“Tamaho took the time to do a meet and greet with Haru and her two dogs at a park nearby before our first booking and I was so amazed by how well behaved her dogs were. She’s fast to reply and is great with communication! She sends updates everyday with pictures as well! Now, every time Haru sees her he gets so excited. She’s our go to sitter and your dog will love spending time with Tamaho and her dogs as well!”

Updates and excellent communication! Our pup loves going to their house and runs up the stairs and comes home happy and tired.”

“Yukako was available on short notice and willing to board our pet Sammy. We exchanged details on behaviors and needs of Sammy and she was very quick to understand and noted well. She was very kind and flexible to take Sammy very early in the morning for boarding. She regularly kept sending updates on Sammy with pictures and beautiful videos that relieved a lot of anxiety of leaving him away. We would be certainly happy to board Sammy in future with her.”

“Ollie had his first overnight boarding at Jenny's. We had to make a last minute change because Ollie wasn't feeling well. Jenny was very understanding and flexible. Ollie is a senior doggie with a lot of anxiety. You can tell by how well her dog Chow Chow looks that Jenny takes great care of & geniunely loves the dogs in her care. We plan to book Jenny when we take a one week trip in a few months. We are so happy that we found her!”

“Chen was very experienced in handling my GR dog who can be a little energetic at times. She kept us informed of his stay with photos everyday and were happy with two-way text messages. My dog had a great time during his stay and met new doggy friends which were a big plus since the pandemic restricted his interaction with other dogs. Her house was clean and well suited for boarding. My dog got exercise rather than just sitting at her home all day. We do not see any bad behavior as a result of the boarding which means that Chen did a great job at attending our dog. Will definitely use Chen in the future.”

“Yan took care of my cat while i was away. They sent us constant photos and videos of Leo which was something we really liked. Leo is on a weight management plan and Yan helped us with keeping Leo on his food schedule. They accommodated our requests and were very welcoming . Yan and her husband have a cat tree and a cat bed which our cat enjoyed using. Our cat seemed very happy after returning from Yan’s place. I will recommend Yan to anyone looking for a cat sitter.”

“My 5-month-old puppy had a fantastic time during her stay. She made a lot of puppy friends, and Marina & Anwar treated her with excellent care, treating her like one of their own. “I booked Ken’s daycare and boarding for my nearly 2 year old 90lb German Shepard mix, Maya. Maya had an unexpected antibiotic regimen that required Ken to adjust his care with her- but Ken did a great job with adapting to this need and reassuring us that he was able to do so. His Doberman, Neo, was also a great play mate that helped Maya feel better while we were away. That helped us feel better as well with knowing that Maya always had someone to play with. Ken kept us updated with multiple texts, pics, and videos of Mayas care and we will definitely contact him again for future stays!!”

“I was on vacation for 3 weeks and left my golden retriever Maverick with Jean and James together with Mari and Kim (golden retriever + golden doodle). I did not have to worry about being away and enjoyed my vacation because both Jean and James took really good care of Maverick the entire time. They constantly gave me updates about him everyday without me having to ask. They trimmed his paws when needed, brushed his teeth, gave him some extra treats (all while checking in with me first) and gave Maverick lots of love. They really went the extra mile to take care of him and by far has been the best rover we’ve booked. 12/10 highly recommend. I will definitely leave Maverick with them again.”

“Alejandra and Leo were wonderful! I am the classic first time dog owner who got a dog during Covid so I was very anxious to leave my fur baby to go on an international trip with my family.. to put it lightly.. I tried to find any and every excuse not to go and to just stay home with my fur baby. When I first met Alejandra and Leo during a meet and greet, their instant calm and loving nature showed through and immediately put me at ease. And my pup (who is usually anxious in meeting new people) was instantly calm and behaved. SHOCKING LOL After just one more long walk (a week before I was leaving), I knew that my Mayor was in good hands. They not only send me daily photos and videos… they also followed his daily schedule and showered him with love and lots of walks and hikes. My pup was so happy during his stay and I would highly recommend to have your pup stay with Alejandra and Leo. I will definitely be rebooking whenever I am away 😁”
