“My girl came home happy and she didn't want to leave her vacation! Erica was communicative and sent a picture or video almost every day which I told her gave huge comfort to my toddler. She delivered all of Coco Chanel's meds without incidence (and even gave her bi-weekly subcutaneous shot). Thank you Erica, we will book with you again!”

From our first meeting, we felt our girl was in a safe healthy environment and Lorraine was a caring, reliable sitter. Over the 2 week stay, Lorraine sent updates and pictures showing a contended, happy pooch. We highly recommend Lorraine. A+”

“Keerthi and her spouse are very caring, gentle souls and took very good care of Piper. This is the first time we boarded our doodle (who tends to get anxious), but she felt very comfortable in their house, most importantly we felt very safe leaving her for the day. Keerthi kept us updated through the day, and made sure to take Piper out for walks, follow her routine, and give her lots of comfort. We are so grateful to have found them, and we highly recommend them.”

“Thank you to Ami, Zoe, and family for taking such great care of Daisy! They were very kind, flexible, and accommodating. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

“Shishir and his family took great care of Teddy just like we do at home. Even though our pickup was delayed until 2:00 AM, Shishir was very accommodating. Teddy was well fed, comfortable, and happy during his stay. The warm welcome from the kids helped Teddy settle in quickly, especially since he has some anxiety issues. Teddy also got along very well with their pet, it felt more like a fun play date for him. Overall, we are very happy with the care and attention Teddy received and would highly recommend Shishir and his family.”

“Wenji was very kind, and her daughter absolutely loves dogs, so Nina seemed to have been loved and had a great time during her one night boarding. Wenji kept me updated on Nina’s status from time to time, and I would be happy to use her boarding service next time🥰”

“Tim and his family took absolutely wonderful care of Togo! 🐶 Togo can be a bit of a trouble eater, but Tim and his family were incredibly patient and really went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable and eating well. They tried different approaches and truly cared about making sure he was happy and settled. They made Togo feel completely at home, which gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay — Tim regularly shared updates and pictures, which meant a lot to us. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, and they were kind enough to accommodate Togo for a couple of extra hours at the last minute without any hesitation. That flexibility and understanding really meant so much. We are so grateful and would absolutely trust Tim and his family with Togo again. Highly recommend!”

“Rita took such good care of our dog. Boomer. He was spoiled and pampered the whole time! She took pictures daily and kept me updated on what they were up to. I would highly recommend Rita!”

Keerthi and Jay were wonderful! They are such a sweet couple, and I felt completely comfortable going on vacation and leaving my pup in their care, despite his separation anxiety. I loved receiving the daily updates and photos, and Keerthi was fantastic about reaching out with any concerns. It is such a relief to find sitters who are so attentive and caring. I highly recommend them!
Julia was absolutely fantastic with our dog. We were out of town for a sports tournament and I was a little nervous about leaving him while we were busy, but she put me completely at ease. She has a beautiful, pet‑friendly home, and our dog had the best time—he was so happily worn out that he slept almost the entire drive home after his exhilarating weekend with Julia and her sweet fur baby. So thankful for Julia’s care and the peace of mind she gave us.

Meaghan did a wonderful job watching Molly for the first time for a week . She has a great yard for them to play. she kept me updated with photos and video and was always available with messages. She does watch several dogs at a time but gives them all the attention needed. Already booked my next visit

We boarded our dog, Boo, with Valerie for a week while we were out of town. Valerie did a great job, she was very caring and responsive, she sent us photos/updates often and she took initiative to help our nervous dog get comfortable in a new environment. Our girl was in great hands with Valerie and her family. Thanks again! :)

Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
