“We are so glad we found Brigid. Our dog, Roscoe, was comfortable with her right away when we had our meet-and-greet. Brigid asked good questions and took notes. She and her house are well-suited for a little dog visitor. She has a nice, fenced-in yard. Her couch is a cozy spot for napping, snuggling and looking out the window. Brigid stayed in touch with us leading up to our trip and while we were away. It was so fun for us to hear and see pictures of how Brigid and Roscoe were spending their time. I felt that they had developed a special bond and I can't wait to book Brigid again. I think Roscoe feels the same way.”

I am certified in fear free training and have a lot of experience with dogs who have separation anxiety due to my own dog. Safety, trust and keeping a very clean cozy environment is the best way to provide great service. In the home there are no kennels, crates or gates you would have to provide one if necessary. There are only couches for them to roll all over on and plenty of space to play around or rest. During the meet & greet I hope you both would appreciate the effort while enjoy the cozy homey atmosphere. At the pups home, the goal is to follow all the given directions precisely while still attending to the comfort, trust and needs of the pup their home throughout the booking.

About: I'm a cat and dog mom (cats are 10, pup is 7) with over 7 years of dog walking experience and a lifetime of cat care. I follow leash and cleanup laws and whatever your pet rules are for your fur babies! I work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule! I'm most available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with plenty of weekend availability. Between the hours of 8am - 4pm are best for me. I have a fenced, dedicated dog park far removed from main roads with plenty of grass. I always have doggy doo bags available for cleanup.

About: I grew up around dogs, so caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve helped take care of my friends’ dogs, including Pip, whom I’ve watched since he was a puppy, and Martha, a more senior dog. I’ve handled walking, feeding, playtime, and just generally making sure they’re comfortable and well cared for. I’m very responsible and understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I take that responsibility seriously and treat every dog as if they were my own. About: I have been caring for pets for friends and family for many years. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty when it comes to cleaning up pet messes. Plus I love sending photos to owners to assure them that their pets are happy and cared for. I am mostly available weeknights and weekends. I am currently working full-time, but I have the ability to check in on pets during the day if needed. Weekday mornings are usually a little busy for me. I will always be able to committ to a minimum of one visit a day for all services, but may double check with you if your booked visit times are flexible, especially for multiple day bookings. I love taking photos of your pets! I often send lots of updates during walks and drop ins, from when I get there, to what we're doing, to one more before I go. I'm going to try to catch your pet in the middle of a yawn, or a meow, or a bark! They get lots of love while they're with Aunt Stacie, and special attention to details like extra water in their wet food and tracking general hydration levels, supervised outdoor times for cats with secured balcony privileges, PLENTY of scritches wherever they prefer (got an elevator butt cat? A pibbie that lives for scratches on their big melon head?), and equal amounts of love, as well as awareness and respect of their boundaries and body language. **Please be aware of and respect my service radius and availability windows. My lower sitting fees are a result of a smaller service area and limited availability due to a separate work schedule. If you need a walk, please book a walk and not a drop in. Drop ins are for fenced in private yards, cat visits, and other similar situations.** Thank you so much for your understanding!! I have a very flexible schedule and I am happy to commit to both long and short term care. Travel in the Guilderland and Colonie areas is not a problem. About: I’ve had my own animals, both cats and dogs (mainly cats) since I was 6 years old. I’ve had to administer insulin before to my diabetic cat that has since passed. My experience with dogs are mainly of the bigger size (I had a pitbull/boxer mix and a pure bred chow chow). I’m currently working as a Direct Support Professional overnights 9pm-9am Thursday through Saturday (technically Sunday 9am). So I’m pretty open for picking up last minute gigs if needed. They are both high energy young dogs, one 7 months and one 13 months old and we were worried that they were going to be a problem. They love each other, romping like crazy with each other indoors and out and Samantha and Zach had no problem dealing with them. From our initial meet-and-greet through the entire stay, Jennifer was warm, attentive, communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure both dogs were happy and well cared for. Moose is a senior Great Pyrenees with some mobility limitations and additional care needs, and Jennifer went above and beyond for him. She was patient and compassionate, adapted walks and activities to what he was comfortably able to do, helped him when he needed assistance, stayed on top of his medications, and made sure he was comfortable and included. At the same time, she made sure Maggie received just as much individual attention and plenty of activity suited to her energy level. Jennifer sent frequent updates and so many wonderful photos throughout their stay, which we really appreciated. Her mom was also wonderful with the dogs, and it was clear that Moose and Maggie received so much attention and affection while they were there. Jennifer was also incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the stay, which made everything much easier for us. We’re extremely grateful for the care they received and would absolutely trust Jennifer with them again. I know Moose and Maggie will be very happy when they realize they’re headed back for another stay!”
