“Madalyn was the bomb! My old girl Bella was rarely around anyone other than myself and suffers from thyroid and kidney issues. Upon our introduction meeting Bella was ok with Madalyn and allowed her to apply medication. However, the first day I was gone it was game on for Bella! She was very aggressive, hissing and swatting at Madalyn. I was traveling for 2 weeks and 500 miles from home when Madalyn called to let me know there were some issues. I made some suggestions and Madalyn was able to give the medication. It took Bella about a week until she warmed up to Madalyn and was allowing her to pet her with purrs! She is a real superstar and now that Bella is used to her I hope to be able to spend time away from home with my kids who do not live close. Thank you Madalyn!”

About: I grew up on a farm and have always been surrounded by animals of all kinds. I’ve had lifelong experience caring for pets, especially dogs and cats. I provide loving, attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. I handle all care personally. I am recently retired and want to stay active. I have two adult daughters who are active on Rover, walking and boarding dogs in Seattle and Tucson. I live on a 300-acre farm in Custer, WA, where I grew up with dogs of all different breeds. Later in life, I raised a black lab from a pup. Her name was Keela; she was very smart and lovable and lived to be 14 years old. Pets in my care receive constant supervision, regular exercise, and a calm, clean environment. I care for each pet myself and prioritize safety, comfort, and trust.

About: I've been given the wonderful opportunity of having pets my whole life; from cats and dogs, to iguanas and geckos. From a young age I was taught how to care for, train, and learn from the amazing pets we had throughout my childhood. I brought those skills into my adult life, where I've been lucky enough to have some of the best animal companions whom I couldn't live without. As a sitter, I will love and care for your pets as if they were my own! Currently I am available all day most days, though my schedule will change in the summer as that's when my regular job picks back up. I have a house with a fully fenced yard for your pets to run around along with my dog Koda! I would prefer that your pets be crate trained in case of me leaving the house, since I do have two cats; though exceptions could be made after proper meetings to determine their temperament towards each other.

I offer structured boarding, house sitting, daycare, private training lessons, dog walking, mountain adventure days (fan favorite!!!), along with pet photography sessions. I am currently a sophomore at OU and go home to Washington State in the summers and I’m a former track and field athlete for the University of Oklahoma. With 10+ years of experience competing in dog agility and various dog sports, I know how to handle high-energy and high-drive dogs. I have also fostered countless dogs over the years, specializing in medical fosters, so I've seen it all. Whether it's playtime, exercise, or just some love and attention, your furry friend will be in great hands! We live on 10 acres and every afternoon, I take the dogs in my care for a hike on our trails. I also offer epic adventure days where I can bring your dog for hikes in Mount Baker and North Cascades! If I am not out doing things with dogs, I am at home! I love taking the dogs out for adventures, so we are always having fun out and about! I have a fenced yard and can easily keep my dogs separate if needed. I think it’s important for each and every dog to have their needs met whether that be through dog sports, training, or hikes! I can also offer training for an additional fee.

About: Are you going on vacation? Your pet should too! Which is exactly how it will be when they are in my care! I love all kinds of pets and need fluffy babies to spoil, cuddle, and play fetch with! I have had pets all my life, hamster, 5 dogs and 2 cats! 3 birds, but now that I have my 3 year old son I can only commit to the cost of having one cat, and making sure my cat has everything he needs. So please let this single mama and her boy play with your pets, and go on walks with, we love going to the dog park! There’s two close by! And all my neighbours have dogs too so lots of friends to play with! I have a good sized fenced yard. Big patio to sunbathe and to play with the sprinkler on, (maybe take a drink from it too) and an open living area with lots of space to run up and down the stairs, jump on the bed, or lay on the couch. Like high spaces? We have two cat posts here and one of them almost reaches the ceiling! My cat, Fergus, keeps to himself, likes his own space, and mostly stays outside until bedtime. It’s not that he doesn’t get along with other pets? But he’s a cat, so he doesn’t really care about anything except himself and his treats. Anyways, if you’re looking for a home away from home for your fluffy baby, you found it! Rest assured, they will have a great time and would be cared for as my own! And I’d gladly keep you as updated as possible with texts, pictures, and videos! I’m a stay at home mom, let me keep it that way❤️ lol but my life revolves around my son and I’m currently staying at home to raise him so my schedule is very open! If I do return to work, my day job is a standard 8hr shift M-F, but I work 10 minutes away from home so I would still have time to come back for a walk on lunch breaks & even some of my job sites love having dogs come for a visit too. I mean who wouldn’t? There won’t really be a time your pet will ever be alone because if not with me and my son, then with the nanny and my son. I have my own house so plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs, and private rooms available which are pre equipped with the bestest dog beds, chew toys, rubber chickens, bones and balls! I have a Jeep and love car rides especially with the window down! I also have a fenced yard that wraps around the house, and plenty of neighbours who love having play dates!
