About: Although I take care of mostly cats now, I grew up with my own dog and cared for him until my own adulthood. Ready to care for, love, ignore (as needed by many cats), pet, and cuddle with your loved furry friends. I am a student with lots of time to hug and care for your furry friends! Super flexible hours and can work around your schedule. My own baby enjoys lots of time in the sunshine. I make sure to play extensively with her and other cats I have sitted. Feeding, cuddling, cleaning litter boxes are done multiple times a day for my own and I expect to provide that same care for your loved ones.
“Mariam has been a great dog walker for our senior dog Hannah- she is attentive, observant, caring and a great communicator. She goes above and beyond by giving our cats some attention as well and picks up on small details with our dog who is on medication which brings us such peace of mind.”

About: I am an animal lover who is happy to give some love, attention, and care to pets of all varieties. I am very comfortable administering medication (have a diabetic cat at home), and have no qualms about cleaning up pet messes. I love playing and cuddling as well as taking care of an animals physical needs. I like doing Rover because I work in entertainment and travel quite a bit for projects, but when I am home and have no gigs, my time is very flexible and I can fit any pet's schedule into mine. I wish I could have a dog but I am out of town too much. Rover is perfect for getting some dog love during my stretches between gigs. I am happy to take pets in my home (with a fenced park across the street, and three cat friends) or visit them in your home where they are comfortable.
“Cassandra has been wonderful with our two dogs on repeat visits! She has been flexible and responsive and always sends cute photos of them. We are looking forward to being regular clients of hers!”

“Molly is friendly, a great communicator, and she was super with my dog. She is also quite independent, willing to jump right in. I highly recommend Molly - she is great!”

“Tamara was really flexible with my last-minute request, and did a great job communicating and taking care of my elderly dog while I was out of town. I would definitely recommend her!”

About: Welcome to my care profile! Thanks so much for your consideration. My name is Goddess Jasmine (pronounced Yasmine). 🌻 I am a Muslim & Christ 🌟centered plantbased entrepreneur, author, and content creator from Chicago whose main focus is about reconnecting and interweaving ourselves with nature to cultivate vitality and a cohesive social eco environment in which every being thrives in harmony. I am an enthusiastic world traveler, animal and nature lover committed to sharing joy and my authentic glow everywhere I go. As a seasoned holistic wellness consultant, caregiver, empowerment content creator, and community herbalist I work from home and close to the earth because I love to be outside and nurturing all living creatures. My main personal values center integrity with my inner wisdom, and connecting deeply with all that there is in my environment by sharing love & compassion to every being I encounter. I believe that everyone’s presence is a gift so I take the time to be in gratitude with all living beings I encounter moment by moment. When I was younger I always had a big heart and would care deeply for everyone and everything. I grew up with a guiñea pig, a fish, making friends with trees and babysitting my younger siblings and neighborhood children. I often visited my grandmama’s house to help her play with and care for her German Shepard. As a teenager I attended a rural farming school in Vermont and volunteered on many farms near Boston where I learned how to grow produce and raise livestock namely, cows, ducks, chickens, turkeys, and goats. While In Claremont California, I obtained my BA in Environmental Analysis Africana Studies and a Minor in Studio Art, studying the intrinsic interdependence and the ultimate beauty and creative web connections that support and maintain life. Additionally, I often took care of many of my friends' dogs (chihuahua and other medium mix breeds) while away on extended trips, namely playing with pets, walks, bathing, and poop time. In my 20’s I have had various house sitting opportunities to collect packages and tend for pets, cats, fish and gardens. Currently as a full time dog walker, herbalist and land steward, I feed the local wildlife, tend to an abundant native species garden and perform other domestic duties to maintain the beauty of the home. I believe that we are one with nature so connecting with nature is how we connect with ourselves. About: While I do not currently share my life with a dog of my own (it's a matter of being unable to adopt every dog I lay my eyes on!), I dearly love helping pet parents keep their dogs happy and healthy and preferably in their own homes while their owners are away. I love to travel, and love to spend time with as many dogs as I can possibly fit into my day. You can often find me chatting with others about their animals, and I am always interested in hearing about every little detail. I enjoy helping people get a greater understanding regarding the welfare of their animals, and sometimes bore my friends with random and obscure dog breeds, and what I know of their temperament and behavior. I'm proud to say I try to research as many breeds as I can so that I know what to expect, and hey, it's always fun to just know why and how a breed came into existence! I happen to also be studying veterinary technology, for the knowledge of nutrition and behavior, since surgery is more information than I want. :D I am also very happy to drop by or stay with your cats, and am quite used to the varying personalities of these small creatures: the ones who like to play hide and seek, the aloof, the playful, and the grumpy. I don't mind at all, as long as the cat is comfortable, eating, and using their litter box, all is well! I can work my day around your dog or cat, as I am a dedicated sitter, and much prefer to spend my time enjoying the company of cats and dogs as much as I can. I much prefer to stay with the dog or cat in their own home, as having their familiar surroundings help them remain peaceful, happy, and comfortable.
“I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care Chauntrell gave my pup while I was away! From the moment we connected, he was communicative, kind, and clearly passionate about animals. He sent daily updates, photos, and even little notes about how my dog was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was gone. Chauntrell was so patient and gentle with him it didn’t take long before he was completely comfortable and excited for their walks. He treated my pup like he was their own, and that means the world to me. I highly recommend Chauntrell to anyone looking for someone dependable, loving, and professional. I will absolutely be booking with him again in the future! Thank you again for everything my friend! 🐾❤️”

“He came in last minute as I was out of town . Communication was prompt and clear. I felt safe with him caring for my pup while i was away. Thank you and for all the pictures which mean so much”

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life and have years of hands-on experience in both pet rescue and the pet wellness world. I worked at an animal shelter in Texas, caring for rescued dogs and cats—feeding, cleaning kennels, giving vaccinations, and helping animals feel safe and loved. I also spent over two years as an assistant manager at Kriser’s Natural Pet in Chicago, where I learned a ton about nutrition, behavior, and holistic care. These days, I’m a work-from-home dog mom to my own 7-year-old rescue pup (who thinks he’s a cat—yes, he has a window perch)! 🐕🐈⬛ I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, and I have experience caring for senior dogs and administering medication. I don’t offer puppy care, but I’m always happy to tailor my approach to your dog’s personality - whether that means a long walk, a play session, or just being their calm companion while you’re away! 🐾 I work from home Monday to Friday, so I’m pretty flexible with breaks to give your pup some love and walks. I’m usually free early mornings before 8 a.m., midday from 12 to 5 p.m., and evenings after 7 p.m. during summer — hoping to walk dogs pretty much every day, as long as you’re nearby! Last-minute requests happen sometimes, but not too often, and I’m not available on Thursdays. I’m juggling school too, and will be off for two weeks in October for my honeymoon (woohoo!). At home, my rescue dog Shiney and I spend lots of time playing, walking, and chilling during my meetings, so I know how important quality pet time is. I’m all about short visits and long walks, and I’m happy to work around your schedule to make sure your dog gets exactly what they need. I don’t do boarding or daycare, but I’m happy to stay overnight at your place so your pup can chill in their own comfy home. Whether it’s a quick walk or a sleepover, I’m all about keeping your dog safe, happy, and feeling loved! I stick to your pup’s routine, follow your instructions, and make sure they get plenty of attention and belly rubs. Plus, I keep you in the loop with updates so you can relax knowing your furry best friend is in great hands!

About: I have been taking care of reptiles dogs and cats for the past five years with nothing but love and respect for the animals and owners. Douglas dog parents share their Rover experiences
Chauntrell was absolutely phenomenal! He came through for me in a tight situation and was truly a lifesaver. His care and attention to my dog were outstanding — I could tell he genuinely loves animals. On a hot summer day, he even brought ice water for my dog during the walk, which was such a thoughtful touch. I would happily use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone dependable, caring, and professional.
