About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life and love animals! I started house sitting dogs about 10 years ago in Oregon. Nova is a golden retriever and she is a pretty low key and very good with all dogs, cats and children. I have experience with both rescue dogs and anxiety ridden dogs. I love to be outdoors so your furry friend will get plenty of exercise at a place of your comfort! I am excited to care for your pet for you :) I currently work a part time job and have flexibility for most days and times of the week. I have a little girl that does most everything with me and understand if arrangements need to be made to accomodate your pet’s comfortability around children. Just let me know. :) I have a fully fenced yard and our sweet Nova (golden retriever) to keep your pet entertained and engaged. We have a pretty laid back style in the home with dogs allowed on couches and beds. They have an abundance of dog beds in a few rooms too if that is more your preference.

I care for all living beings, but dogs are my go to when it comes to spending time and feeling at home in a world I choose. I've trained many breeds over the years and have heard various techniques. The older I've gotten the more formal the training I've received. All of which has been positive reinforcement training. I once went through a program that taught me how to train my own service animal. The techniques are very similar to the way I was during my early years when classes were not on my radar. My dog would simply go everywhere with me and learned how to behave in each setting without much effort at all. With the more formal training in recent years the fun part I find is desensitizing, shaping, training while playing, and having a great friend with me at all times. I do not claim to have had a ton of success reversing already spun habits. It's important to start pups young in many cases, though there are also many dogs that are easy going enough they can pick this up in no time. Whether you have a pet for the the home, all kinds, I will care for them as you do and I'll send you on your carefree way with full confidence. Boarding dogs at my house is limited to easy to manage temperaments and activity levels do to the fact our home is very small with hard wood and we have no fenced yard. My husband and I are both retired. I've recently lost my elder Irish Setter who spent most all his time with us. Now I have a Mini Poodle pup who's being trained to fill some pretty big shoes. So far it's smooth sailing! When going into others homes I simply follow their daily routines and instructions. My time is devoured to the animals. I rarely have things that would require me to shift focus. While at our house I make sure needs are met first, set the tone with rules of the house and have plenty of interactions with them through out the day. We take frequent walks and set up play time in the garage. I love the elders and yet can't pass up a puppy. I've not sat for cats in my home and would not feel comfortable doing so unless the owner knows something I don't know regarding their outings.

About: I have had animals in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and even reptiles. I am currently training to become a dog groomer and I’m taking classes to get my vet tech certification. I have the experience and knowledge necessary to ensure your pets are safe, comfortable and happy with me. I am currently working part time so I have the availability to care for your animals without anything impeding my ability to keep a close eye on them. My house is a large space with a very large fenced in back yard. I have two dogs that are easy to get along with. I have animal gates I can secure if you’d prefer your pets to be separated from my two small pups. I have 3 bedrooms so I can even dedicate a room to just your animal so they have a private and comfortable space.

About: I have had the joy of sharing life with a wide variety of dogs in my time. I have lived with cats, small dogs and big dogs. I tend to prefer the bigger dogs myself, because I love their cuddles. I have also cohabitated with cats, and enjoy their cuddles and purr vibrations. I have trained all of my dogs with the positive reinforcement method. I understand that dogs love to have boundaries made clear, so that they can feel safe. I do not raise my voice with dogs, and focus on reinforcing the positive choices that they make. I am experienced with giving medications to animals, even grumpy senior cats. I am patient with all animals, reliable and responsible for all pet owners. I value having a trustworthy petsitter for my own pets, and want to offer that to others in return. I am currently available anytime for pet care. I have some hobbies, but can easily schedule around them. With my own dogs, I am very active. We go on walks daily and often do road trips to the beach. About: I’ve had and taken care of animals from dogs to cats to reptiles to rodents my whole life. Whatever you’ve got I’ll be happy to put your mind at ease and provide the proper care your animal needs while you’re away. My previous work experience is primarily in pediatric care for children with autism but I’m currently between jobs and have a completely open schedule until the beginning of 2026. Wherever and whenever you need me I will be there! My own pets currently are an American Bobtail cat who requires medication for urinary issues every day and a German Shepherd-Husky mix which naturally requires more exercise than the average dog. I’m very accustomed to “higher” maintenance animals and with more extensive routines and don’t mind putting in the extra labor of love for any animal. I have been the go-to pet sitter of my friends and family since middle school with a reputation for reliability and loving care. I have a large range of animal experience including pets that require more specialized and delicate care such as exotic, young, or senior pets. If I stay with your pet in your home you will return as if I was never there to a clean home and a happy pet.

About: I’ve always had dogs around since I was a little kid & I’ve yet to meet one I didn’t like! I have a lot of free time and have spent much time dropping in on friends’ and family’s animals during work-hours for playtime, walks, potty breaks, playdates with my pooch, etc. I am a self-employed musician with usually way too much free time while others have to be at work- help me fill my schedule with walks, potty breaks, and playtime while you work, and housesitting when you travel! :) My current dog is a Dane-Lab mix with a ton of personality who is very social and could be requested for play dates. Having said this I am not intimidated by large breeds with puppy energy, I’ve seen it all! And I know how important proper situational control and planning is in ensuring dogs are safe and comfortable.

About: It’s been rough - three rainbow bridge trips in short order. I need more time before I go down that road again, but in the meantime, I will happily love your dog (or cat, or parrot, or lizard, or...?) as if s/he were my own. I have a special fondness for seniors and special needs, but I’m game for anything. And, who doesn’t like puppies and an in-the-prime-of-lifer?? Ornery, shy, suspicious, or complicated personalities happily embraced. I am patient and sensitive to the fact that some animals need lots of closeness and reassurance while others need their space. I’m willing to work to earn their trust and set appropriate boundaries to earn yours. The pet and owner and I will work together to set the terms of our relationship, and I promise to be a most excellent guardian catering to each individual’s needs. My most consistent regular obligation is a daily trip to the barn to take care of my horse, but if needed, I have alternate coverage. I try to keep my presence low profile while I’m there. I appreciate the trust that comes with visiting in someone else’s home. When you come home, it’s nice for everyone if you can barely tell I was there.

About: I got my first pet at 18, a kitten who was from a stray in the neighborhood. I still have that cat today she is 16 and a 1 year old rescued chihuahua mix. I’ve fostered over 30 dogs and a few kittens, volunteered at our local animal shelters and worked events trying to find pets loving homes. I love caring for animals and being a person animals trust. I am a self employed person so my schedule is very flexible, I take my own dog on daily walks and can fit things in easily. My animals are the center of my world and I am always wanting them to be safe, comfortable and loved. I will do the exact same for your babies within your household boundaries. But mine will always sleep in my bed! :)

About: Safety is always my number one priority while pet sitting. I make sure pets are always supervised, secure, and cared for in a safe environment. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and owner guidelines to keep every pet healthy, comfortable, and protected at all times. Although I do work a part-time job, I try my best to fit pet sitting in my schedule because it’s what I love to do! Animals will always be well taken care of, I insure that your pets will be let out before I have to take off for work, making sure water is full and fresh. I will be back to love and care you’re pet in a timely manner! Although I do not offer boarding, I prefer watching animals in their owner’s home because I feel like it makes the animals more comfortable to be in a well-known environment. My biggest priority is making sure the owners have peace of mind while they are away and know that their animals are in a safe hands.

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my entire life, starting with the two German Shepards (Satori and Jazzy) my parents had when I was born all the way up to my two cats (Lady and Tigerlily) and dog (Clyde) who bring me joy and purpose every day. I grew up with dogs, cats, chickens and goats, learning to care, appreciate and work with animals from a young age. About: I've always owned a cat or dog since I was 5 years old and my father has been a vet technician for 45 years. I love going on walks and making sure animals get some exercise and all the love! I do work a full time job during the week and have my own dog but weekends I'm open and free as he goes to his grandma's for a visit. I do live in an apartment so dogs are always on leash and if I were to watch an animal at my home, my dog would go to his grandma's.

About: I work in healthcare as my full time job so I have knowledge of caring for humans which can be similar in some ways to caring for the furry population. I have 2 German Shepherds and a golden that I have raised since they were 8 and 9 weeks old! I am familiar with potty training and crate training. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! I love them as if they were my own! I am available M-Th for walks, drop ins and sittings as I work weekends. I may be able to consider certain requests with advance notice. When I’m not busy, I love to spend time with four legged friends! I have a fenced yard and live very close to a dog park. I have experience with oral medication and am willing to help train if requested.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs since I was a child. I’ve taken care of clients pet babies in their home. Feeding, cleaning cat litter, playing with them and administering medication. Making them feel loved while their parents are away. I also have had the opportunity to volunteer at a horse therapy program where I cleaned stables, fed the horses, washed them, brushed them and cleaned their hoofs. I also assisted the mentally and physically disabled individuals on the horses while they were doing their lessons. I am currently retired and have all the time in the world to care for your pet babies. I have a large home that would be comfy and cozy for them I have an adequate yard to take your pet Babies in. I have a bike trail to walk them in and an open area to play with them.

About: I have been a regular dog and house sitter for a family in the Eugene/Springfield area for 5 years. The family had 3 dogs. Duration of length of pet and house sit varied from one overnight to a month. I have also done feline check-ins for a a friends. Have done one-time-only pet sits for other people and regular pet sits for housemates with their own pets. I'm currently unemployed. I have ample time to prioritize care for your pet. I am seeking part time employment. If found, this will extend the hours of day that your pet is left alone in the house. I am attentive. If you have a dog, we ARE going on walks and WILL play. I follow instructions as to food quantity and medication administration. I clean up pet waste. I water gardens. Will do some cleaning during my stay if you'd like. Will clean up after myself and your pet.
