About: I have experience with all sorts of dogs and animals all ages. I do pretty well with younger dogs and can keep up with them. I enjoy doing short walks with senior pets as well! I’m a college student with a passion for spending time with animals! Alongside my studies, I’m looking to earn a little extra while staying active and doing something I love. My schedule is very flexible, so feel free to book a time that works best for you. I’m also more than happy to wake up early for pet care!! ☺️☀️ I provide attentive and compassionate care during each visit, whether I'm letting pets outside, taking them on walks, or simply checking in. I always ensure they have fresh water, and I prepare an extra bowl just in case. Feeding routines are followed exactly as instructed by the owner, and I take time during our initial meeting to ask thoughtful questions and address any concerns upfront. I’m mindful of each pet’s unique needs and accommodations, and I care for them with the same love and responsibility I’d give my own. 🤍

Ryan was fantastic! He walked my dog every day for two weeks over the holidays and was always on time with excellent communication. I loved getting photo updates after each walk, it gave me a lot of peace of mind while we were away. I’ll definitely be using him again next time we travel, and I highly recommend him.

About: I grew up surrounded by pets and learned early on how to train, care for, and support them with love and patience. From daily walks and playtime to consistent routines and gentle training, I treat every pet as if they’re my own family. I have open availability as I am a full time graduate student. I’m available to take care of pets, walk them, or do drop in visits. I care for pets by walking, feeding, and having fun with them, for those that have a specific schedule I stick to it. About: Hi! I’m a passionate animal lover who treats every pet like family. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. Whether your pet needs long walks, playtime, cuddles, or just a calm and comforting presence, I’m here to provide loving and dependable care. Your pet’s safety and happiness are always my top priority. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in great hands! I’m a reliable and attentive pet sitter dedicated to providing safe, loving care while you’re away. I have experience with feeding schedules, administering basic medications, and handling high-energy or shy pets. I understand how important routine is, and I’ll make sure your pet feels comfortable, secure, and well cared for. Expect regular updates and plenty of photos! I am a lifelong animal lover who grew up surrounded by all kinds of pets, and I currently have pets of my own. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life, so I truly understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family members. I’m currently a nursing student at Galen College of Nursing, where my schedule includes 3-4 hour classes and occasional 5-hour clinicals all evening courses. My hours vary, but I plan my pet care schedule carefully to ensure every pet receives consistent, attentive care. On days I’m home, pets enjoy regular potty breaks, playtime, feeding on schedule, and lots of affection and supervision. I keep a calm, structured environment so they feel secure and comfortable. On school days, I make sure pets are exercised and settled before I leave. I never accept bookings that would require a pet to be left alone longer than appropriate, and I prioritize clear communication with pet parents about my schedule in advance. Because of my nursing background, I’m very attentive to details, routines, and safety — and I’m comfortable following specific care instructions, monitoring behavior, and responding calmly in unexpected situations. Your pet’s well-being always comes first. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pets. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect and follow all instructions carefully, including feeding routines, medication schedules, and any specific safety guidelines. I double-check doors, gates, and leashes, and I’m mindful of each pet’s unique behaviors to prevent accidents or stress. I treat every pet like my own and take proactive steps to ensure they are safe, happy, and well cared for at all times.

About: I have lived around animals for as long as I can remember and I completely adore them. I have a fair amount of experience with dogs the smallest being a choodle (chihuahua+poodle mix) from a puppy to the largest so far being a Pyrenees. By this point I have taken care of both baby animals and senior pets with a lot of experience with keeping up with your pets medication. I also have experience with other animals like sugar gliders, hedgehogs, snakes, fish, chickens and even a horse. I reinforce any commands and training your pets are learning. I'm willing to care for and walk dogs of an even larger size just give me fair warning if your dog is a jumper. Im a little on the short side and just want to be prepared. I currently own a Chinese crested powderpuff named Rogue, and a miniature dachshund named Slade. Also I care for a family of stray cats that might as well be mine at this point. I usually play with animals until they are tired enough without making them exhausted. I usually keep to whatever schedule my clients give me and then some. Feedings, bathroom breaks, play time, walks, cuddles, training reinforcements and loads of pictures. I keep an eye out for just about everything. I want to make sure that both your pets and your house is safe. I'll check for anything that is asked for specifically as well

  • 93% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 99% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
