Mi-Cha-El was on top of sending updates throughout the day, including sending photos and videos. Toward the end of the booking, the ant invasion in my home and my busted shower head could have deterred Mi-Cha-El, but he was kind and thoughtful to clean up the ants and keep me looped in with the shower head as it happened. Thank you! ?”
