“Lynn and Marty were fantastic sitters for my fur baby. I had been looking for a while for a good fit for my senior dog and ended up finding them a week before my trip. Lynn offered up a phone call so I could talk about the care and treatment I needed. I was so worried to leave my pup since she’d been having some health issues, but when it was time to drop her off, Lynn and Marty and their senior fur baby dog had the best vibes and wanted to make sure my pup was well taken care of. I could tell my pup felt right at home and loved exploring their nice yard. I got regular photos and updates on how she was doing and whether she’d eaten. When I picked her up, Lynn and Marty said they’d miss her and she looked relaxed and happy. I would definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend this gem of a place for pet care 🐾 💕”

About: I’ve grown up with my friends’ dogs and personal dogs (two French Bulldogs and a Boston Terrier). I am comfortable with all breeds (as long as they are friendly!) I am confident and will make sure the dog and I understand each other during our walks. I am available to walk dogs after 4PM during the week and my weekends are open! I can do home stays/boarding on the weekends only. I have no pets and will be giving my full attention to yours with food, water, treats, naps, playtime, etc. I have an open green space and the dog will be leashed at all times outside of the home.

About: I have had dogs in my life of all shapes and sizes since I was young and my love for them has never changed. They are the sweetest of pets and deserve all the love patience and care in the world. I love to have fun with all dogs or just hang out, whatever their needs may be. I currently have an open schedule to care and provide whenever necessary! I do morning and evening walks with my own dog but whenever needed we change it up and adjust. My home has a big fenced yard as well as baby gates at the front door to provide extra security. I have a dog of my own that is very playful and kind plus 2 family dogs that prefer their own time but have a safe and private place for themselves.

I’ve personally trained two puppies from scratch, so I’m comfortable with the patience and consistency it takes to support a dog through their early years. I work for myself from home here in Santa Barbara, which means I have plenty of flexibility to give pets the time, attention, and companionship they deserve. I’m also very active, so long walks and outdoor time are a highlight for both me and the dogs I care for. I work for myself and from home, so my schedule is very flexible. Every animal is unique, and I take the time to understand their individual needs, energy, and comfort level. I’ll meet your dog or cat where they’re at—whether that means extra space, extra snuggles, or gentle structure—with clear, compassionate boundaries to keep them safe and happy. If your pet is staying with me, they’ll be treated like one of my own. I live in a calm, pet-friendly apartment near Santa Barbara City College, with plenty of walkable paths and green spaces nearby. I love getting outside and take dogs on multiple long walks throughout the day. If your dog is social and has solid recall, I can bring them to local off-leash areas for supervised play and exploration. I have one small dog of my own—Pepper, a 3.5-year-old mixed breed who’s very friendly and well-socialized. I also have two young stepsons who are with us 50% of the time, so dogs staying in our home must be kid-friendly. The good news? Your dog will get plenty of love and attention from four caring humans. I’ve trained two of my own dogs from puppyhood and am confident managing a range of behaviors—from leash training to crate routines and basic obedience. I’m also comfortable administering medications and caring for senior pets or those with special needs. For cat care, I’m especially attuned to their unique rhythms and boundaries, and I provide calm, consistent care whether I’m visiting your home or caring for them during a stay. Whether I’m boarding, walking, or house sitting, your pet will be safe, respected, and genuinely cared for—just like family.

We haven’t left George with many new people and our dog seemed very happy and relaxed in Damian’s care. George had a few special needs and Damian had no problem making sure they were met. He also made it a point to take him out everyday to one of his favorite nature walks (the Douglas Preserve) where he could interact with other dogs, which George loves. “Tracy stepped in at the last minute when our original sitter back out (my mom due to injury) and did an amazing job. She had Kara & Ash for an overnight stay. Dropped them off around 1p on Thursday and picked them up around 2:30p on Friday. Tracy was very accommodating to our fluctuating time schedule. She also kept us informed of how our babies were doing and sent us a cute video from their night walk. She was super nice and just an all-around great person. For any other trips we plan without the kiddos, we'd definitely want to use Tracy again. ?”

Lover of all breeds and sizes; partial to senior dogs, I'm familiar with managing special diets, medications, or extra comfort. Safety and snuggles are the goal for every pet! I've been impacted by tech layoffs, so currently available to care for your pet at my home or yours, M-F, from 8am onwards. Plenty of notice will be given should my availability change, but my work is remote/from home so unlikely to have a huge impact on available hours. Mi casa, or Su casa! I'm in a single family home with a fenced yard. The yard area is accessible all day. I've got one small, dog-friendly, senior frenchie that will gladly share his cots, blankets, and toys but will likely ignore your dog most of the day cuz he's too busy napping. You're welcome to bring crates, beds, blankets, or toys to make your fur baby comfortable. But we love to share ours. Water bowls are accessible all day. I'm happy to provide food, treats, and/or meds per your instructions.

She kept me updating with sweet photos, and was even able to accommodate an additional day at the last minute. I returned from a weekend away to a very happy, (& clean!) pup. I could tell her & her boyfriend were very caring and attentive with him. I will definitely be booking with them the next time I need a sitter! Highly recommend.”
