Work from home dog lover!
Hello! I have 6 years of experience caring for dogs. Both me & my fiance John work from home full-time and love the outdoors. We take regular breaks to go outside in my yard, and am able provide morning, lunch-time, and evening walks. I have a chihuahua mix of my own who is 11 years old. He can be shy at first but has warmed up to every dog I’ve brought around him and he enjoys having friends come over. I take no more than 2 dogs at a time to make sure I can provide enough attention and for safety. If your pup has any issues being around multiple dogs, please let me know and I can arrange to make sure they will be the only dog during their stay (besides my resident Toiro!) I ask that you please make sure your pups are up to date on shots when booking with me. This helps prevent spread of illness to keep all of our furry animals happy and healthy :)

Erica is an amazing dog sitter and was so good with our 5 year old Shetland sheepdog while we were recently away. She sent updates with pictures, and she took great care of her. Her home is clean and well organized, and she lives in a nice neighborhood that’s perfect for taking the dogs on walks. She also has a good sized backyard for the pups to play in. Erica did a fantastic job watching after our dog. She sent texts and photos to keep us informed on how things were going. She also plays with the dogs and takes them for walks. We definitely felt our puppy was in good hands and well cared for. We can tell she really loves animals and gives them love and attention. Erica responded promptly to our questions. I will recommend Erica to friends and family without hesitation.

Erica was such a great sitter!! She kept me updated with messages, pictures and videos throughout the weekend. And when her power went out due to storms, she took Ruth to her parents house to ensure she had AC since it was in the middle of a heat wave. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Schedule
My typical routine is: short morning walk before I start my work day at 8am, feed breakfast, extended lunch break walk around 12, potty break at 4pm, feed dinner on your schedule, extended walk in the evening around 6:45pm. If your dog needs more frequent potty breaks, let me know. If your dog has any restrictions on length of walks, please let me know so I can adjust accordingly.

My desk is set up in the living room where the dogs spend most of their time lounging during the work day, so I am able to keep an eye on them. I am available to send updates and photos to make sure you feel at ease. You’re welcome to message me at any time to see how they are doing! I feed dogs separately to make sure there are no issues and to avoid distractions.

A typical day
We will walk multiple times throughout the day to explore all the smells in my neighborhood. When it’s nice out, we might hang out in my back yard and enjoy some sun. On weekends, we may venture out to a local trail to get some new scenery (with your permission, of course!)
