About: I have 2 large rescues that have been a part of my family for the last 9 years. When I lived in apartments, I helped watch other neighbors' dogs and always enjoyed getting to know them and learn about their routines, hobbies, and quirks. While my family never had a dog growing up, I love being around them now and could never go back to a life without them! Since I work part time at a local farm, and am only just getting my own farm up and running, I have a relatively flexible schedule from week to week, especially during the winter, early spring, and late fall. I am thorough when it comes to taking care of my dogs' health and safety, as well as the health and safety of all pets that are in my care. I am always vigilant about traffic while walking dogs near any roads, and am always careful of walking them near other animals. When in another's home I am respectful of boundaries and rules and always clean up after myself or any messes that a pet may make.
About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. My Dad went to school to be a Veterinarian, so we have always been around different animals. I have two cats at home, and recently just lost my beloved dog, Lexi! I currently work as a flight instructor so my schedule is very flexible! I typically start later in the day or early in the morning. Plenty of time to help out!! I can walk, feed, clean-up after any pets. I have no preference, little, big, cats and dogs. I love going on long walks and playing catch in the yard. When your dog stays with me, they will have they certainly won’t feel alone! I also have experience with farm animals as well horses, cattle, goats etc. I’ve also had house with combinations of dogs, cats and horses. I’ve also had experience with epileptic dogs as well and having to give medication to pets as well. My work schedule during the week I typical work 8-9 hours a day and on the weekends I work I typically work 10-11 hours days. Even with working if the pet requires walks I will make sure they are getting the exercise they need before and after work regardless of the time. I am a very trustworthy pet sitter I have clients that are okay with friends or significant others coming over and I have others who are not, either way I fully respect that clients choice. I always make sure to clean up after myself and make sure the house is clean before leaving. When it comes to the animal I will not push the animal to do anything it does not want to do like going for a car ride, or anything else that may make the pet nervous. I do like to meet the animal and pet parents before hand just to make sure we have a good connection and trust.
