About: I've been a pet/house sitter for about 10 years, I started when I was a teenager helping my family friends and neighbors to now as an adult. I've grown up my whole life surrounded by animals and I couldn't imagine it any other way. Love connecting with the pets and fellow animal lovers! I've started doing my sitting job full time so I'm available for more attentive care and easy contacting. I do house sit as well if you'd like me to stay with your pet overnight for a peace of mind and comfort of the animals. I try to not to overlap my jobs so that I can give each person and their pets my full attention and presence. I always bring treats with me as a peace offering to show the animals some trust in me, keeping very aware of their boundaries and environment. Taking any necessary walks or have play time to keep their energy and spirits up. Also, I always try to keep everything as you left it. I always clean up after myself and the animals if needed, I'm consistent with any schedule given, and I also give frequent updates including pictures of your pets so you know they're doing good!

About: My husband David and I are dog lovers with many rescue dogs over time. Our current Pom and CCCS get along great with other dogs. We also rescued a indoor/outdoor cat now who is friendly. We stopped sitting for 5 years but loved meeting and helping new dogs and their owners that we decided to start again because of our love for dogs! We have 1 acre of secured fenced in land and a doggie door leading to dog run area waiting to share with another dog(s). My husband is retired and home pretty much all day. He takes the day service and me, the night service and feedings. We have personally dog (and cat) sat for many family and friends pets when we lived in Bay Area and now living in this area, we know first hand how hard it is to worry about our "fur babies" when we have to leave them whether it be for vacation or a short trip. Feel comfortable to leave them in our hands and if needed for additional charge I can have them washed for you when you return since I also used to be a dog groomer! My husband currently is retired and home. He would take the day routines and I will take the afternoon/evening routines. Walk daily with our dogs on leash and sleep in our room at night. We have a complete fenced in back yard with over 1 acre for roaming around. We do have chickens who free range but if dog isn't used to them, we can keep them in chicken coop area. We treat our dogs like our babies and would treat yours the same

“Sara was fantastic! She came over before our scheduled day to meet our dogs and familiarize herself with our dogs schedule and details for their routine. We have never hired a dog service before and we’re apprehensive at first. The day of service she kept us informed and even sent pictures of our fur babies to let us know how they’re doing. We felt comfortable knowing Sara was tending to them. We definitely recommend hiring her services and will be using Rover and requesting Sara for future dog sitting services. :)”

About: I have taken care of several dogs over the years. Food and water as well as walking, playing and petting to let them know they are loved and secure. I am currently retired but active in my community. Caring for your four legged furry wonders easily fits into my daily or weekly schedule as needed. Feed and water as per instructions. Playing, petting absolutely included if pets are amenable. Checking to make sure there are no problems and they get the attention they need while you are away.

“I can't thank Kat enough!! I had a unique situation, my cat that has diabetes and needs a shot every 12 hours. I have my mom to watch my animals but my little diabetic cat is a pill when I'm not the one giving her her shot, and it was getting more difficult for my mom to do it by herself. Kat literally saved the day!! I felt so much better that my mom had help to make sure she gets her shots! I will be booking her again for sure! Thank you again Kat for everything.”

“Becky takes great care of our two Labradors and has been doing so for over 6 years. We've had her pet sir for long and short periods -as little as one night to as many as 21 nights. She follows instructions for feeding, supplements ands treats, exercises the dogs and spends time with them. She stays overnight at our home and always leaves it cleaner than when we left. She also waters the outdoor plants that are not on the irrigation system. She is very caring and conscientious! Becky send pictures and updates by text, which is appreciated when we're missing our pups. Selfishly, I hesitated to recommend her because she may get too busy to watch our pets and home, but of course that wouldn't be fair to her - our wonderful pet sitter!”
