About: Hi! My name is Brandy! I have a certificate for zoo and domestic animal care from yavapai college in Arizona. I am also a dog owner of 11 years. I have certified both my dogs through the petsmart training courses. I have learned a lot through school and owning dogs of my own and have always had a passion for animals. Thanks so much for considering me for your furry babies! I am a server working part time and am looking for a way to make a little extra money on the side doing something I love! I am available for dog walking Monday-Sunday anytime before 2:30 and available Monday-Wednesday for overnights or whatever you may need as those are my days off. I will not be able to board any animals as I have a bit of a reactive border collie at my house but am available to come to your house for your needs

About: I am well versed on various training, dog sitting, boarding and walking methods for our canine family members. Gained hands on experience of training and handling with my 11 year old GSD. I personally researched for years and only then successfully trained my current 10 month old GSD, using my other 11 year old GSD as a control. I will offer free consults to clients in need of repeat services in order to determine the tailored needs for your dog. Always willing to go above and beyond for my love of dogs. Excel with all dogs and utilize communication with the client in order to fully understand the specific qualities, needs and wants of the dog in order to organize and manage effective walks/boarding/training. I have been living in the area for over 20 years and know all of the dog-friendly parks or areas that provide a clean and safe environment offering an array of enrichment. Knowledgeable in training and recognizing animal body language used to establish positive communication with the dogs. I can not only improve the lives of the dog, but also clearly communicate and empower the owner with training tips to continue effective conditioning for a well-trained dog. My remote position of over 5 years as a Sr Mortgage Underwriter was recently moved into the office (Tampa) and decided to take time off. Therefore, I am available 24/7 and mainly focusing on the transition into the Dog Walking/Boarding/Training business. *HOUSE SITTING SERVICE: Active as a less expensive alternative to booking numerous Drop-In visits with multiple dogs. Unable to stay overnight. I am available from 7:00am - 11:00pm daily. I offer extended drop-in visits—perfect for your vacation or pups who need more time, attention, or multiple visits throughout the day lasting hours. I’m also happy to help with light home care like bringing in mail, trash or watering plants while you’re away. Whether it’s early mornings, late evenings, or longer stays, I’m flexible and here to help make your life easier and your pets happy! Please request and send a message with your specific request and we can work on accommodating the needs of you and your family pets. My goal is to accommodate the service that is least intrusive to your dog and will attempt to maintain the same schedule/activities as normal, including walks, playtime, feeding, and entertainment that is designed to replicate their current situation. *HOUSE SITTING SERVICE: Active as a less expensive alternative to booking numerous Drop-In visits with multiple dogs. Stephanie was great! We met her for a meet and greet before our scheduled walks and I could immediately tell she was caring, warm, and an animal lover. She gave me informative and thoughtful updates after the walks and took super cute photos of our dog. Stephanie will definitely be our go to dog walker from here on out!

About: I have experience with dogs of all ages from puppies to seniors, and I can even administer medications, if needed. To me this won't just be another job or a check-in, I want to get to know your dog, cuddle them, and have playtime with them for enrichment. Puppies each have their own personalities and I have taken care of pups with challenging and sassy personalities, including my own 6 month old coonhound who is super independent. I can train puppies, so if you are working long hours and need help with potty training, crate training, or mastering basic commands such as sit, I would love to help you with that while I'm there! My schedule is currently open for the entire summer, Monday through Sunday. If I am needed early morning hours or late evening hours, I am also open to discussing this. During in-home check-ins for dogs, only with your approval, I will give your pup treats for training purposes. Typically I will use single pieces of your dog's kibble to motivate them in learning commands. When it comes to cats, if you are hiring me to take care of your cat while you are gone for work or a trip, I will treat them as an indoor-only cat, no exceptions.

About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs for many years. One of my biggest experiences was owning and caring for 12 dogs at the same time, including two separate litters from the same mom and dad. Caring for that many dogs taught me how to manage different personalities, feeding schedules, playtime, cleaning, and individual attention. I’m comfortable with puppies, adult dogs, energetic dogs, and providing patient, loving care while keeping them safe and comfortable. I have a flexible schedule seeing I’m a stay at home mom and plenty of time to give your pets the attention and care they deserve. I’m available for boarding, walks, drop-ins, and playtime throughout the week, including weekends. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where your pet can feel right at home. I have experience caring for dogs(seeing i have a dog myself) and understand that every pet has different needs and personalities. I’ve once had 12 dogs at once so i know what it’s like to watch dogs with all different personalities. I will follow your instructions carefully, keep a close eye on your pet, provide plenty of attention and playtime, and make sure they are treated like family.

About: I love dogs (as well as cats, lizards, and all kinds of animals)! Your best buddy will be well taken care of, pampered and loved while you're gone. I like playing with our quests and like walks with them. I currently have one cat. I have a nice size fenced in yard for quick pee breaks but we will most likely be taking them out for walks around the neighborhood often. I am usually available everyday of the week and are usually home most of the day. At times, with your permission, I would take your best buddy with us to local park walks, pet friendly restaurants, or local festivals. I’m semi retired and can take care of your pet almost anytime. I’m not usually gone from home long, but if I am I usually will take your pet with me I have a large fenced yard, with plenty of chances to run and play. I will be out in the yard wherever they are, so they are away safe in the backyard

Cydney is the best. My Georgie girl loves her. By the time my two-year-old Lab gets back from her walk with Cydney, she is pretty tired. this is such great exercise that I’m not able to get out and do myself (bad knees). I will be continuing to use Cydney for weekly walks and overnight sitter when needed. I trust her completely Thank you, Cydney !

This was our first time having Maricel walk our pups and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was so kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with right from the start, which made us feel really comfortable trusting someone new with our dogs. She’s also super responsive and understanding, which we really appreciated. Anytime we had a question or needed to coordinate something, she was quick to reply and very accommodating. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she works with. Our pups were happy and well taken care of, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. It can be a little nerve-wracking having someone new walk your dogs for the first time, but Maricel made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. We’re so grateful to have found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring dog walker. We’re definitely looking forward to having her walk our pups again!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
