About: I’ve been dog sitting for friends and strangers alike ever since I graduated and moved to DC in 2019! It all started because I had such a deep love for dogs, but was not yet ready to have one of my own. Nowadays, I share an adorable little mutt with my boyfriend, and we split the care for her fairly evenly. Because of this, if you’re interested in boarding your pet, they need to be friendly with other dogs; ours absolutely LOVES them. Otherwise, I am happy to pet sit at your residence. Additionally, I have experience with elderly dog care and will cater to whatever their needs are. I’m a full-time corporate girlie with a flexible, hybrid work schedule. I’m normally in the office 2-3 days/week, but can work from home the entire duration of your pet’s stay, if that is desired. I’m happy to work with you to create the exact level of care and attention you desire for your doggo. Your pet would have free rein of the house while we’re home and would be kept in a separate room/ crate than our dog when we’re away. We do have a yard, although it’s not fenced in, so we let our dog run around on a 50 ft leash in the backyard; we could do the same for your dog!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and have taken care of friends and families dogs on countless occasions. I have watched messy puppies all the way up to semi-aggressive senior dogs. My schedule is flexible due to remote work! I have lots of free time throughout my days and am more than capable of walking multiple times per day. As a remote worker, I will be with the dog the entire time, for as long as I am scheduled to sit. I love frequent walks as well so I have no issue taking dogs out and making sure they are happily cared for.

After lunch I will take him for a small walk and later on hangout at around 4pm. they will have dinner at around 6 pm and then have a night walk at around 8-9pm I live at a apartment but downstairs have a big dog park. And I mostly WFH, so I will probably spend 99.9%with them, they will have my in their sight.

Miryam was awesome with my dog, Thurgie! I needed someone to watch him for the day, and she made the whole experience super easy and stress-free. My dog came back happy and tired (the best kind of tired), so I know he had a great time. She sent a couple of pics during the day, which was really nice and totally put me at ease. Ashley was so generous enough to accept honey the very last minute like couple days beforehand . And I was so grateful. I needed someone to watch honey for 5-6 hours while at a conference meeting. Tim and Mirjam were very easy to coordinate with and took good care of our dog! We were in town visiting and had to attend an appointment that we couldn’t take our dog to, so we were lucky to find Tim and Mirjam. They watched our dog for about half a day and kept us updated and sent photos throughout that time. They were flexible and accommodating with the pick up and drop off times as well!
