About: Hi! My name is Brandy! I have a certificate for zoo and domestic animal care from yavapai college in Arizona. I am also a dog owner of 11 years. I have certified both my dogs through the petsmart training courses. I have learned a lot through school and owning dogs of my own and have always had a passion for animals. Thanks so much for considering me for your furry babies! I am a server working part time and am looking for a way to make a little extra money on the side doing something I love! I am available for dog walking Monday-Sunday anytime before 2:30 and available Monday-Wednesday for overnights or whatever you may need as those are my days off. I will not be able to board any animals as I have a bit of a reactive border collie at my house but am available to come to your house for your needs
About: I’m looking forward to meeting your dog or cat and I understand the bonds between, and whatever you may need just let me know. I understand routine and the importance of low stress levels for your pet are very important. I am currently working part time and I am available most weekdays and weekends! My schedule changes just let me know in advance is all I ask. I can come to your home or go to a safe place for your pet currently I cannot keep any pets in my home. I can bring toys and treats to greet the pet upon entry, if needed I also have some minor culinary skills. I am decently active so I don’t mind a lot of playtime either.
“First time using a walker from here. Avery was incredibly communicative and answered all my initial questions with patience. On the second day, my little guy has a sensitive stomach and must have gotten into something because he made a mess on the floor after I left and before she got here. She told me about it and happily offered to clean it up. I'm super grateful for her and her patience. Will 100% ask her for help again in the future. Thank you Avery!”

“Stephanie was great! We met her for a meet and greet before our scheduled walks and I could immediately tell she was caring, warm, and an animal lover. She gave me informative and thoughtful updates after the walks and took super cute photos of our dog. Stephanie will definitely be our go to dog walker from here on out!”

About: I’ve taken care of my dogs (two bichon shihtzus) for their whole lifetime (ones 10 and ones 8). I’ve taken care of family members, clients, and my own pets including dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, leopard geckos, turtles, chickens, and bunnies. I love being around animals and am skilled with learning their behaviors and needs. I’m open to learning about care for all types of pets! I’m an online college student at UCF with a lot of availability as I work towards getting my BS in Health Information Management. Pet care will be top priority in my weekly routine other than appointments and family needs that arise! I’m open to working with a clients needs and schedule. I am only available to take care of pets in the owners home as my personal pets don’t do well with other dogs. I have a vehicle that I regularly use to commute to client houses and can be used for emergencies.

About: 🐾 About Me Animals have always been a central part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. I have been a devoted pet owner since childhood, with experience caring for several different breeds of dogs, both small and large, and of various ages, from playful puppies to senior companions. During my teenage years, I also cared for a cockatiel. Today, I share my home with three wonderful cats. I am a strong advocate for animal well-being and believe every animal deserves compassionate, attentive care. I understand that pets are family, and my goal is to provide the same love, patience, and respect to your pets that I give my own. 🐶 My Experience & Approach In addition to a lifetime of owning and caring for animals, I gained hands-on experience working at a local dog grooming salon as a teenager, where I groomed dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. In more recent years, I have had the rewarding experience of rescuing and fostering a pit bull mix, which strengthened my patience, understanding, and commitment to helping animals feel safe, loved, and secure. These experiences have taught me that every pet has its own unique personality, needs, and routine. I take the time to build trust with each animal and provide care that helps them feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I currently have a flexible schedule and am available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet care needs any day of the week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. My availability outside of those hours may vary, but I am happy to work with you to accommodate your pet’s routine and specific needs whenever possible. My flexible schedule allows me to give each pet the time, attention, and care they deserve while providing you with peace of mind knowing your companion is receiving dependable and loving care. Because I share my home with three cats, I am unable to provide boarding or in-home care for other pets. However, I am happy to provide reliable and loving care in your pet’s own home, where they can remain comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I am reliable, trustworthy, and respectful of each client's home and personal space and will treat your property with the same care and respect I would expect for my own. My goal is to provide pet parents with complete peace of mind, knowing their beloved companion is receiving safe, loving, and dependable care while they are away.

About: We’ve provided in-home pet care through Rover since 2017, but caring for animals has been part of my life for much longer than that. I grew up on a ranch where pets and farm animals were part of everyday life, so feeding, cleaning, watching for changes in behavior, and making sure animals were safe and cared for was simply part of our routine. That experience shaped how we care for pets today. We understand that every animal has its own personality, comfort level, habits, and needs. Our goal is to make pets feel safe and at home while their families are away, with the kind of attentive, dependable care we would want for our own animals. Hablo inglés y español, y con mucho gusto me comunico con las familias en el idioma que prefieran. Sus animalitos serán tratados como parte de la familia. 🤍 Pet care is part of our family’s normal routine while we have visitors staying with us. We want pets to feel like they are staying in a home, not spending their vacation in a boarding facility. We intentionally prefer longer stays rather than occasional single overnights. Our rates are kept affordable because our ideal clients are families traveling for extended periods who want somewhere safe and familiar for their pets without pet care making the vacation itself unaffordable. We take the same approach to drop-in care and prefer longer-term, recurring or extended-trip needs. Safety starts before a new client ever enters our home. Every new family first meets us in a public location for a meet-and-greet. We do not invite prospective clients into our home before meeting them. We love our home, and opening it to someone new is a big decision for our family. The meet-and-greet goes both ways. You are deciding whether you trust us with your pet, and we are deciding whether we are comfortable welcoming you and your pet into our home. We ask questions, pay attention and trust our judgment. If something does not feel right, we will decline the booking. Once we accept a family, we take that relationship seriously. We believe our reviews reflect how much we care about the pets and people we welcome into our lives. Every boarding dog must also have a safe resting space. Crate-trained dogs need to bring their crate. Dogs who are not accustomed to a traditional crate may be able to use an open playpen-style setup instead. This does not mean dogs spend their stay confined. It gives them a secure place to sleep, decompress, eat or be safely separated when needed.

About: With 5 years of experience in pet care, I have developed a strong foundation in managing the needs of various animals, including feeding, grooming, and administering variations of medications. My background also includes experience caring for pets in a family setting, which has provided me with insights into balancing the needs of pets and children. Having my own pets, I understand the importance of creating a nurturing and stimulating environment. This hands on experience ensures I am well equipped to provide compassionate and reliable care for pets of all kinds. Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I have a flexible schedule and enjoy having the opportunity to care for pets throughout the week. I’m able to dedicate plenty of time to walks, playtime, feeding, and giving pets the attention they need. I’m also comfortable adjusting my routine around each pet’s individual schedule and needs. 🐾 As a pet caregiver, my experience is both personal and practical. I am a multi cat owner myself, having cared for my 5 year old baby with FIV for some time before moving out of my parents house and leaving him with my brother, which has deepened my understanding of specialized care needs and managing chronic health conditions. I care for pets by keeping them comfortable, safe, and on the routine they’re used to. In a client’s home, I follow their instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, playtime, and any specific routines or preferences. I also make sure to give pets plenty of attention and companionship while keeping their space clean and secure. I understand that every pet is different, so I take the time to learn their personality and adjust my approach to what makes them feel most comfortable.

Taylor was super! She met with Ellie and I prior to the dog walking day so we could get to know her. Ellie took to her right away. You can always tell a great dog person. She spent the necessary time on the walk and the picture of Ellie after showed me that Ellie was happy with Taylor. Please don't hesitate to reach out to her if you need a dog walker. I will be trying her other options in the future but I have no concerns that it won't be as good an experience. Thank you Taylor!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
