Communication was amazing from start to finish, and she was so flexible when our flights changed, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. She even sent pictures without us asking which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. Her kids and mother were incredibly kind and Riley also got along so well with their dog, Annalise. Riley isn’t around other dogs very often, so I was a little nervous, but they did great together and it made me so happy to hear how well she adjusted. Honestly, the whole experience felt so comfortable… like I’ve known them for a long time. That says a lot when you’re trusting someone with your dog. I can’t say enough great things about Ashley and her fur babes! This was my first time using Rover or having someone I didn’t know watch my fur babies. So you can imagine my nerves. Ashley instantly put my nerves at ease. She sent photos of how they were doing and kept me in the loop of how they were doing. This was great experience overall and will use Ashley in the future!
I cannot say enough about the care that Tucker received from Jennifer! Tucker was well taken care of with lots of walks and play time. Tucker and Jennifer's dog Gracie become buddies. Jennifer sent frequent texts and pictures with updates which I loved. I can honestly say that I didn't worry about Tucker at all while I was gone. It is so nice to be able to leave Tucker and know that he was loved and well taken care of.
My dog was super excited as we drove up to María Carolina's place, like she recognized it! I know Daisy loves being there and especially getting to play and interact with their young daughter, because of the photos and stories they share. Daisy had people with her almost nonstop and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with big trees, green grass, and lots of space to walk and play.
