About: I believe a happy pet is a reflection of the love and care they are receiving from their family as well the love they’re receiving from caregivers like myself. I also believe that a well behaved pet is just as beneficial to the family as it is to the animals themselves. That’s why I try to live by and practice the same principles in my life that I also make it a priority to provide to my clients and their loving companions by guaranteeing those basic principles which are communication, compassion, and commitment which always come from a place of respect and kindness. And it shouldn’t come as a surprise when I say that I’ve found that most animals respond extremely well to this type of positive reinforcement, recognizing and often craving this kind of balanced energy that makes for better relationships all around. That’s why I feel that this approach of mutual respect between myself and the animals that I care for is often contagious with other animals, especially whenever I have more than one with me because I genuinely believe the animals are not only more intelligent than most people believe, but more importantly and not unlike humans, animals are happier and more relaxed when there is structure and harmony in the group. And that structure shouldn’t be confused with inappropriate obedience methods that in my experience are often a result of someone’s inability to practice patience and or simple acts of kindness and compassion, whether it be with an animal or another human being. That’s why I love being around animals and other people that love and appreciate them, especially those that are willing to love and care for the ones that can’t advocate for themselves! My daily routine revolves around what is important to me, and that is my health and my passion, which is loving and caring for animals! I believe Pets are most comfortable in their own environment which is why I prefer caring for pets in their own homes if and when this is possible. I find it better for everyone, including the pets when I’m a guest in their space because I’m obviously aware of my boundaries as a guest in their home, and the pets are usually aware of what they’re allowed to do being in the space they’re accustomed to.

Sadie S.
“Sadie is extremely kind and caring and knows a lot about cats and dogs as she is a vet technician. She watched my dog for about a week for me and was great at communicating the whole time. She followed everything I asked of her beforehand and was awesome to work with. She took my dog for walks, on car rides, and even let her sleep in bed with her! Next time I need a dog sitter, she’s who I’m calling first!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young; Cliche I know, but it’s true. I have experience with senior care, (around the clock medication and physical therapy) dogs who are in wheelchairs, puppies, and of course the day to day care of multiple dogs. I’m a stay at home mom to guy who is two years old. Since I have such a flexible schedule I’m able to accommodate to you and your pups needs: I’m available 24/7 including holidays. I have a big backyard that my Simba loves to run around and chase the squirrels. I live in a quiet neighborhood away from high traffic areas. I love to take my babes for a walk around the neighborhood and stop at the end of the road that has a pond.

Melody H.

“Melody did an outstanding job watching my 2 dogs. I would highly recommend her. She kept me updated throughout the weekend and sent pictures. It has been a great relief to have a responsible, dog loving adult taking such good care of my dogs. :)”

About: I have owned and loved many animals my entire life. Whether they be big, small, furry and even feathered. In the past, I did have a small pet sitting business, but life and children happened and my priorities shifted. I am now a retired Police Officer, and soon to be empty nester. I am very passionate about pets, and much appreciate the unconditional love they show for their human companions. I'm currently working a part time job, generally every Tuesday and Wednesday during the day at a garden center. Aside from those two shifts, I have plenty of availability. I would care for pet(s) in the owners home keeping their schedule and routine as similar as possible. I strive to provide a professional, safe, cordial and reliable service. I am licensed and insured. Additionally, upon request I can collect mail and packages, and water house plants and outdoor pots/containers.

Heather P.
