“Evelyn is a wonderful and responsible walker and sitter and takes great care of my dog Freckles. She always spends a full 30 minutes with her (and often longer) and makes sure she has lots of love and attention while I’m away at work. When it’s very hot she pays special attention to Freckles’ comfort and will take her back inside to cool off if she needs it, but still makes sure the visit is the full length of time. I always receive detailed follow-up and adorable photos when the walk is done. Evelyn has had to deal with a couple accidents and has been gracious in cleaning them up before putting Freckles back in her crate. I (and Freckles) highly recommend Evelyn!”

About: Hi there! I’m Net.🙂 I’m the go-to gal of my friends and family for watching their four-legged kid - and I love that reputation. I’m here to help ease those worries of last-minute changes to your everyday itinerary or lessen stress when being cross-country on travel - I get that because being there has done the same! And what is more of a bonus for me to make another pal? Seems like a win-win situation if you ask me. For as long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated and compassionate when it comes to animals. They have always been one of my favorite things in this world. Growing up with birds, rabbits, cats, dogs, you name it - really helped that love grow and helped me to also learn how to be responsible, coordinate time management and even how to properly take care of them along the way at a young age. Fast-forward - I took the next step to wanting to know and learn more about them. So I signed myself up back in 2017 and took an online course to more knowledge and become a vet assistant where I later on finished my hours at a local vet hospital. I was taught valuable skills, such as patience in the field, restraint techniques, administering medication and the importance of detail, etc. I even have some background in doggy daycare! What can I say? I can’t get enough of these little guys. Learning everything from grooming and bathing techniques, to animal behavior of personalities and the ability to understand each animal’s needs and anxieties. Don’t forget the play! I’ll even put on a good jam for us too and break out in a dance party. Putting more experience under my belt in something that fills my soul and cup. I always say when you enjoy something you love it first, and it’s a job second. Hopefully, I’ll have the opportunity and chance to meet your dog, too! 🐶🤍 I’m currently working early in the morning, so I have a lot of downtime to take care of and hang out with your little one(s). Monday through Saturday, I’m free after 12:30pm and all day Sundays. Occasionally, I could have an extra day off during the middle of the week. Just shoot me a message! I will be more than happy to accommodate what I can. I have a whole pack at home myself. Did I mention that? Yup! Five in total to be exact. Ranging from all different breeds, the oldest is almost 13 and the youngest just turned 1. So keeping them occupied is definitely something we have adjusted and accommodated to. We have a whole fenced-in yard, a toy box that can't fit much left, walks are a very essential part of our daily life and activity, and we tend to rotate our pack in groups from going to breweries/wineries, to hikes and even events such as dog parks, farmers market and whatever else events tend to be happening at the time. If this is something you're interested in acclimating and a small dose over time, happy to bring them along with! Of course, the occasional cupcakes and cookies I make for my kids at home. About: I have always been an animal lover and grew up with dogs. I'm a former full time dog walker. I loved working with dogs but got overworked and had to take a break. I'm ready to return to the work I love!! I have a talent for winning over even the most antisocial pets. I pay great attention to each dog's individual needs. I love hanging out with low energy senior pets just as much as energetic puppies. I take great photos. I'm good at communicating if I run into issues that require notifying a pet parent. I am currently looking for a day job an an apartment in the area. Dog walking is a nice way to familiarize myself with the area and brighten my days :) I'm always very focused on the pet I'm taking care of and less so on what kind of stuff is in your apartment or if it's a little messy. I'm never showing up to judge! I do clean up when I see a mess that's been caused by a pet or hazardous to their health. I have a lot of experience entering different types of buildings from my time as a dog walker in 2020! I know how to confidently talk to the front desk of a luxury building or how to navigate an older building. I have experience with caring for dogs after a walk, making sure they have water and giving them dinner or a treat.

About: I’ve always took a liking to animals and always had postive bonds with them. Over the years of growing up my grandfather owned several big dogs and cats. While others would shy away, not me I always helped out and didn’t mind watching them. I only work mornings and part time so that I have time for my cat as well because he needs to be watched. After my morning shifts I have all day to spend time outside to walk the dogs and get them their daily exercise. Caring for any pet at my home or others will be very similar I will need to know any notes and any restrictions for me and the dog. As I would give them my complete attention so that it’s a little vacation for them as well as subtracting feeling neglected.

I am currently looking for a job that is only during the week days so I can have weekends free.
