About: Hi! My name is Maya, and I have always had a huge love for animals of all kinds. I have experience caring for my own two small dogs, ages 14 and 6, so I understand the patience, attention, and love pets need in every stage of life. Along with dogs, I’ve also owned and cared for small animals such as hamsters. I also have experience working in the stables at camps, where I helped care for around 40 horses, goats, and other animals roaming the property, including dogs. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how important it is to make animals feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. My schedule is fairly flexible this summer. However, I work weekdays from 8:30am–12:30pm, but I am available before and after those hours. Creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for your pets is my top priority. I will follow all general safety practices, as well as any additional instructions or routines provided by each family to ensure their pets feel secure and cared for. About: Hi there! I just relocated to the area with my 13 year old golden, Wynnie Palmer and 8 month old kitten, Hogan O’Malley (aka Hoagie) from Philadelphia after our home burned down in April. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
