We ended up moving out of the area and were so bummed since Faye was really comfortable with her, despite being a pretty shy and stand-offish cat. We recently moved back and were thrilled to see Elizabeth was still on Rover! We booked her for 3-days of drop in visits for Faye and Ursula (our newest addition), and she was just as amazing as we remembered. She was extremely communicative, was not afraid to ask questions if she was unsure of something, and provided plenty of pictures and videos. We came back to 2 very happy kitties. “Jasper is kind, gentle and loving to my three cats. I have used him before and will use him again in the future. The first time we used Jasper it was for an extended weekend and he sent pictures, videos and updates all weekend long. This time we were away for two weeks and I was a little worried because it was so long. But again Jasper send texts, pictures and videos of my fur babies. The male cat, Marvin, was so relaxed it looked like he was on vacation. The two girls, Penny and Fiona were shy but seemed well taken care of. About: I've taken care of my family's dogs since young, One Samoyed, one Husky, and one Chihuahua. I was always the one spotting heath concerns and training them because if I didn't, no one would! Firm believer in positive reinforcement techniques and keeping all animals enriched. I love surrounding myself with and working around animals. They are very therapeutic to me so I make sure my day revolves around their care! Always more than willing to spend an entire day with an animal to make sure they're tended to. I make sure my dogs are able to go the bathrooms frequently as they need, and look for behavior cues in order to understand what they want. I also make sure that if two animals don't get along, they are separated and given ample distractions. I also make sure to give food at a certain time and get animals into a routine so that they aren't constantly eating and gain wait. Exercise and enrichment is also big to me.

About: I’ve taken care of almost every kind of dog since I was young! I’ve grown up with a golden retriever, an Australian Shepard, and a mini papillon! I have walked, babysat, and dropped in for neighbors, family and friends with all types of pets. I work remote so I can watch pets daily or weekly! At most I got into the office twice a week so I am very flexible! I live in apartment building that allows pets, has a lounge area and green space all around building. Around the building is the town in Mineola and Garden City so great for walking dogs and super dog friendly area! Super safe with young working people so walking the dog around the town and grass will be no problem. About: I’ve had animals in my house since the day I was born. I am a true animal lover through and through and would be a trustworthy and loving care taker to your special animal! I work full time, so I can only walk dogs on the weekend and able to board them Friday night to Sunday night. I would be sure to play with them and walk them extra on the weekends. I live in a quiet neighborhood with a dog park close by - them being safe is the top priority, which they will be, without a doubt, in my neighborhood.
