Her house is clean, organized and completely puppy safe with a doggie gate so they cannot just run outside. Second, lots of love and attention include multiple walks a day and treatment for a hot spot one of our doggies got just before boarding. Last, excellent communication with lots of adorable pictures. Madeleine and Charlie spend a lot of time interacting with their guest dogs, lots of play and walks. Madeleine sent us many photos and videos via text message every day. When we picked up our pup she was relaxed and content. We will be using Madeleine and Charlie boarding services in the future.”
