About: I have been taking care of my neighbors, family, friends, and my own dog/pets for 10 years including walks, feeding, watching, and helping train. I have experience with puppies and older dogs as well as injured or sick dogs. I am currently in a local college for health care. I am free all day Saturday-Monday and after 3 Tuesday-Friday. I have transportation and can drive a reasonable distance. I would follow any rules you have set for your dog (ex. food allowed, walking requirements, type of leash/collar for walks, and if they need to be crated or not) I would be able and willing to provide any medical care needed as long as I am shown how to correctly.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for many years. I’ve had a few dogs of my own and one now I have Enzo. I watch Ziggy (King Charles) and Zoey Golden Doodle when needed. I’m retired and home daily. I normally take a walk in the morning and evening sometimes in the afternoon. Dinner between five and six . I have a fenced in yard so the dogs that they can play. I give him a snack let them relax. About: I've had pets my entire life and have been active in their care since early on. I have personal experience taking care of dogs, cats, bunnies, and rodents throughout my life. I've dog and cat sat (daily check-ins and overnight stays) for several people in my life over the years, including my close friends, coworkers, and bosses. I have recent experience with taking care of and aiding senior pets in their daily routine and have no issue administering medication as instructed by their veterinarians/owners. In addition, I have no issue maintaining consistency in training and providing mental stimulation for younger pets. I know that younger animals are learning and that they need time to process requests. I understand that pets can be unique in their behaviors and that their owners know them best. It's important to me to make sure pets are well taken care of and comfortable in their lives - and that can look different for different pets and owners. I'm a research-focused graduate student with a more flexible schedule than most, so I can visit multiple times throughout the day and night. I have my own car so I can easily travel to clients' homes and have seat-belt attachments to travel with animals in the car as well if the need arrises. I strive to keep things as consistent and predictable as possible, maintaining a pet's schedule as laid out by the owner. I've used a variety of leashes and feeding schedules over the years and find that it really depends on the dog/owner on which one works best. For example, my dog Wiggles likes to graze so she has access to food around the clock, but when I take care of my brother's dogs, they require a more structured feeding schedule that I adhere to for them.

About: I’ve always had pets growing up. In my teens and 20’s I worked as kennel assistants for multiple vets throughout the US as well as a Great Dane breeder. Through those jobs word of mouth happened and pet sitting just happened naturally. I truly love all animals and treat them as family in your absence. We have 2 fluffy kitties who loves snuggles and 1 older kitty who prefers to be seen and not touched 🤣. My two children (12 & 8) have been raised with the knowledge of pet ownership and are proving to be wonderful pet owners as well. I’m retired from the federal government and am looking to fill my free time with helping others with a need I feel is hard to come by. My yard is fenced in completely. We have a doggie door for easy use for anyone staying the night. If you have a kitty who needs overnight care in my home, I’d keep them separate in an extra bedroom during the night but put the doggie door down during the day so they could roam and explore (and get plenty of snuggles)

About: I don’t have any experience with having a dog because my parents never wanted one but I want a dog so bad and will take care of your dog really well! Dogs are just so sweet and happy and I would love to take care of your dog! I have a bunny who acts basically like a puppy, he runs after treats I throw and loves to be petted, I’m just missing that dog in my life! I’d love to have a furry friend that I can take care of even if I don’t own him, but I’ll treat him as if I do and I will take great care of him when you need it and that will take your worries away! I do instacart and doordash so I have my own schedule whenever I want and can work around that since I choose when to work! I won’t take pets to my home, but in your home I will follow your instructions perfectly because I know that a fur baby is family!

About: In addition to dogs and cats, I love and have cared for many animals my entire life. I grew up caring for the family cat, dog sitting for friends and family, and working for the Prospect Park Zoo in NYC. As an adult I've volunteered for multiple animal shelters, and now care for my own baby Tortoise. As someone with a pet myself, I know how important it is that your sitter adores and respects your animals' needs. I prioritize your animal's health, safety, and happiness! I am a graduate student, giving me a pretty flexible schedule! I am typically completely free Thursday through Sunday. Drop off visits are possible Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, especially in the mornings or later at night. Making sure pets get the attention they need is a top priority for me. Being a student, writer, and researcher, I work mostly at home. This allows me to spend additional time hanging out with those pets that enjoy some human company. I also love hiking, walking, and spending time outdoors. So if your pup needs to get some energy out in the woods, I'll be more than happy to be their guide! I can house small pets for a night or two - I live in a ~700 square foot apartment with a balcony and ample access to the outdoors. But someone cannot always be home, so cats and independent small dogs are preferred.
