“Chelsea provided us a safe, secure daycare option for our two dogs - one of which is quite fearful and difficult to board at most facilities. Our 'troubled friend' came home happy, along with his generally well-adjusted pack-mate who also did not appear stressed at all. We have already booked two more visits with Chelsea and couldn't be happier with the service that she provides.”

“Rachel and her family took amazing care of our pup when we had a last minute out-of-town trip. Rachel sent us photo updates and we knew he was having the time of his life, with tons of exercise and love. Milo will definitely visit again!”

“Leslie took great care of my Nikki. She has never been at daycare and loved it very much especially the homecooked meal that Leslie prepares for her dogs. What a great place . I will bring Nikki back to Leslie anytime and highly recommend her.”

“Kris was great! Her dogs are super sweet. She has a lot of space for them to run around and play. She took my dog on a walk too! Will definitely come back for more doggy daycare in the near future. Thanks again, Kris!”

“Lauren took wonderful care of our boys while we went to Vancouver for the day to ride bikes. It was great peace of mind to know they were safe, having fun, and were well taken care of while we were off doing our thing for the day. When we picked them up we could tell that they were happy and satisfied from a great day. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone in the area, or traveling through. If and when we come back, we’ll definitely bring our dogs to her again.”

About: I grew up on a farm and have always been surrounded by animals of all kinds. I’ve had lifelong experience caring for pets, especially dogs and cats. I provide loving, attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. I handle all care personally. I am recently retired and want to stay active. I have two adult daughters who are active on Rover, walking and boarding dogs in Seattle and Tucson. I live on a 300-acre farm in Custer, WA, where I grew up with dogs of all different breeds. Later in life, I raised a black lab from a pup. Her name was Keela; she was very smart and lovable and lived to be 14 years old. Pets in my care receive constant supervision, regular exercise, and a calm, clean environment. I care for each pet myself and prioritize safety, comfort, and trust.
“Yvonne was amazing with my girl and she was very kind with communication as well as sending pictures. We felt very lucky to have her as our sitter on such short notice today. Definitely will be coming back”

“WOW! Mika was incredible! She cared for my pup like he was her own and sent so many pictures! She is a phenomenal communicator, punctual and very trustworthy! 100/10 would recommend!!”

“Hawk had a fantastic time at Shabnam’s and I was super impressed with her communication & all the pictures and videos she sent over. Her fenced back yard was the perfect setting for our 2 year old pup to be happy, get proper exercise and interaction with other dogs. We look forward to dropping him off again :)”

“Our kiddo Bennett had a wonderful time with Sheila! She (and her husband) are very sweet, caring people and Bennett, who is quite people shy, felt instantly comfortable with them. Their dog Benny is a nice, older schnauzer who is welcoming of other dogs and pretty much keeps to himself and his routine so no dog needs to be worried about being overwhelmed by him. We had to change our plans at the last minute and Sheila was happy to accommodate a new date for us. When we drove up to pick up Bennett he was even returning from a walk - that’s something you don’t get from a large daycare! We are so happy to have found Sheila and when we are in the area we will definitely have Bennett stay with her at her quiet, very dog-friendly house.”

“So glad we found you again and love how Zelda remembered your house and that just happened to know your son! She had the best time was nicely tired and I guess I'm going to have to invest in the bean bag chair. 😂”

About: Animals have been at the center of our lives for more than 30 years. From raising and breeding dogs for two decades to working hands on with animals of all kinds, we bring a lifetime of experience, deep knowledge, and grounded compassion to the way we care for pets. As the co-founder of a rescue organization, we have worked with dogs of every breed, temperament, and medical condition. We have supported animals through trauma, healing, old age, and everything in between. This is not just something we do. It is who we are. Together as a mother and daughter team, we run a quiet, private boarding facility for dogs who need more than just a place to stay. Some of the dogs who stay with us are seniors. Some are recovering from surgery or dealing with medical conditions. Some are just emotionally wired for quiet and routine. And some are perfectly healthy but do best in a calm, structured environment. All of them are cared for by the same two people, every day. We do not run a social daycare model. We do not hand your dog off to a rotation of staff. What we offer is consistent, thoughtful, one on one care in a setting designed for peace and safety. Each dog has a large private indoor suite with access to a quiet outdoor run. Our days are structured around rest, movement, enrichment, and calm interaction. We have a fully fenced three acre pasture for supervised off leash time, a heated indoor room for colder days, and plenty of space to stretch, relax, and breathe. We welcome all dogs who do well in this kind of space. We specialize in senior care, special needs, and recovery, but also offer standard boarding for dogs who thrive in a low stress setting. Caring for animals is not a side job here. It is the center of our lives. And we are honored to offer a place where your dog will be safe, known, and truly cared for. Caring for dogs is our daily focus. Every part of our routine is built around making sure the dogs in our care are safe, settled, and cared for. We adjust feeding, potty breaks, walks, and enrichment based on each dog’s needs and schedule, not just a one size fits all plan. We are a mother and daughter team with decades of hands-on experience. Every dog stays in a private indoor suite with a quiet outdoor run and is cared for directly by us. Our three acre fenced pasture allows for secure off leash time, and we also offer group play — but only for dogs who truly enjoy it and do well in that setting. We keep the environment calm, structured, and predictable, with a focus on safety and individual attention.
About: I have had my own dogs for 10 years. In that time I have fostered around a dozen other dogs and successfully rehomed most of them (had one "foster fail" lol). I spend a lot of time at the dog park and am known by all my friends to stop and pet any dog I see in public and will go out of my way to do so :) I also am a member of a group that helps transport foster doggos to their new furrever homes. I have also helped raise 3 females for a corgi breeder I am friends with. I have had kitties my entire life. The two I have now are super sweet but I think additional cats in the house would be hard for them :( I am currently working all kinds of odd jobs so I have time to dedicate to whatever needs a dog family may have. I am happy to schedule other work around pet needs. When dogs are in my home I would make sure they could be outside or inside, as they wished. We often leave our back door open on nice days so the pups can go in and out. We also take frequent walks around town. If i was house sitting I would make sure to be with the dogs as often as they are used to from their owners. In either scenario pups would receive their regular walks and would be loved and doted on. I am happy to arrange video chats with owners so they can check in on their pup while they are away.
