“I needed some last minute help with my senior dog, and Alissa responded back quickly and was able to help me out!! She came to meet our pets and get the layout, and helped us out almost right away! She is very kind and gentle with our Murphy and even gives our two cats some loving even though we booked her for a dog walk! As someone with OCD and anxiety, my brain and body feel comfortable and safe with Alissa taking care of our senior puppy when we aren’t at home. Looking forward to hopefully booking with her again!!”

About: I have 2 large rescues that have been a part of my family for the last 9 years. When I lived in apartments, I helped watch other neighbors' dogs and always enjoyed getting to know them and learn about their routines, hobbies, and quirks. While my family never had a dog growing up, I love being around them now and could never go back to a life without them! Since I work part time at a local farm, and am only just getting my own farm up and running, I have a relatively flexible schedule from week to week, especially during the winter, early spring, and late fall. I am thorough when it comes to taking care of my dogs' health and safety, as well as the health and safety of all pets that are in my care. I am always vigilant about traffic while walking dogs near any roads, and am always careful of walking them near other animals. When in another's home I am respectful of boundaries and rules and always clean up after myself or any messes that a pet may make.

About: I was mommy to Buster for 15 years. Buster was a little 20 pound mutt who was my best friend. He went everywhere with me. Buster has been gone for 2 years now and I still miss him. I am in search of the companionship and the unconditional love he gave me. I am looking to have fun, earn some extra money and find that love and companionship animals can give to us. Watching other peoples four legged friends will give my children and I a chance to give back and help others while in turn we will gain the fun and love dogs give to us. I have to say I like dogs more than I like most people, they never judge and love us no matter what. I am a caregiver by nature and I would love to care for dogs again.

About: I always had a dog. The house isn’t a home if you don’t have a dog. Family brings there dog over. Every one gets along I’m working part time . Will have time to play and walk your dog. I care for dogs. I have a dog name Louie. We’re always outside I have a big fenced in yard . I have a dog so my house is dog proof. I have a one story house on a quiet street.

About: I have had cats for more than half of my life and dog-sat for around the same amount of time. I used to dog sit two huskies all the time, had a dog of my own for a short time, and have experience dog sitting for labs as well! I have even taken care of a bearded dragon and snake on multiple occasions. Rover does not list animals other than cats and dogs directly but I am happy to arrange care for another animal as well, including exotic animals, for a fee that can be discussed. I am volunteering at the humane society and am very involved in caring for animals as much as I have time for. I am excited and ready to care for any and all pets that need it and will stick to specific details given. I won't hesitate to ask questions about the care of your pets when I have them to make sure your pet gets the utmost care and love while you're away or busy, and id yoy have plants that need watering, say the word and I'll do that too! I am currently full time in senior year of high-school and volunteering for two hours a week on the weekends, but I graduate in a month and will have all the time in the world to pet sit! I follow every instruction for food, water, walk, and treats and ask questions if I am unsure of something. I tend to stay longer than needed for check in visits just to give pets some company if I have the time. Unless pets are not very social, they will get all kinds of attention, and if they have any anxiety or behavioral differences I will be very careful and act however is best for them. I am very sure to be on time for visits and will be very specific to follow instructions for walking or being taken outside.

About: I have many years of dog sitting for family members with 5 different dogs ! I volunteered at Dane County Humane Society for 3 years - dog walking and cleaning facility and dog areas . I had 2 Rottweilers that I lived with for 5 years and assisted to care for them an additional 5 years . As a kid we had a family dog - standard poodle for 7 years . I absolutely LOVE all dogs and not only can I help dog owners but would greatly enjoy the time i care for and quality time I spend with your dogs ! After work which ends at 500 pm I am available for walking dogs ! I also am available on weekends for walks . I’m very flexible with my schedule as I don’t have any pets of my own . About: I’ve been a dog sitter for over four years to a family that travels quite a bit! I also help my neighbors walk and feed their pets when they are gone! We have two dogs of our own (55 & 65 lb English Bulldog mixes), and they’re family—so we really appreciate sitters who treat them the same way. I’d love to give you that same peace of mind while you’re away at work or on vacation! I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities—including pets with medical needs, strong temperaments, unbreakable routines, or ones who prefer space from others. I can also help with little things like mail, plants, or bird feeders after the walk or while house sitting. Experience: I’ve been pet sitting for 13+ years and have experience with everything from tiny pups to big, strong dogs, plus puppies, pullers, and jumpers. I’m happy to follow your routines and training style. Medical issues: One of my own dogs has kidney disease and degenerative myelopathy, so I’m very comfortable giving meds, handling special diets, and adjusting activity as needed. Reactive Dogs / Pulling: I am not a dog trainer, but have I experience with my own reactive dogs and can confidently manage walks and situations where pets need extra awareness and care. I do have a 8-5 job, but I work from home Mondays and Fridays. I can pop over multiple times during the day or work from your home if needed. The days I do work in the office (Tuesday - Thursday) I can be available after 5:00 pm. If I show available on the weekends, I'm available at anytime to help out. My neighbors reach out to me to care for their pets when they are gone for a weekend or long week vacation and I care for them like they are my own. I make sure that I give them lots of love and attention while letting them out for their breaks.

About: I love caring for animals! I have always been asked to care for pets when my loved ones, friends, coworkers, or neighbors are away. I make homemade dog treats with my dogs and I’m sure they will share! I have cared for all ages of dogs, all needs of dogs. If your dog is friendly, and you would be interested in letting them play with my dog Ozzie to wear out some energy, that is an option as long as they can meet first! Nothing beats a middle of the day play date! I can be flexible in my schedule but sometimes it changes fast, I promise to keep my schedule as up to date as I can. When I am not caring for pets, I work full time as an RN. Please note all my rates are negotiable. I do work 12-13hr shifts full time as a RN. With that, I promise to be upfront and honest about my hours so we can figure out additional care if needed. My schedule varies every week so I often have free time during the week. I work every 3rd weekend. I can come by and spend time with your pets, I can take them for walks, make homemade treats with them, or just give them belly rubs and ear scratches!
