“This was our first time using Rover. Meagan was very communicative and sent multiple pictures and videos of our boy. We will definitely be booking with her again! Thank you so much Meagan!”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lori. She takes such great care of my very fussy Dora. My dog ran right into her house for her second overnight visit. She obviously loves going there. Thank you Lori.”

“My girl came home happy and she didn't want to leave her vacation! Erica was communicative and sent a picture or video almost every day which I told her gave huge comfort to my toddler. She delivered all of Coco Chanel's meds without incidence (and even gave her bi-weekly subcutaneous shot). Thank you Erica, we will book with you again!”

“Megan & Vitality took wonderful care of our dog for 4 days. Savannah had friends to play with all the time, and was given the room she loves to have outdoors. Megan & Vitality agreed to the booking on short notice, and extended their usual boarding week a little for us. They sent pictures on a regular basis as well, so we knew Savannah was well cared for and having great fun.”

“We left our yorkie, Richie with Julia for over a week and Julia took great care of Richie, took him on regular long walks, shared pictures and videos of Richie and ensured that he ate well and kept him comfortable in her home. Thanks to Julia we were worry free about Richie on our vacation”

“Rita took such good care of our dog. Boomer. He was spoiled and pampered the whole time! She took pictures daily and kept me updated on what they were up to. I would highly recommend Rita!”

“Neetika took very good care of our puppy for a week while we were on vacation. The sending of daily updates and photos was so appreciated, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time away without worry. I would recommend Neetika, she has a loving family and her own pup who I know our Khloe enjoyed playing with in-between napping.”

“Catherine and her family were so caring to our elderly dog. They really went out of their way to make sure his separation anxiety and old man ways were managed well. Highly recommend them!”
“Sam and her husband were awesome! Our dog Winnie is usually very timid and slow to warm up to people. It was so comforting to know that she had such a good time there and got to play with some other puppy friends! We will definitely trust and use Sam again in the future!!”

“Barbara was amazing, she was able to take Lucy due to a family emergency and did such a wonderful job! Pictures every day of Lucy going on walks and snuggling with her family were very comforting. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer!”

“Curtis took really good care of our dog while we were away. He was really excellent with updating us with pictures and how our dog was doing. Curtis made my dog feel comfortable and at ease. If i ever need a dog sitter, Curtis will be my first choice.”

“Richard and his family were awesome! They treated Zoey with love and care! Sent pictures often and gave her lots of snuggles and love! I recommend him highly!!!”

“Lily is absolutely amazing. She treats our Charlie like family. She’s reasonable and listens to your questions and concerns. We absolutely love her! Thank you Lily for treating our Charlie as your own”

“Tim and his family took absolutely wonderful care of Togo! 🐶 Togo can be a bit of a trouble eater, but Tim and his family were incredibly patient and really went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable and eating well. They tried different approaches and truly cared about making sure he was happy and settled. They made Togo feel completely at home, which gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay — Tim regularly shared updates and pictures, which meant a lot to us. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, and they were kind enough to accommodate Togo for a couple of extra hours at the last minute without any hesitation. That flexibility and understanding really meant so much. We are so grateful and would absolutely trust Tim and his family with Togo again. Highly recommend!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Downingtown
This was Theo’s first time using Rover and his first extended stay away from us, so we were naturally nervous. Bart made the entire experience so much easier with regular updates and great communication, which gave us real peace of mind. Theo settled in well, got along with the other pets and kids, and came home happy and well cared for. We’re so grateful to have found Bart and wouldn’t hesitate to trust him with Theo again. Thank you, Bart!
Erica was such a great sitter!! She kept me updated with messages, pictures and videos throughout the weekend. And when her power went out due to storms, she took Ruth to her parents house to ensure she had AC since it was in the middle of a heat wave. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

This was our first time using Lorraine and Rover. We couldn't have found a better person to watch our senior pooch. From our first meeting, we felt our girl was in a safe healthy environment and Lorraine was a caring, reliable sitter. Over the 2 week stay, Lorraine sent updates and pictures showing a contended, happy pooch. We highly recommend Lorraine. A+

Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
