“Though new to Rover, Maritza was very good with our 15 yo Havanese Cisco for doggy daycare. There were two larger and younger dogs present as well. She’s working from home now, so she can take the dogs on frequent walks. She will soon have a large fenced in yard…even better! I will definitely use Maritza again, for overnights too.”

“Rosa was great and very accommodating! She provided lots of updates with pictures and videos. I felt reassured that my 5 month old puppy was in great hands and she did great with him, with his first pet sitting. Would definitely use her again, when I’m in the area. Thank you again Rosa 💗”

“Noel and his family were AMAZING when taking care of Meeko. There were constant updates by Noel along with many pictures of Meeko having fun. They played with him, took him on a walk, and made sure Meeko also had plenty of water and rest when needed. He is now tuckered out and ready to have a great night’s sleep Weq would definitely recommend Noel if you need a sitter in the area, and Meeko would definitely love to go back!”

“Melanie was great with Haylee and provided a fun day for our little girl. This was the first time we have used a dog day care with Rover and were not sure how Haylee would be. Melanie took time to meet us and Haylee. It was a comfort to know Haylee was in good hands as we got pictures and updates.”

About: I'm a lifelong dog owner that frequently pet sits for friends and family. I'd love to welcome your dog(s) into my home and give you the piece of mind needed to enjoy your trips, vacations or any other assistance you need while knowing your dog is in great hands and being treated like family! I provide frequent pictures & updates. Your pet's safety and well-being is my top priority and they will get tons of love and attention in my home. With four dog lovers in the house there is always a lap to cuddle in or someone to play with! A meet and greet before accepting your dog into my home is required to make sure all the pups will get along well - I have a Frenchie that is a couch potato and lovebug and also a Boston Terrier who is more high-energy and always wants to play. I work remotely so I am home all day with my dogs. I will take your dog out as often as needed, provide daily walks and ample attention and play time. I provide overnight care or daytime boarding in my home where they can play with my friendly dogs, or drop-in service during the day and evenings in your home. Your pet will always be closely supervised, provided with walks, outdoor potty breaks and inside play with my family and dogs. I have two children aged 10 & 12 and two medium sized dogs that love playtime (and naptime)! Feeding time is supervised and separate from my own dogs and if I need to leave home for any reason and the dogs will be left alone they will be left separately from my dogs and for short periods only. If you would like me to do drop ins I can provide that service as well. Happy to accommodate any needs or instructions! Before boarding your dog I will meet with you and your pet for around 20-30 minutes in my home and can also meet with you prior to providing drop-in or dog walking services as well.

“Lola, our girl has a nice time at Christine's home. Christine kept us updated with lots of pictures and answered our girl's stays related questions promptly. We will be using Christine day car services again.”

About: Hello! I've been an avid dog lover since I can remember. I have taken care of family and friends pups when they are away. My passion and the companions of a dog has made me want to own a dog of my own. I have my own pup of two years now and know how important it is to leave them with someone who will take great care of them, be safe and of course loved. I work remote Mon-Fri so trust me when I say I have plenty of time to play and walk your pup. They will be in great hands and company! During the weekends, I love taking my pup to an open yet dog secluded park to run, play, and train. I do have long leashes for safety, but if you are not comfortable with it- no worries at all, just please let me know. I'm also available most weekends for boarding per request. I have a pup of my own for your pups company as well! In my home I have a crate and can help with training if requested. The pups are free to roam around the apartment/furniture, and I take out to walk every two hours or so. Your pups will be in good hands, but I do request if your pup has a scheduled routine or specific needs/behaviors to please let me know so I can adjust to their needs and behaviors.

“Isabella is amazing! She took great care of our furry baby Max while we were away. Highly recommend and will reach out to her when we are back in the neighborhood. Thank you Isabella!”

About: Hi pet parents! My name is Natalie and I bring over 20 years of experience in pet care and wellness. For starters, I’m the proud owner of Mama and Me, an online bakery where I create healthy, organic treats for pets and their humans. Using my certification in animal nutrition, I focus on crafting snacks that bring joy to families while promoting the health and happiness of their furry companions. Additionally, I volunteer as an Animal Care Technician at a local animal shelter. I gained hands-on experience administering medications, collaborating with veterinarians on diet plans, cleaning kennels, and ensuring animals were comfortable and well cared for. I also am a rescue mama and have adopted 3 wonderful additions to our family - 2 dogs & cat🐾 (Kayot, Kiara & Blake) Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been trusted to care for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, and even fish in tanks of all sizes. From dog walking and grooming to cleaning habitats and issuing medications, I’ve always gone the extra mile to make sure every animal feels loved, comfortable, and healthy. In the future, I plan to pursue a master’s in Animal Science to deepen my expertise in pet health and nutrition. My ultimate goal is to work as a nutritionist for a pet food company, where I can combine my passion for animals with my commitment to helping them live long, healthy lives. I work from home every day & go to the gym about an hour a day. The rest of the time, I am home with the pack! My babies are crate and house trained and I own a car, which in case of emergencies, I could take the pet to its vet or owner in a timely manner.

I grew up having the responsibility to take care of not only our dogs but all of our pets. “My pup Mizu had an awesome day with Josh and his dogs! Mizu can be wary of strangers and other dogs sometimes, but he took a liking to them straight away and spent the whole day playing and going for a walk. When I picked him up he was very happy and tired ? Loved seeing pics of Mizu's fun day while I was at work!”

About: Hello! My name is Sara and I live with my husband Patrick in a house with a 1/4 of an acre, semi-fenced in yard. We have a 3yo dog named Presto - she is a rescue and about 40lbs. We fostered her and we couldn't let her go! Presto is a Basenji-Shepard mix, very active and friendly and loves other people and animals. We also have 2 cats. The older one - Moonbeam - has been with me for 9 years and she is very precious to me. MB was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism so I am adept at giving oral medication to animals or hiding it in a treat or meatball. Our other cat - Mercedes - is an indoor/outdoor cat that loves to climb trees, chase birds and squirrels, and get into all sorts of adventures. Mer Mer (as we affectionately call her) is 3yo and is a tortie calico. She is very pretty and Patrick fell in love with her while I was fostering her last winter. Since I will primarily be in charge of this profile and if you are seeking dog walkers, I can reassure you that I've grown up with dogs my entire life. My childhood dog was also a Shepard-mix, but he was a very large dog - about 70lbs. My aunt who lived next door trained black labs and vetted them for to be service dogs. Naturally, I am a dog lover of all sizes and am quite intuitive when it comes to their needs. For example, as a puppy Presto needed to be directed or she would end up in some sort of trouble, such as, eating dirt (giving her worms). This required constant attention and sometimes I ended up putting a toy in her mouth because she needed something to do. I have trained her with a clicker and now she can walk with her leash attached me without pulling or getting distracted by other animals. Presto sleeps in a covered kennel and is very good about putting herself to bed around 8pm. Presto has a purse with a ball, poop bags, treats, and a whistle/clicker. My family also had cats their entire lives, and to this day, I get in trouble for sneaking my favorite ones extra treats. I am also part of the app Trusted Housesitters where you can also check out my reviews. This summer, I am working from home and my time is quite flexible. I am a PhD candidate completing my dissertation. I mostly work from home, a coffee shop or library. Patrick works in Portland, CT. We have a baby gate that separates the back of the house - the kitchen and Patrick's sitting room - from the rest of the house. Presto's food and kennel are in the sitting room and there is plenty of space for another kennel, if needed. There is also a large deck through a sliding door off of the sitting room that accesses the backyard. This makes it very easy to let Presto out in the morning and Patrick takes her on a walk before bedtime. The deck also has a baby gate so I can let the dog outside without having to worry about her running off. Half of the yard is fenced in and the other half of the yard is marked by a row of plants and shrubs. Presto is very good about staying in her yard and knows where she's allowed to go. Again, I am very respectful of other people's homes and pets since I am part of Trusted House sitters and have positive reviews. I would be happy to forward you a screenshot if you are interested in booking with me.

Nicole J.
“Nicole is my dog Mason’s favorite person: Dog’s breed (Collie/Australian Sheppard Mix) so you can get a sense of size. He’s super affectionate and Nicole reciprocated the love he was giving her with patience; petting him with love like our family does at home. As a younger dog (one year) he gets so excited and jumps up to greet people like a hug and Nicole did not push him or have any negative reaction which I appreciated. I still reach out to her to this day for anytime I need an extra hand. I never doubt care with Nicole! - Thank you! (Love Mason)”

Brianna M.
“Brianna is awesome! She is very attentive to my lovely Randy, and I am more than happy with the way she takes care of him! Brianna usually steps in for half an hour of dog walking about 4 times a week and we love her!”

Arlene L.
“Arlene has always been an animal lover but I myself have witnessed how caring and loving she is during her time as a dog mom of Toby. She is very detailed and aware of what she gives him to eat, when he is hungry, when he needs to go outside and overall when he just needs attention and loving. She takes him for walks and at times runs at the park nearby. I can attest she will treat any pet as if it were hers with the same responsibility, care and love she has for Toby.”

Isabella L.

“Isabella is amazing! She took great care of our furry baby Max while we were away. Highly recommend and will reach out to her when we are back in the neighborhood. Thank you Isabella!”

Natalie D.
“Natalie is a huge animal lover and will provide the best care to your furry family members while you are away. She is very communicative and will always send updates with pictures and videos. She is an excellent choice for a dog sitter!”

Sara C.
“Sara and Patrick and Presto became best friends with our dog Molly one weekend in Austin. Molly is a small long-haired dachshund that can be apprehensive of other animals at times, but Presto is very submissive and playful. Sara sent lots of pics and videos of them playing and was available for a meet and greet prior to the dog sit. This made me feel very comfortable about leaving Molly for a few nights and her cats did not seem to bother or care that there was another dog there! Overall, highly recommend and wishing that I found them sooner before their move!”
