He responded every time I sent a text with a picture or video and a response in less than 10 minutes if not 5. Even the times I was distracted Franco would send a video of my dog comfortable and having fun. He also helped me out with a few issues I was having with my dog including (mounting). Gave me tips on things I could do better and very obviously taught my dog as well. I would never leave my dog with anyone else but Franco in the future! Even planning on booking a couple days each month just so my dog can hangout and have a great time!! You cannot go wrong booking with Franco!!!”
