During my first experience with them, they went above and beyond to accommodate me for a month long stay. I am new to San Antonio, and had no friends or family in the area that could help. They really showed great concern and care for my dog and were very descriptive in their daily emails to me while I was away. On one occasion where I hadn't responded timely, they reached out to my friend to make sure I was alright and to let her know my dog was doing great. Some of the best pictures I have of my dog were sent by Elizabeth. By far, they have been the best dog boarders I’ve had. My dog really liked them and he came back well behaved and loved. They took such good care of him. It was a great experience and I knew upon meeting them, my dog was in excellent hands with them. I am truly a satisfied and happy client!
