About: Hi there! I'm Ellyn. I have a magnetic, intuitive connection with animals that seems to form the moment we meet. During a recent backpacking trip in the Grayson Highlands, I had an experience that perfectly illustrates this: a fellow hiker’s black lab approached me with such immediate, heartfelt recognition that the owner was completely taken aback. It felt as though we were long-lost companions reuniting. She came rushing to me, whining and crying with pure joy, and when I came down to her level, she immediately laid on me, whimpering and cuddling. 🥹 This is the energy I bring to every interaction. My first pup was an Irish Setter when I was just four, and over the years my family rescued many dogs — including plenty of Basset Hounds — so I’m comfortable with all kinds of breeds and personalities. I’m now a cat owner as well — it’s a new experience, but one I’ve grown to love. At the moment, I’m available nearly every day, including weekends, thanks to a flexible work schedule. About: Reliable, clean and active. I am an absolute animal lover and have been blessed to have watched, walked and cared for many beautiful dogs and cats over the last 15 years. I have good energy and can provide care and love for even the most spunky pets. I am a flight attendant and have extended periods of time off while I'm home. I also have a great deal of flexibility in my schedule and can take time off to accommodate long stays. Love! Play, exercise and attention are a must. Gentle discipline if needed and cleanup. I'm happy to brush and wash the pets as well for an additional fee. Whatever the animal needs I'm happy to give them my full attention.

I am often called upon to dogsit when family & friends go out of town, I have lots of experience house/dog sitting and when the owners return they always are impressed with how their dog and home were taken care of. I have a rescue dog named Finley who is my whole world so you can rest assured I will treat your dog as my own and spoil them with lots of cuddles and belly rubs. It was our first time leaving Charlie with anyone other than family, also it was the longest amount of time we would be gone. She stayed with Charlie for 6 days and 5 nights. Our flights were delayed both going and coming home. Jen was so accommodating, she came earlier than I had booked her for and stayed later at the end. I was completely at ease knowing Charlie was going to be so well cared for, even loved. He's such a creature of habit and Jen followed our routine perfectly. About: In my family, we’ve had dogs of our own since I was a kid. I have helped walk, feed and bathe the pets of family members and friends for 7+ years now. I love animals and would love to care for your animals! Currently I work a fully remote job as an attorney, which offers flexibility to work for home and care for your pets. I am available 7 days a week for short and long-term jobs with the ability to stop by frequently for walks and potty breaks. I enjoy the outdoors and walking dogs in the quiet pet friendly neighborhood park behind my house. I’m capable of walking dogs on a leash and am careful about how I do so.
