Jeanelly was exceptionally attentive and affectionate with them. I received photos and videos daily and received an immediate response anytime I reached. There’s no better way to vacation than to know your fur babies are in great hands. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND team and plan to be repeat clients for them. Their doggy care is beyond reproach.”

“This was my first time using Rover and was very concerned about leaving my 90lb Airedale terrier with somebody as he’s not the most sociable animal in the world. When Alejandro reached out to me, he gave me great confidence that he would be able to take care of our dog. We met at his house, so he could see meet our dog. He put my mind totally at ease, so he looked after our dogs for 11 days sending us pictures every single day to let us know how he was doing. It takes a special kind of dog sitter to handle a slightly unsociable dog like ours. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He said we are welcome to contact him in the future when we need a dog sitter. He was absolutely fantastic a true professional. We definitely will be using him in the future and I cannot recommend Alejandro high enough absolutely brilliant.”

“Lauren was absolutely AMAZING! My fiancé and I had planned a trip with some family for a weekend getaway in San Antonio. We decided to bring our dachshund last minute since the hotel allowed for dogs. However, we quickly realized that our little guy was going to be too anxious to stay in the hotel room alone as we went to a Spurs game. Lauren replied back to me within 5 minutes and made us feel at ease. It was already a last minute request to ask her to watch our dog the day of, but Lauren made it quick and easy. She met us at the hotel and picked up/dropped off our pooch there. This was our first time using Rover and definitely won't be our last. Lauren gave me hope about the sitters on here. We greatly appreciate her accommodating our schedule, reacting quickly to our request, and sending several videos/photos of Winston throughout the day. Not to mention, Lauren is so sweet and friendly! She saved our trip, and we can't thank her enough!”
