“Laurie is kind, loving, compassionate, meticulous and an all around super dog sitter. She hiked our dogs on the local trails, which was such a blessing. She put up with their barking, and showed her respect and love, even for the especially noisy one, Flea, not a minor accomplishment. A super communicator, never fearing to ask questions, which is always a relief to us. The house was beautifully kept, and it was our pleasure to have her in our home. We are grateful and would use her again any time, if she would have us back! She is now part of our house and dog family. Thank you so much, Laurie.”

“Whitney was the best choice I could’ve ever made or had for watching my sweet Charlie. I hadn’t ever used Rover so I was a bit nervous. Whitney kept in contact with me, sent me pics of my sweet Charlie, and went above and beyond. I couldn’t sing her praises enough! I already told her I want to rebook with her in a few months when I go out of town again. Absolutely recommend her!!”

“Amber took good care of our pets. This was our first time using rover and a non family member to take care of our pets while away. Amber made me feel at ease and was really sweet and patient with our pets.”

“Victoria’s calm, confident personality made her the ideal sitter for our 3 dogs during the Thanksgiving holiday. She has outstanding communication skills and kept us informed about our pups through daily texts, photos, and video. She was authentically interested in the well-being of our pups and went above and beyond to help one of them overcome her shyness and slight case of loose stool! Our dogs had a great time while we were away and were in great shape when we returned. In other words, Victoria is an outstanding dog sitter!”

“Vicki is absolutely excellent 🐶✨ She gave us daily updates with photos 📸 and communicated clearly every step of the way, which gave us total peace of mind. We used to take our Yorkie to a pet hotel, but he always came home stressed 😔, which never felt right. We decided to try Rover instead and found Vicki — and it has been a complete game changer 🙌 Our dog was relaxed, happy, and clearly so well cared for ❤️🐾 This is the only way we’ll do it from here on out. We couldn’t recommend her more ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Martina jumped in literally in the hours before I was leaving as my other sitter cancelled very last minute. Martina was attentive to all the needs of my very elderly cat, gave him his meds, cared for him as if her own. She left my house in really good condition and tidy/clean after an 11-day stay!”
“Juan was great! He came to my house last minute while my husband was in the hospital and stayed with Bacon for us. He took great care of our baby. He actually had him come back the next day to help again.”

“Abigail is the best! We’ve had her stay at our house with our dogs a few times now. She’s always quick to respond, asks the right questions, is a courteous house guest, and most importantly gets along splendidly with our dogs! We highly recommend Abigail.”

“Mary took care of Trixie for 30 days. She is a very caring and thoughtful person. Trixie was in excellent hands with Mary. I highly recommend that you give Mary a try with your pets.”

“Yet again, Autumn went above and beyond in taking care of my beloved cat, Zayda. She sent awesome pictures that showed how well they were getting along, and stayed an extra night when I had to change my travel plans. I trust Autumn completely with my animals, and my animals are my life. I know that she loves my fur kids, too. Very grateful to have found her!”

“Erika did a fantastic job house sitting for us for about a week. She made sure our dog got plenty of exercise, engagement, and love while we were away, and gave us lots of great updates. She took great care of our home as well. Highly recommended!”

“Anjolee did a great job. She sent pictures and and kept us updated about our pets and left the house very clean. Our refridgerator also went out and she let us know quickly and she also transferred all of the frozen food to our extra freezer in our garage before the food spoiled. I will definitely use Anjolee again.”

“August did a great job taking care of my dog, Ellie. August was great at keeping me updated and sending me pictures to let me see how well Ellie was doing. I could tell my shy rescue felt safe and comfortable around them. I would happily have August sit for Ellie again, they are awesome.”

“Donna did a great job staying in our home & caring for our pup & cat over Thanksgiving! She was communicative, sent photos & updates every day. She also asked before she took our pup anywhere to clear the location with us, which was much appreciated. (We have a very friendly, social dog who loves people & other animals so we were happy she got more socialization while were gone.) She also followed the long routine for each animal, and was a total trooper when our garage opener inconveniently died. she left our house in great shape & even stripped the bed. Will definitely use her services again!”

“Chad is wonderful. I had a sitter cancel four days prior to my departure. i was panicked. I found Chad by expanding my geography of listings and I'm SO happy I did. He is extremely competent, reliable, punctual and literally goes the extra mile (driving halfway across the state) to sit for me. My animals were well cared for, so much so that my dog didn't even get off his couch when I came home. Chad is communicative, sending pictures daily and asking questions if necessary. But not in an intrusive way. I have four cats, one of whom is on medication and sometimes on the needy side, and a big dog. Chad was pure care and kindness. I can't thank him enough. You will do well if you're fortunate to grab him for your furry family.”
