It was amazing to see these two kitties run over and flop at Serena’s feet when she came to visit! I will say Serena is one of the most thoughtful and considerate animal lovers I’ve ever met. She’s been sitting for us for a year now and knows my babies almost better than I do! My male cat survived being hit by a car, unfortunately lost one of his legs. After this big change Serena offered to come see him in his new routine before I had to travel. She always goes so far beyond the norm. I am able to work with different schedules and will do my best to accommodate your pet’s needs. Fenced-in yard available with a friendly, high-energy pit lab mix who is currently not neutered but does well with other dogs. I’m able to crate as needed for safety or structure. I provide very hands-on care, including walks, swimming, fetch, feeding, bathing, and administering any medications or topical treatments. I focus on keeping pets active, engaged, and comfortable throughout their stay or visit.
About: For as long as I can remember, I have always had a dog or two or 5 in my life! From my first job in a boarding facility, to picking up some grooming skills 15 years ago and still today, I just adore taking care of pets! The unconditional love & loyalty they offer is undeniably one of the best experiences of this existence, and I’m lucky to experience it over and over again with each new pup/kitten I care for! Catered to in home care, I am experienced with dogs/cats of all ages and breeds. For most of my adult life I’ve been the go to pet sitter for my friends and family who own pets. I’ve helped take care of puppies/kittens, hyper dogs, lazy dogs, senior dogs, special needs pets etc. My goal is always to keep your pet as happy and comfortable as possible while you are away. Services: Dog Walking: I would be happy to take your furry friend for a nice relaxing walk around your neighborhood. I have experience with all kinds of dogs (big dogs, small dogs, hyper dogs, dogs who pull, dogs that are distracted by everything, dogs that tire easily etc). I do ask that you provide poop bags for your dogs however. Check-ins and visits: Going away for a few days? Need someone reliable to take care of your pet while you're gone? Look no further. I can provide drop in visits for your pet. This includes walks, feedings, playtime and anything else your pet requires. Your furry friend is in great hands. Health needs: I have experience in caring for senior and special needs dogs. If your pet needs medications or any extra attention, I am equipped to handle such requests. I’m extremely flexible with my scheduling as I freelance various roles. This allows me to prioritize your precious pet with all of my attention as needed. I will first and foremost follow your guidelines and suggestions for how I should care for your pet. I’m very patient. I believe that maintaining a routine is core for keeping your pet happy. I will make sure your pets are happy and content while you’re gone. My yard is unfenced, leash trained dogs preferred for best boarding experience. I do have my own crate trained German Shepherd Sadie as well as 2 cats and a 4.5 year old assisting in keeping pets well entertained!
