About: I have had animals in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and even reptiles. I am currently training to become a dog groomer and I’m taking classes to get my vet tech certification. I have the experience and knowledge necessary to ensure your pets are safe, comfortable and happy with me. I am currently working part time so I have the availability to care for your animals without anything impeding my ability to keep a close eye on them. My house is a large space with a very large fenced in back yard. I have two dogs that are easy to get along with. I have animal gates I can secure if you’d prefer your pets to be separated from my two small pups. I have 3 bedrooms so I can even dedicate a room to just your animal so they have a private and comfortable space.

I care for all living beings, but dogs are my go to when it comes to spending time and feeling at home in a world I choose. I've trained many breeds over the years and have heard various techniques. The older I've gotten the more formal the training I've received. All of which has been positive reinforcement training. I once went through a program that taught me how to train my own service animal. The techniques are very similar to the way I was during my early years when classes were not on my radar. My dog would simply go everywhere with me and learned how to behave in each setting without much effort at all. With the more formal training in recent years the fun part I find is desensitizing, shaping, training while playing, and having a great friend with me at all times. I do not claim to have had a ton of success reversing already spun habits. It's important to start pups young in many cases, though there are also many dogs that are easy going enough they can pick this up in no time. Whether you have a pet for the the home, all kinds, I will care for them as you do and I'll send you on your carefree way with full confidence. Boarding dogs at my house is limited to easy to manage temperaments and activity levels do to the fact our home is very small with hard wood and we have no fenced yard. My husband and I are both retired. I've recently lost my elder Irish Setter who spent most all his time with us. Now I have a Mini Poodle pup who's being trained to fill some pretty big shoes. So far it's smooth sailing! When going into others homes I simply follow their daily routines and instructions. My time is devoured to the animals. I rarely have things that would require me to shift focus. While at our house I make sure needs are met first, set the tone with rules of the house and have plenty of interactions with them through out the day. We take frequent walks and set up play time in the garage. I love the elders and yet can't pass up a puppy. I've not sat for cats in my home and would not feel comfortable doing so unless the owner knows something I don't know regarding their outings.

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life and love animals! I started house sitting dogs about 10 years ago in Oregon. Nova is a golden retriever and she is a pretty low key and very good with all dogs, cats and children. I have experience with both rescue dogs and anxiety ridden dogs. I love to be outdoors so your furry friend will get plenty of exercise at a place of your comfort! I am excited to care for your pet for you :) I currently work a part time job and have flexibility for most days and times of the week. I have a little girl that does most everything with me and understand if arrangements need to be made to accomodate your pet’s comfortability around children. Just let me know. :) I have a fully fenced yard and our sweet Nova (golden retriever) to keep your pet entertained and engaged. We have a pretty laid back style in the home with dogs allowed on couches and beds. They have an abundance of dog beds in a few rooms too if that is more your preference.

About: I have had the joy of sharing life with a wide variety of dogs in my time. I have lived with cats, small dogs and big dogs. I tend to prefer the bigger dogs myself, because I love their cuddles. I have also cohabitated with cats, and enjoy their cuddles and purr vibrations. I have trained all of my dogs with the positive reinforcement method. I understand that dogs love to have boundaries made clear, so that they can feel safe. I do not raise my voice with dogs, and focus on reinforcing the positive choices that they make. I am experienced with giving medications to animals, even grumpy senior cats. I am patient with all animals, reliable and responsible for all pet owners. I value having a trustworthy petsitter for my own pets, and want to offer that to others in return. I am currently available anytime for pet care. I have some hobbies, but can easily schedule around them. With my own dogs, I am very active. We go on walks daily and often do road trips to the beach. I care for pets with patience and respect for the animals needs as well as the owners requests and preferences. I am very clean and organized, and will leave any space I am in clean.

About: I’ve had and taken care of animals from dogs to cats to reptiles to rodents my whole life. Whatever you’ve got I’ll be happy to put your mind at ease and provide the proper care your animal needs while you’re away. My previous work experience is primarily in pediatric care for children with autism but I’m currently between jobs and have a completely open schedule until the beginning of 2026. Wherever and whenever you need me I will be there! My own pets currently are an American Bobtail cat who requires medication for urinary issues every day and a German Shepherd-Husky mix which naturally requires more exercise than the average dog. I’m very accustomed to “higher” maintenance animals and with more extensive routines and don’t mind putting in the extra labor of love for any animal. I have been the go-to pet sitter of my friends and family since middle school with a reputation for reliability and loving care. I have a large range of animal experience including pets that require more specialized and delicate care such as exotic, young, or senior pets. If I stay with your pet in your home you will return as if I was never there to a clean home and a happy pet.

About: It’s been rough - three rainbow bridge trips in short order. I need more time before I go down that road again, but in the meantime, I will happily love your dog (or cat, or parrot, or lizard, or...?) as if s/he were my own. I have a special fondness for seniors and special needs, but I’m game for anything. And, who doesn’t like puppies and an in-the-prime-of-lifer?? Ornery, shy, suspicious, or complicated personalities happily embraced. I am patient and sensitive to the fact that some animals need lots of closeness and reassurance while others need their space. I’m willing to work to earn their trust and set appropriate boundaries to earn yours. The pet and owner and I will work together to set the terms of our relationship, and I promise to be a most excellent guardian catering to each individual’s needs. My most consistent regular obligation is a daily trip to the barn to take care of my horse, but if needed, I have alternate coverage. I try to keep my presence low profile while I’m there. I appreciate the trust that comes with visiting in someone else’s home. When you come home, it’s nice for everyone if you can barely tell I was there.

About: I got my first pet at 18, a kitten who was from a stray in the neighborhood. I still have that cat today she is 16 and a 1 year old rescued chihuahua mix. I’ve fostered over 30 dogs and a few kittens, volunteered at our local animal shelters and worked events trying to find pets loving homes. I love caring for animals and being a person animals trust. I am a self employed person so my schedule is very flexible, I take my own dog on daily walks and can fit things in easily. My animals are the center of my world and I am always wanting them to be safe, comfortable and loved. I will do the exact same for your babies within your household boundaries. But mine will always sleep in my bed! :)

About: I’ve been caring for horses, dogs, cats, chickens and yes even cows my whole life and as my kids have become adults I’d love to offer some of my new found free time to your pets as well on temporary basis when needed for vacations, long days away or check in’s or walks when you’re gone overnight or for trips out of town. As a 42 yr old empty nester who can only walk and hike and rollerblade with my dog so much I’d love to use some of my available time to help others with their pets! I personally know how much I appreciate knowing my pet is cared for when I’m not home and would love to offer the same comfort on occasion in your home and possibility for occasional boarding at mine as well. As a Licensed Real Estate agent I am very experienced with the care and trust it takes to let someone in your home and as a loving dog owner I know how precious these furry friends are and how important their health and safety is to their humans.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs since I was a child. I’ve taken care of clients pet babies in their home. Feeding, cleaning cat litter, playing with them and administering medication. Making them feel loved while their parents are away. I also have had the opportunity to volunteer at a horse therapy program where I cleaned stables, fed the horses, washed them, brushed them and cleaned their hoofs. I also assisted the mentally and physically disabled individuals on the horses while they were doing their lessons. I am currently retired and have all the time in the world to care for your pet babies. I have a large home that would be comfy and cozy for them I have an adequate yard to take your pet Babies in. I have a bike trail to walk them in and an open area to play with them.

About: I’ve always had dogs around since I was a little kid & I’ve yet to meet one I didn’t like! I have a lot of free time and have spent much time dropping in on friends’ and family’s animals during work-hours for playtime, walks, potty breaks, playdates with my pooch, etc. I am a self-employed musician with usually way too much free time while others have to be at work- help me fill my schedule with walks, potty breaks, and playtime while you work, and housesitting when you travel! :) My current dog is a Dane-Lab mix with a ton of personality who is very social and could be requested for play dates. Having said this I am not intimidated by large breeds with puppy energy, I’ve seen it all! And I know how important proper situational control and planning is in ensuring dogs are safe and comfortable.

About: Safety is always my number one priority while pet sitting. I make sure pets are always supervised, secure, and cared for in a safe environment. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and owner guidelines to keep every pet healthy, comfortable, and protected at all times. Although I do work a part-time job, I try my best to fit pet sitting in my schedule because it’s what I love to do! Animals will always be well taken care of, I insure that your pets will be let out before I have to take off for work, making sure water is full and fresh. I will be back to love and care you’re pet in a timely manner! Although I do not offer boarding, I prefer watching animals in their owner’s home because I feel like it makes the animals more comfortable to be in a well-known environment. My biggest priority is making sure the owners have peace of mind while they are away and know that their animals are in a safe hands.

About: I work in healthcare as my full time job so I have knowledge of caring for humans which can be similar in some ways to caring for the furry population. I have 2 German Shepherds and a golden that I have raised since they were 8 and 9 weeks old! I am familiar with potty training and crate training. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! I love them as if they were my own! I am more open on weekends than during the typical M-F work week but may be able to consider certain requests with advance notice. When I’m not busy, I love to spend time with four legged friends! My pups would love to meet new friends! I have a fenced yard and live very close to a dog park. I have experience with oral medication and am willing to help train if requested.

About: I’ve taken care of animals my entire life, from friends to relatives, but have really gotten into it more in the last 6 years, owning my own animals! I have a completely open schedule while taking online class this semester! About: I have trained my own dog to be a good citizen canine as well as a service animal. So I have experience teaching dogs to sit, stay, leave it lay down, as well as other commands. And hope to be able to use this training to help with your dog or puppy. Ever since I was young I've had a real affinity for animals and they're really drawn to my sweet and caring nature. I can be a bit shy at first but you won't regret giving me a chance to help your pets out. Right now my schedule's pretty open any day of the week as long as I can get to address have a driver license,I look forward to getting to know more dogs and spend time playing with them. I'm not currently working so I have as much time in the world to spend with your dog and to make sure it gets its daily exercise and other basic needs. I have unfenced yard , will always take precautions and have leash on a dog when taking it for potty breaks I do have a dog of my own he is a service dog for a living but I can always kennel his to keep your dog safe or put him in my bedroom.

About: I’ve had dogs, cats, fish, lizards, guinea pigs, hamsters, a snake, and even a chinchilla throughout my life, so I’ve truly never known life without being surrounded by animals. I’m a huge animal lover, and caring for them has always come naturally to me, whether they’re my own or belong to family and friends. I have roughly 10+ years of non-professional experience and 3 years of professional experience caring for pets, including pet sitting and working with animals of different personalities and needs. A lot of the photos on my profile are actually with pets I’ve cared for, pet sat, or even strays I’ve come across and helped. I also love the outdoors and hiking, so if your pet enjoys being active or going on little adventures, I’m more than happy to bring them along in a safe and fun way. At the same time, my current pets are total couch potatoes who love to relax and lounge around, so I’m just as comfortable matching that calm, low energy vibe. That being said, I’ll be moving into a townhome with more space at the end of August. No matter the space, I’m attentive, patient, and committed to creating a secure and loving environment for every pet I care for.

About: I love all critters and have an especially soft place in my heart for the elderly and/or disabled. I started by volunteering for neighbors friends on trips or working 12 hours shifts, just to stay busy, and it was awesome to see how my daily visits helped their overall health over time. Visiting with critters is always the highlight of my day. I move slowly, carefully, speak softly, so my energy is a great fit for older or anxious animals. I love them all, and every step. Greeting, walking, playing, chilling, pets and massage, special diets, and I have no problem helping administer medicine or any extra special care that is needed. It would be an honor to be of service for you and your fur baby :) I am flexible and available, single, no kids, and also a home care worker. I only work 4 hour shifts, so pet care can very easily fit in and around my other work schedule. When I meet you and your pet, you can show me the care routine, and I will confirm that I understand every step. What works well is if the supplies are visible and steps are also written down and left somewhere I can refer to if needed. I will take photos to either text or email you while I am at your home with an update for each visit.
