21. Sheila J.

“Sheila is a passionate and warm person to care for your family member. You can tell it is her utmost concern to keep them safe and welcomed. We were lucky to find Sheila and her husband last minute. They took care of our boy for the whole holiday week. I was so nervous since our other booked sitter didn’t work out, but Sheila was so calm and reassuring. Sheila is extra thoughtful, patient, and sweet. She went carefully over our dogs care needs with us before we left him. She also reassured us that she would do everything she could to make him comfortable, which she certainly went out of her way to do. She prepared speciial beds for him to lay in which was so sweet. We were sent updates and photos every day so we could know and see how he was doing. Thank you both for keeping our sensitive boy safe and loved!”

22. Michelle R.

“I dropped off my doggos with Michelle and felt so at ease while away. She sent updates in the morning and evening and that was very much appreciated! One of my dogs didn’t even seem excited to see me and has been sad since being home. That’s how I know they had a great time! I appreciate her and her families care for my fur babies.”

23. Carol F.
“Carol Lee has been a dedicated dog walking volunteer for Capital Humane Society for over two years. During this time, she has logged nearly 200 hours, providing the highest level of care to our dogs. Carol Lee's experience handling dogs in the shelter, combined with her personal experience as a pet owner of shelter dogs, has made her adept at working with a wide range of behaviors. She is a highly proficient and compassionate handler. As a volunteer, Carol Lee has always been reliable and consistent. Her communication skills, whether regarding the needs of a particular dog or changes in her schedule, are fantastic and much appreciated. I believe her kind heart and shelter experience make her an excellent and dynamic caregiver.”

24. Sandra G.
“Sandra is a fantastic dog owner and sitter. We left our dog Karla with her for three days without a single worry. Sandra is extremely attentive, active, and genuinely loves dogs. Karla had all the exercise and attention she needed while we were gone and Sandra sent pictures and text updates which were fun to receive. It is so nice to know you can leave your pet with someone who treats them as their own. Overall we had an extremely positive experience and will definitely use Sandra again and again.”

28. Leah & Carter M.
About: I currently have two small dogs but have had larger breeds as family pets growing up. My husband and I adore dogs and have had recent experience with the puppy stage as our dogs are around 2 years old. We have a large fenced in backyard and would love to spoil your dog as if it’s our own! My husband and I both work full time but are home in the evenings starting around 4. We are available starting after 12 noon on Fridays for the weekends. We have a large fenced in backyard that our two small dogs love to run around in! Our two dogs get along well with other small dogs, and most medium sized dogs. We have minimal rugs and mostly hardwood flooring in our home for any little potty training accidents (: our home is also not an open layout so it is easy to close doors to keep dogs out of rooms they don’t need to be in! We do not crate our dogs but can if needed and will accommodate to your preference for your dog (: we have a few nanny cameras set up to be able to check in on the pets while we are at work if needed!

35. Christer J.
About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life, starting from a Shar Pei and her sister, a Pomeranian - Rat Terrier mix to my current dogs, two German Shepard/Husky/Pit Bull mixed brothers and my fluffy butt Black Lab / Golden Retriever mix. I had worked in doggy daycare for a few years with some breaks for college, but worked throughout a whole year while at college. I had also become familiar with the dogs that came into the business, and was asked by families to do outside work with their dogs, such as walks and overnight stays. I love dogs, and have had experience with the nutrition that goes into the variety of breeds to insure the longest and healthiest life they could get. I work from home at my desktop or laptop, so I can work around your furry family and my work schedule with ease. Overnights and early mornings have never been an issue with me. I am attentive and scheduled to your animal’s needs, as it is important to ensure they have the most comfort as possible during your time away. I do not shy away from working with a dog to earn trust, and from cleaning up after the dogs at any point- there is never too much to handle.

36. Staci L.

37. Michael K.

“Michael did an amazing job with my dogs!!! He took them on a last minute notice and everything. His manner is perfect for dog sitting and my dogs loved him. He sent me great pictures during the time period so I didn't have to worry. I'll never take my dogs to anyone else!”

38. Chase M.
About: I love animals. I have been taking care of animals since I was a child. I was raised on a farm with lots of livestock, pets, and even taking care of wildlife. I have trained and taken care of animals from all sorts of programs like 4H to even wildlife conservation programs for the government on our farms and ranch. I have experience training and taking care of animals big and small from horses to birds. I am self employed and work from home so I am able to help pretty much any time. The only time I am not available is when I am sleeping or an occasional event. I am able to care for your pets in a variety of ways depending on the age and experiences your pet has. I have a whole house and yard in a safe neighborhood to take care of them and keep them safe and comfortable like a second home until you are ready for them to come home.

39. Erin J.

“Erin was great with Scooby who is a 3 month old puppy so can be a handful 😉. She kept our mind at ease by texting updates and photos! We will definitely use her again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
