“Wooyoung did an amazing job with Bixby and far exceeded our expectations. We needed a sitter for July 4th weekend and our regular dog sitter was unavailable those dates. She was extremely responsive and thoughtful, flexible with pick up / drop off, sent detailed daily updates with numerous beautifully shot photos of our Bixby eating, playing, and lounging. This helped us know that he was safe and in good hands. Since our Bixby can be a picky eater at times, she offered suggestions and tricks that worked in getting him to eat. Wooyoung is top tier and we feel comfortable having her watch Bixby again. Would definitely recommend! 💛🐶”

About: We have a complete safety program to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests. Our team is well-trained in animal behavior, first aid, CPR, and emergency procedures. They closely monitor all interactions and ensure that all pets have a safe and comfortable experience. We also have on-site surveillance cameras and a better-than-hospital-grade air exchange system. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are inspected and cleaned regularly to ensure there are no hazards present.

“Jess and Max were very flexible with drop-off and pick up. Our dog is a very nervous and anxious dog but they made sure to give her space for the first day, which helped a lot. Our dog eventually warmed up quickly to them. Jess and Max were extremely communicative and gave pictures/updates at least twice a day! Will for sure use them again.”

“I am thankful Sheila was available on short notice. She doesn’t live far from me. She was very patient with my shy and anxious Havanese boy. I’m happy he was allowed to roam free and sit on furniture just like at home. Although my dog may have been nervous to eat, Sheila did her best to accommodate Paxson. I liked that she had other dogs and a cat. I think this helps Paxson get comfortable and learn the ropes. I appreciate Sheila and her daughter Rhonika for taking great care of Paxson. About: At K9s Only West LA, our goal is to provide a happy, healthy, and safe environment for your pet when they're away from home. We're pleased to offer the Health Care Commitment Program, which reimburses up to $500 for eligible expenses incurred during your pet’s stay. Enrollment is automatic when your pet attends daycare, covering treatments or diagnoses for incidents that occur during their stay or within 5 days after departure. If veterinary care is needed, we’ll attempt to consult with your pet’s primary vet. If unavailable, we work with local veterinarians to address any medical issues.
