your home can get VIP treatment too. I’m happy to help with cleaning, watering plants or gardens, and general tidying—whatever brings you peace of mind while you’re away.

I am currently self-employed so I have a very flexible schedule and have the ability to adapt to someone’s care needs. I will always treat any animal as my own and strive to provide transparency and accountability in the care they receive with me. I am self-employed, and have a pretty flexible schedule. I am available for morning, midday, or evening drop-ins. House sitting typically depends on my schedule but I will always try to make it work if I am able. As of right now I do not offer boarding services, but I will provide transparency when caring for your pets in your home and I will be respectful of your space and care wishes for your pets.

I am currently home from college for the summer and can drop-in any time or day. I can also stay overnight full time if needed. I grew up on a small farm with everything from cats and dogs to goats, chickens, and llamas. At the moment I currently have a senior cat named Jackson who’s living his best indoor/outdoor kitty life. In addition to being an animal lover, I am also a board certified general surgeon! I am comfortable with administering medication and injections if needed. Whether it be going for a walk or stop being by for some chin scratches, I’m your girl! I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s). I currently work full-time so unfortunately and unable to offer weekday boarding. However, I am available for drop in visits and walking services throughout the week. For clients with an enclosed yard, I am happy to go outside to help your pet stretch their legs and play. Otherwise pets will be kept on a leash at all times while on walks.

About: I grew up with three dachshunds and now have a sweet Great Pyrenees mix of my own. She is comfortable with pups big and small! I currently work from home, so I have a lot of free time during the week/weekends and would love to help out other animal parents in need! I have a fenced yard and walk my dog everyday! My neighbor also has a pup who loves to play. She loves to play fetch and eat ice cubes!

About: I’ve had cats for 37 years and currently care for two—both independent, with very different personalities. My dog Walter, a playful and well-mannered Shepherd-Pit mix, is my first dog of my own, but I’ve helped care for dogs through friends, family, and past relationships for years. I’ve always had a natural connection with animals and know how to create a calm, reassuring environment for pets of all kinds. Whether I’m caring for a curious kitten, a senior cat, a high-energy dog, or a more reserved pup, I adjust to their pace and preferences. I’m observant, reliable, and always make your pet’s comfort and routine my top priority. I work full-time during the week, but I’m available most evenings for drop-ins and walks, and I offer full availability on weekends for boarding or extended care. Whether your pet needs a quick evening check-in or a cozy place to stay over the weekend, I’m happy to provide consistent, loving care that fits your schedule. Pet care is a meaningful part of my life outside of work, and I treat every visit with attention and heart. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my priority. I have a fully fenced yard and a peaceful home shared with a well-mannered dog, two independent cats, and my 10-year-old son—who absolutely loves animals and is gentle, respectful, and supervised at all times. I can provide crate accommodations if needed and follow your pet’s routine closely. Whether your pet prefers quiet spaces or enjoys friendly company, I offer a secure, low-stress environment with lots of attention, structure, and love. You'll also receive regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you're away.

About: I have pet sat cats and dogs of all different ages. I have 4 cats of my own with one that takes daily medication and another that is a kitten. I have fostered cats and assisted in senior pet care (dogs and cats). I also trained 2 of my cats and when we had dogs, I also trained them. I am very experienced with administering medication and caring for pets of different ages! Three of my cats are fed twice a day, and my elderly cat gets 4 small meals. I work from home so am able to give my cats plenty of attention. I am fairly flexible with my routine and can easily check in on your pet(s) and walk them 2-3 times a day except on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Those days I have to be physically at my job so I can only check on your pet(s) in the mornings before 11am and afternoons after 4pm. My own cats receive a balanced diet of wet and dry food with high-quality omega-3 oil and collagen added to it. My cats are treated as equal family members and have a wide range of enrichment within our house: cat trees, toys, a screened in porch, and forage puzzles. Our elderly cat is on daily medication and is showered with compliments (she is a queen and she knows it!) . I spend time every day playing with all of my cats and snuggling them as much as they like. I am incredibly gentle with animals and respect their space. I try my best to maintain a clean, stress-free environment at home and in the homes I pet sit for. I know how stressful it can be for a pet to meet someone new, so I always move at their speed and respect their comfort. Your pet's safety and trust are a top priority, and I will treat them with the care I give my own cats.

About: Hi, I’m Julia 👋🏻 a lifelong dog lover and current dog mom of two. I actually met my husband by asking him nine years ago, “what’s your dog’s name?” I have experience with dogs of all ages and sizes, plus those with special needs (behavior, medication, etc.) and hope I can meet and help your family when needed🤍 If you're new to Rover, get $20 off your first booking through this link: https://www.rover.com/sit/juliab91086 I'm new to Rover, but have always centered my scheduled around my dogs for as long as I've had them (since 2016 with my current babies and since I was seven with my childhood dog) 😊 I work from home and prioritize the dogs eating, going outside, exercising, resting, and everything else! I have a very large fenced yard suitable for everything from sniff breaks to playing fetch. I have a nine-year-old Black Lab and a four-year-old small Blue Heeler who get along with all of their furry friends and love making new ones. I let the dogs on the furniture but can also set up a calm and secluded space (small and/or large crate included in care) if needed.

About: Ready to tackle any mess at any time, old dogs deserve the world, and puppies have all my patience. Have had dogs all my life, I know the respect and kindness the deserve and need. I work as an artist from a studio and my hours are always free for the four-legged kids in my life, ready to be of service at all hours Relying on a pet’s schedule is key to a healthy and happy time with anyone especially new people and respecting boundaries while maintaining a safe environment will bring out the trust needed to remain safe.

About: Hi, my name is Emma, I am 25 years old and I'm from south Louisiana, a huge dog lover, and I am in nursing school! My family and I have had dogs since I was 7 years old. I have two large, male dogs currently, but have also had two other senior dogs both of whom have since passed. Two of my dogs, I raised and trained from 8 weeks onward. I have been a pet sitter since I was 14 years old and have experience with overnight stays, however I am not comfortable with that until I have built a rapport with a client. Otherwise, I can do drop-in visits or daytime walks. I can accommodate your pup's medical needs by administration of medications or any other physical or mental needs (I once dog sat a dog that had an emotional support vacuum lol!) Additionally, I would not mind taxiing your pup to take them to a dog park or to their preferred walking spots. Please message me if you have any further questions! I am currently on summer break and unemployed, so my schedule is very flexible to help you meet your pet care needs. My availability is Monday-Sunday 9 AM-6 PM. I currently do not offer services in my home, I do not think it would meet the needs of any dog as I am staying in an apartment with minimal space for your pup to roam. However, I would be happy to accommodate their needs at your home or taxi your dog to any dog park or their preferred walking location!
