“Emma was a great sitter during our weekend away! She sent tons of great pictures, took Tico for a walks and best of all, her dogs and Tico loved each other and played all weekend. He was exhausted when he got home. Happy dog, happy us! Thanks Emma!”

“Our 2 dogs stayed at Sarah's for about a week earlier this month. The stay was great! We got daily updates, including photos and videos. They have a fantastic large fenced in yard where they could safety run and play. They had lots of playtime, but also lots of snuggles and love. They were both clearly enjoying their own vacation at Sarah's while we were gone on ours. It was so refreshing to know they were so well cared for while we were away- we have already rebooked them for our next trip!”

“I can't recommend Stephanie highly enough! She recently watched our dog, Hazel, and she was truly wonderful from start to finish. From the moment we dropped Hazel off, Stephanie provided excellent and frequent updates, including photos and videos, which really put our minds at ease. It was clear that Hazel was having a great time and felt completely comfortable in her care. Stephanie was incredibly reliable, easy to communicate with, and genuinely treated Hazel like her own family. Hazel came home tired, happy, and clearly well-loved. If you're looking for a trustworthy, loving, and professional sitter on Rover, book Stephanie—we certainly will be booking her again!”

“The kids were happy. Good communication, lots of photos and video. It was a great place with a good yard for them to play. She took good care of our perrhijos.”

“Amanda was wonderful! She sent videos and pictures of Cece the entire time we were gone. I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone and plan to use her again in the future!”

“Baba had a great time with Ellen! He was sad to be home and not have a big yard to run around, but he will return on our next trip. Ellen was great about sending photos of baba and letting us know how his day/night was.”

“Pretzel has a great 2 week stay. Duane& Lauren took great care of him and he has lots of playtime and walks to keep him busy. Their place is warm and cozy even in the cold winter!”

“Margaret was great with our dog, Comet! She sent photos and updates and Comet seemed very happy both in the photos and when we got back. I would highly recommend booking Margaret and we will try and book her again in the future!”

“Ronalisa was amazing with Pepper. She would be great in hosting any dog, and for sure she is skilled at hosting an elderly dog. This one... originally a rescue who may well have been abused, now ~14 years old, deaf, extremely anxious to be left alone, and suspicious of new people... could have been a challenge. Rona took it all in stride, easily handling the regime of medications and food preferences and totally winning Pepper's heart.”

“Sure! Here's a thoughtful review you can leave for Ryan and Martha: --- Ryan and Martha were absolutely wonderful with Yogi! From the start, their communication was excellent — clear, prompt, and always thoughtful. They made dropoff and pickup incredibly easy and were very flexible with the timing, which we really appreciated. Throughout Yogi’s stay, they sent us regular updates and the sweetest photos that clearly showed how happy and comfortable he was. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. You can tell they genuinely care about animals and treat them like part of the family. We would absolutely trust them with Yogi again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for kind, responsible, and communicative pet sitters.”

“Jenny and her family did an excellent job watching Teddy and giving him the best experience during the holidays. It was even his birthday and they went above and beyond to throw a birthday party for him! We are so appreciative of how well Teddy was treated and all the photo updates were reassuring. Teddy is looking forward to his next stay! Highly recommend! 🤍”

“Mary and her family were absolutely wonderful sitters for Grizzy! They took great care of him during a cold snap, making sure he was warm and comfortable. Mary sent wonderful updates and absolutely adorable pictures, and I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Fabulous! Mack gave her 4 paws up and he would have given her more but he only has 4 paws. He has been online trying one to buy me more airline trips so he can go back to Steph and live the good life. Can’t praise her enough. Deb Spencley”

“Kaycee and Robert took great care of my two dogs. They sent lots of updates, and communicated clearly with us. I’d highly recommend them, and will reach out to them when I need someone to watch our dogs again.”

“Val and his wife were absolutely wonderful with Logan! They gave him so much love and attention, and I felt completely at ease while we were away. I really appreciated the updates and could tell Logan was happy and well cared for. I highly recommend them and would definitely book again!”

“Emily was great with our big, young and very energetic dog! She has a great fenced in yard and our dog had a blast! He was very tired when he got home! We would definitely use her again!”

“Juan and Gabriel took excellent care of our very fearful Nala. She warmed up to them quickly and took long walks with their pups and ended up having a wonderful time! Nala was so well taken care of and we couldn't be more thrilled that we have found a great place for her to go. We will definitely be calling Juan and Gabriel again! Thanks so much!”

“Jennifer always takes great care of Eliza. She follows our instructions to a T and gives her and her brother lots of love and attention. We have never used another sitter and hope never to need to!”

“I knew Ashley would be the perfect fit to check in on our 19 year old cat, Pumpkin, while we were out of town for 11 days. Ashley quickly responded to my inquiry, is friendly and kind, a great communicator, and flexible. She even took in our garbage cans for us. I know that Pumpkin was well cared for and received lots of attention while we were away. I loved receiving the photos of Pumpkin that Ashley sent. I highly recommend Ashley. She will definitely be my go-to sitter for Pumpkin.”

“Brianna is AMAZING! We are so lucky to have found her on Rover. We have two cats, a tortoise, button quail and fish that she watched for us while we were on vacation. One of our cats is hesitant with everyone but me. Not only was she able to give him his medicine without a fight, he flopped for her and gave her kisses. Our other cat was spoiled with many sink drinks and lick treats. He has never ate a lick treat from any of us! We were so surprised to see a picture of him enjoying them. Brianna is truly a pet whisperer! She also sent a ton of pictures which were great to receive to see our boys thriving without us. Brianna is very communicative and a great problem solver. Our tortoise’s light burned out and she grabbed a light from a nearby lamp so he had some light. I ordered a new light with overnight delivery on Amazon which Brianna installed the next day for us. This was our first booking with Brianna, we will definitely request to book with her again. Thank you Brianna!!”

“Megan was so amazing with my cat!! Peaches can be wary of new people and Megan took her time and gave Peach the space she needed, while also making sure she had everything she needed! Wonderful pictures and notes from every visit, I hope she can watch her again in the future!!”

“This is Taylor's second time watching Minnow and she does a great job just giving her love and playtime, and taking care of the litterbox daily. Taylor is easy to work with and leaves good Rover card updates and pics every day, and Minnow was happy and content when I got back.”

About: I’ve lived with up to 5 cats at a time, I’m very experienced with cats with different needs and ones that might not get along all the time, I also know how important it is to play with cats when I have the time
“We really appreciated Hannah. She was prompt and professional and showed immense comfort around my 3 dogs who had never been let out by someone they didn't know. I'd use her every time!”

“Tanis was so patient and kind with my finicky cats. I appreciate that she took care of my older cats insulin shots and gave them both love. I felt so relieved to have someone so sweet and competent take care of my fur babies.”

“This was my second time booking with Alissa and she was just as great the this time around. One of my kitties had an accident, and Alissa helped clean up and kept me updated throughout her drop-in on how my cat was doing. She’s very reliable and definitely my new go-to for watching my cats!”

“Shelly was wonderful with our two cats. One of them is an elderly diabetic, and she administered insulin without any issues. She also sent photos, which we loved—it was so nice to see the cats while we were away.”

About: I worked 8 years, almost 9, and The Dog Hut LLC. I've helped care for dogs as young as 2 months and dogs well into their senior years. I'm happy to give medication to any dogs that need it and make sure they get extra cuddles and someone to "talk to". I am also very open to more than just dogs. I worked for 4 years at the Dane County Humane Society caring for Guinee Pigs, rats, and a non venomous snake. I am currently between jobs so any day works well for me. I'm happy to come late morning and well into the night to feed, water, and play with your pets who need that. Or just lend a happy presence, for the cats and cat-like pets who just need a simple hello. At my home I do not have a fully fenced in yard but am within walking distance of a few paths so even if your dog will be on leash they will get a wonderful walk in. Bringing their own toys and comfort items will be needed as I only have a cat currently. Also your dog must be cat friendly or will need to have a kennel brought with them should they be staying. I am okay staying over at my client's place should the need arise, can give medication and will give them all the playtime and snuggle breaks they need. I will be wary of weather changes so I can give them quick breaks outside and make sure they still can get energy out should it be an inside kind of day.
“Emily did an excellent job checking in on my cat on a timely basis, making sure he was taken care of, and she made sure to give him some attention and wasn’t just seeing to needs like food and water. Would ask for her services again.”

“Great experience overall. Sabrina was very flexible and accommodating on the front end making arrangements, and I felt very comfortable my cat was getting good care while I was away.”

“Shelly was so great with my Vinnie. It was his first time staying with Shelly and he clearly had a blast. He came home happy but exhausted - perfect win. I'm so grateful Shelly was willing and able to care for Vinnie on pretty short notice - we will definitely be back :)”

“Our 3 dogs love going to Kara’s. They run in the door and barely look back at us. We know they’re having a great time by the photos Kara sends us during their stay. She takes wonderful care of them.”

“Nicole is absolutely wonderful. I came to her with a dog who was super anxious at his last sitter (to no fault of the sitter), stubborn, and a senior, and she is so understanding and kind. Ollie is vocal and set in his ways, and she was able to make his experience super positive and he really seemed to like her. I will absolutely be booking her anytime she is available, and as long as she wants Ollie back.”

“Mozart had a wonderful time playing with his new friends. We would highly recommend this doggy day care for elderly canine kids. At 13 years old, our Mozart had a wonderful time! Thank you!”

About: I am a person who truly loves taking care of dogs. I believe they are extremely important members of our lives and our families. Dogs bring joy, love, and positive energy into our home, and they always make us feel happier and more comfortable. I enjoy spending time with them, caring for their needs, and making sure they feel safe and loved. For me, dogs are not just pets, they are loyal companions who make our home a better place. Many years ago, I worked as a caregiver, and I have many years of experience taking care of dogs. Through that experience, I have learned how to understand how dogs feel by observing their actions, behavior, and body language. I pay close attention to their needs, moods, and energy levels to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved at all times. Caring for dogs is something I take very seriously and do with patience and dedication. I care for pets by making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved, whether in my home or in a client’s home. I follow the pet’s regular routine, including feeding schedules, fresh water, walks, playtime, and rest. I also keep their living area clean, provide exercise and companionship, and communicate with owners to ensure their pets are happy and well cared for.
“Hi Elizabeth, I just wanted to say thank you for taking such great care of Fox! I really appreciated the updates while I was away. It’s clear you gave her lots of attention and care, and I could tell she was happy and comfortable with you. I’d absolutely trust you again and would happily recommend you to others. Thanks again!”
“Emily made us feel extremely safe leaving our pup, Tyke, with her! She had a basket full of toys ready to show him & her home felt so cozy & welcoming. I could tell our pup felt safe with her right away & wasn’t stressed during drop off or pick up Thank you, Emily!”

“Robert is one of my favorite Tover sitters. He is incredibly professional and takes good care of my little peanut, Ziva. Gives walk reports and sends a few pix during the day. Highly recommended; I have referred him a few others. He is a busy guy - book early! Thanks so much🐾♥️🐾.”

“AJ (Julie) was so great!! My Rambo and her Duncan played all day each day of his 4 days in her care & AJ sent me the funniest, cutest photos of the two of them. She even takes them to the park! Rambo comes home absolutely exhausted each day which is pretty fantastic!”

“Daryl was very pleasant, easy to coordinate with and was flexible with our schedule. She kept us informed throughout the day. Our dog can be challenging but Daryl's experience gave us confidence in having her care for Suki. We were visiting from out of town but would definitely contact Daryl again when in Madison!”

“Kind and professional, very easy to work with and quick to respond. I needed somewhere for my girl to go where she could be around other dogs while I was swamped for the day, within 1 hour I had a daycare appointment set up with Brad. About: I grew up on a farm, which is pretty much where my animal obsession began! I was surrounded by cows, pigs, horses, chickens, cats, dogs — basically if it had fur, feathers, or hooves, I probably helped take care of it. Growing up around so many different animals taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and how every animal has their own unique personality. Ever since then, animals have just naturally been a huge part of my life! I’m a full-time nurse with a flexible schedule, since I only work 3–4 days a week. That means I have plenty of time, energy, and attention to dedicate to your furry friends! I have a Chocolate Labrador named Jake that would need to come with me when house sitting. He is good with dogs and cats. I might not have a fenced yard, but there is so much space near my apartment for dogs to play and run. There is also a trail close by that I have taken my dog on, which she loves. I have a truck that can transport them. If I am caring for pets in the client's home I have no issue with taking them out to play or on walks. I absolutely love being around pets.

I want to full disclose with new perspective pets parents: I have a full time, in-office job with the standard business hours, Monday through Friday. If that's not what you are looking for in a house sitter, I understand. If I had a pet of my own, I would ensure all their needs are met. As a petsitter, I would to ensure their animal's life doesn't change or I could make it better in some small way especially since their parent(s) is gone I stay at the animal's home to care for them so their life isn't different than what it usually is for them. Changing their environment can be quite shocking and stressful to them. I try not change their lifestyle too much while the parent is gone

They have a fantastic large fenced in yard where they could safety run and play. They had lots of playtime, but also lots of snuggles and love. It was so refreshing to know they were so well cared for while we were away- we have already rebooked them for our next trip!”

“Meghan and her family are absolutely AMAZING!! We did an extended stay and it was our first time using Rover ~ daily updates, pictures.. she and her family took great care of pup while we were away. We will definitely be rebooking with her :)”
