From the start they were friendly, responsive and clearly experienced with dogs. They treated Django like one of their own, with lots of attention and patience. Django felt right at home with them and he came back happy and well cared for. They sent us regular updates, including photos and notes on how he was doing which gave us peace of mind while we were traveling. We wouldn’t hesitate to book them again.
Christian and Evgenia were wonderful with Lily and Coco. They were professional, sweet and showed a genuine care for the girls. This was my first time boarding my puppy and I was nervous about all the logistics and my dog being with strangers for multiple days. My fears were completely alleviated when I took my dog over to meet Lucas and I felt at total ease leaving him there. Lucas took perfect care of my dog and sent updates with photos which was so nice to see. My dog was so happy and content when I picked him up. I hope Lucas is available the next time I need care.
We’ve boarded our dog with Allison multiple times. She always takes such great care of our big guy and is attentive to his needs – especially this time, as he needed special medicine on his paw and had to wear a cone at night! I highly recommend Allison for any boarding needs. She’s the best!
This is my first time ever trying rover and frankly it was a very last minute decision, but it was the BEST decision I've ever made. Ichi accepted my rover request for my son Loki last minute and was so incredibly respectful and helpful!! He gave me constant updates and pictures and kept me updated with everything that was going on with my little boy. 100/10 service and he has 100% found a repeat customer. When I was looking for a new Rover sitter, I was originally a little hesitant with regard to Lizzie since she didn’t have that many reviews. However, after our initial meet & greet, I realized how seriously she took pet sitting and how diligent she would be. She was very attentive as I described my dog’s behaviors and made sure to make me feel comfortable and explain how things worked with her and her dogs. I felt very comfortable leaving Daisy with her and I received excellent updates.
Blair did an amazing job at doggie sitting both of my mini dachshunds! She has two of her own, so it was so cute to receive video updates of them all playing together and having a great time. I really appreciated how informative she was about how my pups were doing and what type of activities they were up to. One of my dogs has separation anxiety so I was a little worried leaving him with someone new, but Blair reassured me he was doing good while in her care and I was so happy that he settled in with no problems! I will definitely be reaching out to her again for both of my dogs future needs and I will be recommending her to my friends 😊
