One of my cats is super shy, and Taylor went the extra effort to check that she was doing ok in her normal hiding spot. “My beloved terriers are, unfortunately, double trouble, and I've been worried that I'd never find a petsitter willing to deal with them. One is a Jack Russell terrier (enough said!), and the other is some kind of chihuahua mix rescue. The rescue is terrified of everything and everybody; Liesa took special care to build trust and assure my rescue that she was safe. My rescue also refuses to walk in wet grass, and it rained the whole time I was away! When it rains, she holds her urine and does her business on the sly on a throw rug. Liesa dealt with the situation beautifully, changing out soiled rugs with clean ones at each visit. I couldn't be more pleased!”
