About: Hello! I'm recently retired from the Air Force, an avid reader, and a lifelong animal lover. I've cared for cats and dogs throughout my life, including my senior British Shorthair, Sasha. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I'll care for your pets as if they were my own. About: Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always prefer preferred animals over humans! I’ve had cats, dogs, rabbits, hamsters, and I’ve never met a species of pet I don’t like! I’ve cleaned litterboxes, taken care of sick cats and dogs, walked and bathed dogs, and am constantly doing research to know more about our four legged family members! I currently work for myself and make my own hours, so I’m very flexible during the week! I have four cats of my own and one beloved nephew-puppy I often help care for. You’ll get consistent photo updates and clear notes so you always know how your pet is doing. ✨ Booking perk: If you book 14+ days in advance, I include a complimentary daytime check-in/hangout block (as my schedule allows) at no extra charge. Standard care assumes I may step out for short periods during the day. I’m a part time student and vet assistant, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pets throughout the week. About: I grew up caring for our family pets (cat, dog, fish, and gerbil)! When I was in high school, I had my first pet sitting experience while traveling to my uncle's house in the evenings to check in on his dog. I would always stay for at least 20-30 minutes to make sure that she ate some food, drank water, went potty, and had play time with me. Although I currently only have cats, I'm also a dog lover and I'm happy to care for both. I enjoy going for walks and I'm not afraid to give some good pets and rubs and have pet hair all over my clothes. I'm looking forward to making new animal friends! ♥ I'm currently working remotely full-time, so I'm available any day of the week morning/afternoon/evening/overnight as long as I can access the Internet! I can certainly take as many breaks as needed for potty breaks, feeding, playing, etc. I cannot offer care in my own home, but I'm able to travel to your home to provide pet care services. About: I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and have had a cat & dog of my own for the past 4+ years. I’m very comfortable administering medication, handling special accommodations, and making sure they feel safe and cared for in any situation. My animals have given me plenty of experience with car rides, new spaces, and meeting new people, so I understand how to keep them calm, safe, and happy. Friends and family have relied on me many times to care for their fur babies, and I really do enjoy spending time with them! I work a general 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, but i have 1 & 1/2 days working from home a week. I am willing to work with anyone and be flexible during those work from home days. I can do long walks on my 1 hour lunch break, or work from home at your place if need be! I don’t work on the weekends, so i have plenty of time to do drop ins, take your dog on a couple walks, or just hang out with your fur babies for the day! Again, there are many times where im flexible with holidays, weekends, & some weekdays while im working from home. I’m newer to the indianapolis area, so i have only watched animals for my coworkers thus far. But my dog, Moose (who is 2 1/2), goes on a 30-45 minute walk a day at least, is crated when i’m not home, is given a medication for anxiety every morning via sliced turkey and peanut butter lol, and is taken on at least one car ride a week because he loves them! My cat, Smokey, is very social and playful, although self-sufficient, is very needy, so i have plenty experience with a needy animal. Both Moose and Smokey get along great, and i’ve loved being a mama to the both of them! Both of my babies are very friendly with other animals and are trained well. I have plenty of experience accommodating the needs of different animals and different personalities!

My family pets are all back home in Florida while I am here for school, so I would love to give some extra love and attention to your pets.
